Crowne Plaza Bursa, an IHG Hotel

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for the day The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the attention of Ms. Ebru at the reception desk, we were very pleased with the guest satisfaction. The room was very clean, the spa areas were useful, the pool was very pleasant even though the depth was sparse.

One of the best hotels I have been in . Very clean, the staff are very friendly . the breackfast was very good , The location of the hotel is very good . there is a lot of things to do arround the hotel .

Warm welcoming.., friendly staff.., rich breakfast.., rooms with beautiful view.., good location.. There is a SPA with thermal water, thermal pool, swiming pool, turkish hamam . Also, on the roof floor there is a Restaurant with great panoramic view of the city.

I stayed in here due to my friend’s wedding. Everything was great. Room was very well decorated and very big thus it was clean Breakfast was varied and delicious. Stuff was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed staying here, If I will stay is Bursa again I will stay here again.

Very modern, clean hotel with great amenities. Gym, pool, sauna and hot mineral pool were all amazing. Room was spacious, well decorated, super clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Location is across from many restaurants and a couple of big malls. No complaints. There was no loud music as noted in other reviews. Very satisfied with my stay!

I would highly recommend Crowne Plaza Bursa for a perfect stay, professional and friendly staff and I feel welcomed every time I get into the hotel, such comfortable rooms and obvious assistance by the staffs until they make sure I feel home and comfortable. Strongly recommend for staying in Bursa , near malls and coffees. Will be my first option every visit in Bursa ! Special thank for Mrs. Karmen and Mrs. Zaineb for their fantastic services.

I was very happy with my stay here it was for 2 nights before Christmas and then I went back for a further night , My Platinum status was acknowledged and I was upgraded and given lounge access , even with out that I would have felt the rate very reasonable . All the staff were friendly and helpful in particular Abdul on reception who really went the extra mile

Very good hotel and well located. The hotel has a very nice thermal area as well. Rooms are well appointed, and breakfast is also excellent. There are loads of restaurants nearby. We had inter leading rooms on the club floor which was very convenient and of an excellent standard for the brand.

Great location, it has many shops and malls nearby, additionally it is close to the grand mosque and the old town. Room and bathroom were clean. However, it is not luxurious, it is a bit old. Breakfast was okay with many varieties. Staff were super friendly

It was the worst experience I’ve ever seen in my whole life.. the reviews in booking is not true.. the photos of rooms in the hotel site were not real… I am 56 years old and I have to take my luggage to my car because no body help me.. and the the reception guy doesn’t care about what happens.. you must call the room service to clean..
