Cullinan Belek

Great hotel in Belek, atmosphere unlike any other hotel. 🥰🥰🥰 The food in the restaurant is very tasty, especially in Hasir snack . And the service there will not leave anyone indifferent. Our personal assistant Olha and Victoria helped us throughout the entire holiday, especially thank you girls ❤️ We will definitely come to golf again, thank you for the warm welcome 🙏

Simply superb! Staff were amazing could not do enough! Everyday the attention to detail was quite exceptional! Food superb! Have to mention the steak restaurant! Brilliant! The 24 hour restaurant was surprisingly of a high standard! With staff who were simply the best I’ve seen in a long while Rooms magnificent! Facilities second to none! The what’s app group idea is great! Everything you want is there at a click! Even sent out to a pharmacy for us for one of the children! I have to mention Serkan, he had a 6th sense as to where guests were and anticipated every need! Will I return! Absolutely! Well done all the team at Cullinan!

Now this is our friend's favorite hotel, we visited in February 2024. Everything in this hotel is thought out to the smallest detail. Now we will only go there on vacation 🔥❣️ Very nice service in Cullinan bistro, so kindly personal . Our assistants were charming, Olha and Victoria solved all requests and questions, thank you for u service 💪👍👍👍 Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was always kind and helpful. Irish pub are top , I like it 👌 perfect stay for younger golfers 🏌️‍♂️ 👍

Recently returned from an amazing February half term break at the beautiful Cullinan as a family of 4 with my husband, 10 year old daughter and 4 year old son. We knew it would be a week of indulgence and we were not let down. What a place! 💎 Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by our whatsapp assist Ashraf who promptly checked us in. After a glass of champagne he showed us to our room where we were given an upgrade to a family room. Wow! What a stunning huge room. We were in love with the Cullinan within the first half an hour of arriving. We dined at the 24/7 cuisine on our first evening which was perfect. The service was amazing being served so quickly with the most friendly staff. During our stay we ate at the main restaurant, Hasir snack bar (for lunch) and 24/7 cuisine during our stay which were all delicious and so much choice. We didn’t dine at the A’la cartes during our stay. We have stayed at the Maxx Royal (13 times) where we thought nowhere else could come close but we have found our new Belek gem for sure! We have also stayed at other hotels in Belek many times including the Regnum, Voyage, Cornelia Diamond & Sueno Deluxe totalling 35 times altogether but we have been totally blown away by the Cullinan. The grounds are beautiful but are smaller in comparison to the other hotels in Belek we have stayed. The outdoor pool areas are stunning with the heated pools the temperature of a warm bath! There was no scrimping on heating not just 1 outdoor pool but 2 that we know of and also the kids pool where the aqua park is located was heated. The weather wasn’t on our side during our stay unfortunately but on the few sunny days we had the aqua park was open. What an absolute treat for the kids as no way did we expect this during Winter concept! The Cullinan really does go that bit further to make even their small guests more than happy. One of the main factors that make our holidays memorable is the hospitality as we always like to have a chat with staff building up good relationships. Some hotels we have been to don’t seem to want to interact with customers (and we never return to those) but at the Cullinan we can honestly say each and every member of staff are just so lovely. They are always smiling, always saying hello and just make you feel so welcome here making the hotel such a friendly place to be. You are all a real credit to the hotel and great hospitality is why we return to the same place. We never had to wait long for meals, drinks etc being brung as there seems to be the right amount of staff to care for the amount of guests. Perfect. Both our whatsapp assists Ashraf and Ekaterina were extremely helpful with any requests being dealt with immediately. One evening around 9pm my son was screaming in pain with earache. The calpol we took with us wasn’t working so I contacted Ekaterina to see if it would be possible to get some medication from the pharmacy. Within 40 minutes, the Otipax arrived from the pharmacy in Belek. Just brilliant! It is things like this that really prove how amazing hotels are when staff go above and beyond to help. On our last day, our transfer back to the airport wasn’t until 3.30 so I asked Ashraf if we could keep our room later than the 12pm check out. He arranged for us to keep the room until 2pm which was perfect to be able to enjoy some morning sunshine and freshen up before leaving the room. Thank you both again for your assistance which we really appreciate. You are both amazing. My only complaint which wasn’t at the fault of the hotel, was that with our Jet2 booking we were supposed to get meet & assist at the airport with fast track security and use of the Cullinan lounge. However, when speaking to the Jet2 rep just before we got picked up and showing him our paperwork, he didn’t know anything about this and when he went to ask someone, he came back and said it wasn’t included in Winter concept! It is in black and white on our paperwork. I think he just used that excuse as he couldn’t give us anything to use the service at the airport. At the end of the day, this is why these luxury hotels branded as indulgent escapes come at a higher cost for extra benefits like that. Maybe it is something that the hotel can provide in the future? The Maxx Royal and Regnum issue vouchers at the end of your stay to present at the airport so perhaps worth an idea for the Cullinan to provide the same service as that perk makes the end of an indulgent holiday that bit more relaxing having the CIP experience, rather than being back in the hectic airport among frantic people. So would we go back? Absolutely! We are already booked for February 2025 half term :-) Thank you so very much team Cullinan for an extremely enjoyable holiday that has made more precious family memories for us. We stayed at the Cullinan Belek from 14th Feb for 4 nights. We have been to Antalya a number of times before and must say that our experience at the Cullinan was by far the best! Our assistants (Yuliya and Aruzhan) were very good and were always available. Their dedication to great customer service is highly commendable and they delivered this with a smile always! We had an issue on Day 1 with our original room, our assistant Yuliya swung into action and did a smooth transfer to a different room, she also got us an upgrade: a wonderful gesture by the hotel, recognizing the inconvenience caused. We appreciated this very much and made our holiday even more memorable and The food was excellent – we were made to feel at home by Chef Shekar every morning, with his Indian buffet. He made south Indian delicacies for our party of 13 each day – different varieties of dosas, uthappams, vadas, pakoras – you name it! He and Cullinan went above and beyond our expectations by also making special dishes for us every night during the dinner buffet - we never expected this and this was fantastic customer service! Thanks a lot Shekar - you served us with a smile every time and made our day! The service throughout the hotel was just wonderful – across the many other bars and restaurants. They even opened the water-park as we and a few other families requested – for an hour on the days when the weather was good. This was great for our kids and they had a wonderful time. We will readily come again to the Cullinan – what an excellent hotel and team, we were really very impressed!

