Bursa Teleferik has developed a “Special Travelling Experience” plot combining ecological transportation enriched with the pleasures offered at the stations and an observation journey. The lift line positioned within the nature delicately and the architecture of 4 separate stations offers comfort and entertainment to the guests. The stores of various brands located in the stations form a packed activity center. The lifts and stations of Bursa Teleferik Co. create a tremendous impression in the international arena as well and aim to be one of the most glorious tourism areas of Turkey and the world.
Show more...The climb this chairlift goes through is simply amazing. We loved every moment of the experience. It is specially recommended for Family travellers with kids as they get to have a very unique experience. We were able to roam about when we disembarked for 45 mins. It was sad to see how abandoned the place looked due to very few tourists coming in.
At the current final station (it stops at second last station now, maybe due to repairs), there are plenty of vendors selling interesting Bursa clothing which wasn't priced that much different from when we checked them in Old Bazaar. So save time and money and Buy if you like.
It is absolutely worth going up the mountain.
The ride is rather long and providing a great view around. The middle station was not operating when we have been there and also the upper gondola was not working, we were informed about it. The price seemed for me also rather high so make sure to get a good information about the prices in advance and don't hesitate to discuss if necessary.
Up there you can go for good walks and also Picknick or BBQ. There are many places you can rest at or go to restaurants with fair prices and you can grill there as well.
Used the cable car (Teleferik), first section only. The second one was under maintenance. Guys, this was far beyond my expectation. FYI, the car takes you from an elevation of 50 or 100 meters above sea level to 1,650 meters in 20 minutes. This is outstanding. Don't miss it if you go there. The car takes 8 persons and you can take it privately if you pay $$$. If you are a Turkish Citizen, you get a considerable discount.
Show more...28th December 2023 price - 230 TL for Turkish citiziens, 795 TL for foreigners. You can't buy the ticket online like Turkish citiziens, so you learn the price when you arrive. Since it is located far from the main city areas, people don't go back, and accept the price. Or tourists just don't know they are being robed. Someone should stop this robbery.
Show more...A must if you visit Istanbul . The 2000 M high mountain is a place where the time has virtually stopped, no city noise, hardly any birds and amazingly cooler temperature even in the scorching heat at the bottom of the mountain.
Also take the 11pm ferry back as you would want to stay longer there if you could!
This is a long ride (the longest in Turkey) with one changeover to a different cable car at the 3/4 point. Takes over 20 min & the views are magnificent - you get to see how large & widespread the city is. At the summit - the snow is pure & several hotels are based there for the skiers. The chairlifts & ski slopes are quite a distance away from the cable car station but taking the ride is an overall fun thing to do. Foreigners pay Turkish lira 490 for a return trip vs 130 for locals. They tend to try to upsell for fast track, VIP lines etc but when we went - no queues so its not necessary to upgrade. Everything up at the stops are expensive so save your shopping & eating for later. Just go for the ride & enjoy the views.
Show more...First of all, prices are ridiculous! They try to sell you VIP package for 7000Liras to get free tea and quick access. After bargaining we got normal tickets for 980TL which is ridiculous. The car was foggy so there is nothing to see while riding up the mountain. (See pictures) they take a picture of you and try to sell it to you for 650 TL on a glass plate. Most of the shops there don’t have their prices advertised because they will charge you based on how you look. Only half the route was open because of maintenance so you don’t get the full experience and they don’t tell you that upfront. Don’t fall for this tourist trap.
Show more...The ride to Uludag takes about 20 minutes to the 1st station. There are 4 stations where total distance are about 9km makes it the longest cable car in Turkiye. Ticket for the standard ride available at TRY595 per person (as of November 2023). Carpark and ATM available at the below entrance prior pass to the security control
Show more...This is Mount Uludag. The way up there is from Tefferruc using a Teleferik. They have family sized Cable cars which can take you to the peak which stands at about 2000 metres high. Sometimes there is snow up there while is nice and sunny in the city below. Its a nice cool place for the summer.

We had to pay 250 TL for a return ticket. Each person. This kind of price only for foreigners. Went up 2 times with the cable cars and then you will have to take a van taxi that costs 5TL/person to take you to the ski place. Please pay the driver once you arrive, and not some any random man outside the van.
Show more...This is our first time and we ended up paying the guy who looks like the driver outside the van and he ended up took the money. When we got there, the driver asked us to pay again saying that we haven’t paid him. We had to argue that we already paid and finally he left us alone. Not sure if this is a scam trick or the van driver was genuinely didn’t get his money from the guy.
Once you got to the ski place, there’s no set price for a set ski rental! Literally we had to bargain with few guys who are in the same shop but giving us different prices. Insane! We ended up paying 130TL/ person for the basic ski set.
The price of the open air cable car up there is also not fixed! Apparently this is organised by some kind of gangsters (looks like it). Some guy said 100TL and he other guy said 75TL.
Once you started skiing, some random guy with a camera will start by helping you and started off the conversation in a very friendly way and take some of your pictures ‘professionally’. They will ask for 50TL for each photo.
This place is really a daylight robbery for foreigners. Locals there has some tricks up their sleeves once they see you as foreigners. Not recommended. Worst experience ever.
