Craig Y Don

Traveled to Craig y don on 11th March for 4 nights with my partner for her 30th birthday. Upon arrival we were met by Neil he is amazing and called me young sir which I loved. We sat in the bar area for a while had a few drinks the bar staff are simply amazing. Michael. Nick and another young lad didn't catch his name all in black just wonderful . . We got to our room and it was spacious and clean wish the bed was a bit bigger but that's not a complaint am just over 6ft haha. The entertainment is amazing day in day out bar prices are reasonable.. food and service 10 out of 10 This is our 5th visit to Craig y don and we will be back in August this year . We can not wait to come back and recommend this hotel to everyone... Thankyou for an amazing holiday. See you soon . This hotel should be a 5 star.

So this is second time me and my two friends have been , perfect location , lovely & clean , ALL staff are lovely , welcoming, friendly, always have a smile on their face , food is delicious, nothing is too much trouble for the staff, we had such a lovely time , entertainment was very very good also , we love it so much we spent most time in hotel bar , playing bingo & watching entertainment and dancing & chatting with other friendly families there , will definitely go back there , huge thank you to all hardworking staff who made our stay so lovely !!!!! Highly highly recommend this hotel to anyone

One of the best hotels I have been to in Blackpool and trust me I have been to a few from Neil Tim and Daniel at front of staff to Michael molky and nicky behind the bar not forgetting Anna and co in restaurant looking forward to the new one opening up looking to go back ASAP food fantastic rooms nice and clean I have a disability for which they could not do enough to help me out all And all they go above and beyond to make sure their guests are looked after keep up the good work guys see yous soon

the hotel is well located for all amenities was very clean and rooms were spacious, food was not good it was luke- warm and tasteless, would not recommend for any one with mobility issues no ramps at front entrance just two flights of steps , lift available to bedrooms but a small flight of stairs to negoiate

Great staff hot food comfortable beds Neil and his team are the best will do anything to help you good entertainment and bingo every night looking forward to my next holiday the view from the window is great looking right out to the sea what more could you ask for and the hotel is lovely and warm it also caters for all ages

Just returned having taken advantage of the winter offer ! Was a lovely week staff was friendly and helpful and great value for money so much so booked to return last week of march I can well recommend this hotel ideally located & entertainment was very good , the front of house staff excellent.

The staff was great , rooms clean, entertainment was good plus bingo , food is homemade and loads of it the people who serve it was always happy and manger Neil was always helping out and always speaking to the customers would definitely recommend from Lisa and James Morley Halifax West Yorkshire 😊😊😊😊

Friendly and welcoming hotel. The luggage storage is handy when arriving before the check in time. The breakfast staff are attentive the room was clean and acceptable although the bathroom was tiny. We had a wonderful sea view at the front. No hand soap or body wash was provided, so pack your own. Our room was directly above the entertainment, so if you’re coming with kids, consider your room location carefully as the sound travels right through and the music goes on until 12 at weekends. Excellent location, opposite a tram stop. I would stay again.

Just come back from craigy valentines break stayed 4 days room was great very clean like it aways is nice to see Tim and Neil again and Micheal at the bar all staff are really helpful hotel is always clean and smells fresh love the breakfasts and evening meals entertainment really good so we'll see the gang again in June thanks to all at the craigy till we meet again thanks

Lovely helpfully staff great atmosphere lovely meals we went bbem clean room great acts played bingo & won £50 going back again in August got sea view worth every penny weather was OK as well for a February. Drinks not a bad price concert room full every night .
