Elgin Hotel Blackpool

Yet another fabulous stay at the Elgin. The staff, the entertainment, the all round comfort are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble. They are constantly trying to up their game and are succeeding. Will be there again in May for another holiday

Stayed for 4 nights Monday 26th February to Friday 1/03/24 . A super 4 day break that was much needed. Food was lovely and always hot , All staff friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sue who went the extra mile as it was our 50th wedding anniversary , a nice touch with the room . Thanks to all the houskeeping staff the hotel and our room were spotless. Well done . Really good entertainment every night . The one thing I do think is an issue is the amount of people talking while the entertainers are on which I feel is just plain rude, and this applied to both rooms . Can I suggest that the comperes nip this in the bud by pointing this out at the beginning of the night , after all there are enough places to go if people want to talk . .

We always have a fantastic weekend the food is amazing staff equally amazing and rooms are lovely. The entertainment we had a motown and Witney Houston weekend was brilliant could not get off the dance floor. Value for money well done Elgin.

One word sums the Elgin up in every capacity: Professionalism: And so it was again for our visit in February this year. Delightful four course dinner starting the evening off with efficiency and quickly by great staff. Breakfast same with seated comfort rather than buffet style, Lovely: Ready for another fantastic evenings entertainment and not disappointed with consummately professional Hannah Delaney setting the tone as only she can, Well done Hannah. Jack Clarkson making his way with style in the music world with tribute act of Billy Fury and did it great aplomb, well done Jack. Won at Bingo which is always good, but the elusive sought after master quiz prize still alludes us, must try harder: Saturday was a double tribute presentation of Elvis , Jared Lee and Adam both chose different array of songs and styles, Adam in stage attire a la Elvis Jarred going for Elvis Army uniform and great success both, Well done both. A very generous gift was several free drinks vouchers much appreciated and enjoyed, Thank you Nigel and team. Usual great standard of housekeeping in all departments, another visit booked for April and sure same standard will apply, Thanks everyone involved with Team Elgo...Michael & Joyce.

Just back from another fabulous weekend. amazing food restaurant staff very efficient and helpful. Reception team very efficient. Housekeeping very good. Entertainments Team amazing cabarets acts superb. Maria makes your weekend and Robin is great too

Visited The Elgin with friends Sunday night everything was excellent the staff where fabulous food was lovely and waitresses/waiters were great enertainment was first class and the bedroom was very clean the bed was so so comfy. had a wonderful night will definitely be back would highly recommend

The whole experience at the Elgin was just perfect. Clean spacious room cleaned every day. The service in the restaurant was first class as was the food nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment was very professional and would not be out of place at larger venues. All the staff are very friendly and the bar prices are very good. Our 3 night stay could not of gone better.

Came to this hotel for one night half board, well what can I say , the staff were so friendly ,helpful and funny, the food was an excellent standard Both dinner and breakfast , all served to you by pleasant staff , entertainment was good and we would definitely be back

Had another great week at the elgin They looked after me really well I'm in a wheelchair and I'm gluten free Tom in the restaurant was great making sure I got my gluten free food Which was lovely also kevin looked after us really well Great to see Carl and leanne on the bar great people Missed george and Maria Met some great people Entertainment fantastic as always Looking forward to our next trip Regards Karen and dean

Fabulous hotel, everything at the Elgin is top class. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. For over 30 years my family and I have had many stays at our favourite hotel. We have never had any reason to complain. You deserve the best, so give the Elgin Hotel a try, you will not be disappointed. Tell the friendly staff, that ‘Sir Les’ recommended you.
