room2 Belfast Hometel

This had been our first trip to Belfast. I must say the hotel having stayed in many around the world had been friendly relaxed atmosphere didn’t feel like a hotel more of home environment due to the amount of plants in Reception and restaurant. Only negative review when we arrived. We were placed in room 101 overlooking alleyway with connecting doors resulting in hearing everything next door. We asked to move and placed on seventh floor room 711, quiet room. Staff could not have helped any more. Advice check room before checking in. Location, perfect staff, friendly helpful no issue too small gave great advice on directions. Due to the misunderstanding from our carrier. We required to stay another day/night. Rebooked with same hotel. Would highly recommend. Shame they haven’t got many other hotels.

If I could have rated this more I would have. Had the most amazing stay. So close to the train station and Nathan the manager and Ciaran the bouncer were amazing. Couldn’t do enough for us during our stay and the rooms were amazing. Shout out to Keenan the barman too. Can’t wait to book in again. Love the belshaw party ❤️

An amazing location in the heart of Belfast! Super lovely and helpful staff! We went for a hen party and we were all really impressed by how helpful the staff were! We rented the workshop for a dance class and it was great! Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Belfast for any occasion!

absolutely amazing welcome from nathan and ciaran the bouncer. great guys up for a bit of craic and making your stay amazing. would do anything to help and would defo recommend and be back to this place. live entertainment as soon as you enter the door. such a warm welcome and friendly faces

The hotel was absolutely amazing! 😄 Quirky designs, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and an incredible room. A big shoutout to Kerri for helping us with the bus times back to the airport and directing us to botanical gardens! We have enjoyed our stay and will wholeheartedly recommend it to others

Fabulous hotel. Super friendly staff and gorgeous boujee decor. Lovely toiletriles and fluffy towels. Great location 5 mins from shops and bus stop to City Airport. 30 minute walk to Titantic exhibition (or easy to get bus) Lovely city break. Room2 Belfast Hometel thank you for a lovely stay!

This place was gorgeous! We arrived off an early flight expecting to just leave our bags at the hotel's reception and head out but they had our room ready (at 11.30am) so we were able to unpack and freshen up before heading out for the day. Our room was really impressive, beautifully decorated and with lots of little thoughtful touches. The staff are lovely, including the bouncer on the door. All were so helpful and knowledgeable. The bed and pillows are really comfortable, I could have stayed in bed all day!! On the first night we sat in the bar listening to the live performers. It was so relaxing and the talent was amazing. Unfortunately though, on the second night a couple of performers didn't turn up so we just headed out instead - we were looking forward to another night in the bar! I guess that happens anywhere tbh but it was just such a perfect spot to chill after a busy day in the city. The only negative thing I would say is that when we were in our room we constantly heard doors banging in the corridor and in the rooms above us. It was annoying but wouldn't stop us staying again. It really is a gem of a hotel!!

Liked the decor and setting of the hotel and the room was nice but very warm and difficult to regulate the temperature. I found the staff setting downstairs a bit odd as there is no real reception and I don't know how many times I tried to seek assistance to find that staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves and drinking alcohol seemingly as they were working, which seemed strange. It's a shame as the hotel is nice but for the price I would expect much better service and for it not to feel like a hostel setting when you arrive and seek help for anything.

Back from a weekend with the girls at the Room2 Hometel and would 100% recommend. The location is great, the decor is 10/10 and the hotel has such a good vibe - perfect for friends or family. The place has a really homely feel to it. The bar is a great place to sit day or evening and the live music was a bonus too! The staff are great and so attentive - special mentions to Katie the chef for the delicious food, Anna for cocktails and Michelle for making sure we had the best stay. Can’t wait to stay again!!

Fantastic place to stay. Excellent atmosphere (live music daytime and in the evening) and super friendly staff. Great options for breakfast (gluten-free bread, GF vegan sausages readily available). Spacious rooms and lovely decor. Highly recommend 👍🌈
