Sheraton Bursa Hotel

This is my second time at the hotel. Again I am impressed with the hotel as a whole and with the "invisible" staff ensuring a pleasant stay. Very good rooms, excellent staff ready to help you with anything. We were on training from the company and did not have much time to stay in the hotel itself. But I would recommend the hotel for a stay in Bursa. I can't judge if it is in a communicative place because we had an organized transfer for every single day.

I was a happy guest in the past but after 5 years I came again and it lost. Breakfast is ok, cold scrambled eggs ok, no lactose free milk. Check out, didn’t got a bill, they refused cause I booked with booking.com. They told me to ask b.com but it was clearly mentioned in the booking confirmation that will get it from the Hotel. b.com confirmed me by phone they have to give me a bill but obviously nobody cares…..My last stay in this Hotel.

Very good hotel. Very good recognition of Marriott status and privilege. During my stay I had some problems and I got effective help from the front desk. Very efficient and very available. Good breakfast as usual for a Marriott hotel. I will come back for sure when in Bursa.

Sheraton hotels always manage to exceed expectations and the Sheraton Hotel in Bursa is no exception! A great experience at this 5* hotel in one of Bursa’s most well-rounded areas in terms of entertainment, food and ease of getting around, especially as a tourist! The staff all across the hotel was very welcoming and friendly on top of being efficient and I really loved the fact that this hotel is so ideally located! There was a huge mall within walking distance and several restaurants and cafes nearby as well. The room I stayed in had such wonderful views of the city of Bursa and it was incredible to see the natural beauty of the city and the urban side altogether through my window! The room was incredibly spacious and well furnished in a modern sense and the bathroom was really spacious. The breakfast was one of the better breakfasts I’ve had in any Turkish city outside of Istanbul! Great variety, well prepared food and a good balance between local turkish delicacies and continental breakfast item. I also really liked their spa and pool area which is perfect if you’re looking to relax and unwind! Definitely recommended for all tourists visiting Bursa and seeking a luxurious, comfortable and worth-the-money hotel!

Even though we came here for family stay, the efficiency of the staff in this hotel was top-notched, I can imagine this can be a very good hotel for business travel as well given its efficiency and meticulousness. While we arrived at the hotel having driven over 4 hours from other city, Ershin at the reception was very helpful and efficient in completing our registration and the room was well prepared ahead of our arrival (extra bed was prepared for our toddler without us asking). He was also attentive and followed up well on our room request. The caring of customers and thinking ahead for them were amazing service standard we experienced in this hotel. Staff was so friendly and paid good attention to our toddler. Breakfasts offered good selection of food for our family as well. We also got access to the Executive Lounge which offered good snacks and drinks. The hotel is also within 10-15mins walk across the streets to a modern shopping mall. We enjoyed our stay as a family in this hotel and would definitely love to come back here.

The hotel is situated slightly out of the town centre but a train station is within walking distance that will take you into the central part of downtown Bursa in 10 minutes. The hotel is well kept and as Titanium members of Bonvoy we stayed in a spacious suite of 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms. Excellently maintained throughout, service is warm & friendly. From concierge to spa staff & the executive lounge - everyone was helpful & keen to show their Turkish hospitality. The food served in the Lounge is excellent (from 7.30 to 10 pm) - so good we ended up having dinner there! The spa with their steam/sauna/hammam & indoor heated pool is perfect to recover after a busy day exploring Bursa & surrounding areas. We had an excellent stay & highly recommend the Sheraton as your base to stay whilst in the area.

The hotel is nice and food is good. Rooms are big and bathrooms ok. Only one bath and no real shower… wifi is really poor and I struggle a lot with this!!! Personnel ok you can definitely go without any issues. Normal business hôtel nothing very surprising

It was the worst stay ever. The house keepers kept nagging for tips many missing items from our personal belongings. Be CAREFUL !!!! They will not help u. Check your belongings. And when we informed the management not action was taken Messy room and rags

Rooms are spacious, though door locks do not work plus there are no security chains (5108). No Fire escape plan on the door. Business Club Lounge does not serve Breakfast and dinner hot snacks are not a great selection. Extremely friendly staff throughout. Ms. Ayun in the breakfast Lounge is outstanding in her attitude towards service, stands out from the rest by miles !

Sheraton bursa is another level Went there to celebrate our first anniversary Hotel bed is decorated as we came to the room Shower room is sooobig( bath tub + raining shower) The massage spa was great, the lady who attended us was also great Surrounding of the hotel was also good, walking distance to places to have coffee 5/5 for the endless good services Just that breakfast is not packed with choices. However, i would love to come back to Sheraton again.
