B+B York

Just returned from our "Umteenth" stay at the B+B. It must be somewhere around 15 visits to date, and as always, we were not disappointed. Arrived early as usual to collect a parking permit from reception and left the car parked on site, then a ten minute stroll into the York center, returning later to the usual friendly welcome at the reception for check in (to a much appreciated room upgrade)... Never tire of staying here, ALL the staff are ALWAYS very friendly and very welcoming. We ALWAYS have a great nights sleep here, in this very quiet location, and ALWAYS follwed by a very nice breakfask, with plenty of choice. Excellent value all round and feels like a home from home whenever we visit.

... to stay in York. Close enough to the city centre top walk with parking on site - absolutely perfect. The staff are great and the rooms are comfortable and clean - what more do you want??? We've been here many times and will be returning again in the future.

Excellent location walking distance to city centre with car park on site; our dog was made very welcome with her own welcome pack! Very friendly staff; fabulous breakfast and a bar too. Would recommend

A nice place to stay, very friendly staff. Clean room. Decent bed and surprisingly good water pressure in the shower. Very walkable distance into the city. Have stayed here before, happy to do so again.

Booked this on reviews of trip advisor and really liked it rooms clean with the bonus of onsite parking at a good price for £5 for 24 hours the breakfast included was fantastic! The place was very clean and tidy and staff were so friendly and a credit to to the place the bar was good and very reasonable price and the cocktails were fab ! Will definitely stay again

My go to hotel for visiting York, fantastic rooms and locations with a great price. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is very nice, I use B+B York everytime I come to visit old Uni friends. Cannot reccomend enough!

Lovely hotel. Quiet location not too far to walk into the centre of York. Parking was great too. Relaxed atmosphere. Lovely rooms, comfortable bed and facilities. Great staff. Excellent breakfast and good choice.

We had great two day stay here. Comfy clean and relaxing room, kept warm in cold weather. Breakfast included they also have EV charging and thier own carpark. A bar and free water dispenser. Its down a quiet road that is less than 10 mins walk into Town.

Honestly one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The staff were so lovely and the room was stunning. Got a free upgrade to a suite on arrival and it was gorgeous and immaculate. Would recommend to anyone and the breakfast was super and came quickly:)

Lovely place in great location. Pleasant rooms, neat and tidy. Close to the main attractions and yet not in a noisy spot. Good price in comparison with other properties. Definitely recommend staying in that property.
