Prenses Sealine Beach Hotel

I have been there with my family on a package with all inclusive Been there for 5 days. They are advertising this hotel as 3 star but they do not provide any service of normal 3 star does. I believe formerly it was an apartments and they converted to a hotel All of these 5 days they served same food in the salad and dessert counter and hot dishes are very very poor when complained to the manager he told me we are getting less money from you so we can only give this to you the attitude of the management is really very very poor If you have a chance please change to a better hotel i will not recement anybody to go there

The staff was amazing, particularly the chef of the restaurant, Azra Pekaydin. She made me feel welcome and was able to help me at any inconvenience I had, no matter how small. She also helped me overcome the language barrier between me and the staff by translating from English to Turkish. The community is small, but extremely welcoming and kind, and I couldn't recommend Prenses Sealine Beach Hotel more.

Highly recommend this hotel. Amazing staff, so friendly. Rooms and very clean and big. Food is also nice it has a good range of everything. Rooms are clean and tidy, daily housekeeping. Lovely pool and bar area with plenty of drink options. Will be back again

Lovely hotel and food very good. Room service good and cleaned. Bar has a good range and bar staff are good. Offer lovely massage and Turkish Baths. Staff very lovely and would do anything for you and always very helpful. Opposite the beach. Lovely place to stay.

I would agree with all the one star reviews . The 5 star reviews must be for a different hotel !! We had paid for a sea view room only for the couple in front of us to have an upgrade to a nicer room for 20 euros per night , the we were shown to a tiny room at the back of the hotel with the manager saying this was the only room he had left ?? I wonder whose pocket the 20 euros per night ended up . Complained to no avail and was only offered a free massage . Wow . Some of the bar staff were fine , but one in particular insisted on playing loud RAP music . Not my cup of tea but when you have EMINEM blasting out his song " mother f****r " next to the kids playground . I despair . When this was pointed out , the response was that only English people would understand . Mostly Russians in this hotel . AVOID . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED .

If you would like your room, on the day you arrive - then do not book at this hotel. I arrived with to children and my parents - and they did not have our two rooms until TWO DAYS LATER. They said we were “lucky” that they had a family room for sharing, or else they would have send us to another hotel. On week later my four brothers with families arrived, and even though the hotel had promised that their rooms would be ready. But when they arrived - they only had TWO of the FOUR rooms. So two had to share rooms and one couple got a room without windows and with lots of fungus in the ceiling just outside the door. Lucked on their second day, they got the extra two rooms. But it was a VERY bad start on a holiday. The people at the hotel was, besides the discussions about rooms, very friendly. Which helped to enjoy the rest of the vacation. I have tried better food in Turkey, but they had good fresh salat every day, and we could find something to eat every time. The were lots of cats at the hotel. My girls loved it, but we got big rash on us, that we suspect were from cat fleas. The beach is close and was wonderful to swim in in September.

Amazing place , entertainment team absolutely superb and the entire resort is stunning . DIDI the entertainment team member made this experience 9/10 to 10/10 as he was so fun be to around and made this experience one of the best resorts I’ve ever been too

Terable hotel stinks in the bathroom every morning of Poo no one speaks English in the middle of nowhere food is shocking realy bad cold .chips for breakfast dinner and evening meal COLD. No entertainment. Lockdown at 10 oclock. TV chanels only in Turkish terable dont go there went with cheeky trips delta travel shocking experience.

Travelling on a golf trip as 4 men. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and basically spent 2 hours refusing to pay a hidden tax what they call a "Mister Tax' with a hostile receptionist. We believe this is a tax for men staying in the same room (homophobic). We had 2 rooms booked and eventually had to pay the tax as we had nowhere else to go. We were then all put in one room instead of 2 with no toilet or running water which smelt of stale cigarette smoke. On entering there was a cat in the room and a huge hole in the ceiling. The following morning we went for breakfast to be treated by lots of flies on the inedible food. We had to leave and stay in an AirBnB. This hotel is a nightmare avoid at all costs!!!! Also avoid LOVE HOLIDAYS!!! NIGHTMARE!!!