Excellent Hotel, First Class Services and Perfect Golf Courses. Staff was very helpful and friendly. WhatsApp messaging and info sharing was very good. Rooms are spacious and sea+golf course view from balcony is amazing. Food and drinks (including alcohol) are luxurious. You can ask almost all types of drinks (especially 15-18 y/o Single Malt Whiskey) with no limitations. There were bar tenders that are serving with a minibar and prepare your cocktail when you are relaxing outside. Outside pool and waterpark is heated! So no matter if you are there in the winter, basically you can swim outside! There are rooms with pool access in the first floor. Literally you can sunbathe at your poolside balcony and jump to the pool whenever you want. Absolutely best in class Belek hotel.

Fantastic hotel, which is friendly and high end. I used the golf practice facilities here and felt so well looked after during my seven night stay whilst playing three rounds in a week at PGA Sultan, Montgomerie and Carya. If you’re not golfing every day in a week and would like to practice and be with family as well, this experience will be absolutely perfect at Cullinan Belek. This is world class.

Amazing location. Near the sea. Good walks. Lots of space throughout inside and outside. Mountain views. Many interesting day trips on offer. Hotel Cullinan Belek was so welcoming and very comfortable. We were made to feel very special and were well looked after throughout the week we stayed. Even though we were in low season in February there were enough parts of the hotel open with entertainment and bars to please its clientele.

Everything was first class from the minute we arrived in the early hours. Egecan from guest relations explained how to operate the hi-tech lighting system in the incredible suite. We were soon ushered to the 24/7 restaurant where we had an amazing meal at 2am as we hadn’t eaten all day. We were looked after all week by Omer in 24/7 giving us superb service. It really is a problem deciding which bar/restaurant to go to as all are amazing. Home tomorrow but really wish we had booked a longer stay. We are used to staying in Dubai but this is the best experience we have ever had.
