World Class VIP - Disney Tours

Our World Class VIP experience was so seamless! Our guides, Molly and Hannah, were excellent. Our family of 10 was able to make the most of every day we were in the parks with their guidance. From preparing us in advance for what to expect, bringing us Stabucks the first day of our visit, communicating with us actively every step of the day, making sure each of us was able to ride or experience everything on our lists, and ensuring we never had to wait long for even the most popular rides, the World Class VIP service was PERFECTION. We barely needed to know how to use the app, they really walked us through every single step. In my opinion, I would never use an in-park guide again, this service was so amazing. And we absolutely loved our guides, Molly and Hannah. (We had two due to the size of our group and interests for the older two vs the younger two children). However, if your group is all interested in the same rides/experiences, I’m sure one guide can do it all! We will absolutely use them again when we go back to Disney!!!

I was skeptical about how many rides we could get on using this method of a virtual guide. Disney no longer allows outside guides in the park so we communicated all day via texts. It is spring break and we didn’t start first thing in the morning making it even more of a challenge. We’ve done tours before with Disney official guides, they are great but very expensive. Reading all the reviews here that were so glowing I decided to take a chance on World Class VIP. Am I glad I did. From my initial conversations with Shay until the end of our day with Brittany it all was easy and our day at Disney exceeded my expectations. Brittany was amazing. I have no idea how she did it but she really helped work the Disney lightning lane system to get us on a full day of rides. I’ve been to Disney many times and there is no way I could have come close to what we did if I was doing it on my own. We had 7 people in our group and we all got on the rides together. Outstanding service and results. Thank you Brittany for all you did today to give us a “magical day”.

I contacted Shay after hearing rave reviews about her company, World Class VIP, Disney tours. Our friends had an in person guide, but Disney no longer allows outside guides. We filled out a form asking us what experiences we wanted to visit and our days were planned for us. I was a little hesitant, but after the first day at a Hollywood Studios, it worked out so well! Sharon, our guide, even alerted us we were walking the wrong way, since we shared our location with her. She was able to tell us how long wait times were. We chose the Lighting Lanes and spent very little time waiting and more time doing. She suggested places to eat and was spot on with our timing both in Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom. Our experience was flawless! It was even better because our guide was with us, but not WITH us. Sharon was always there for us, but it was more special because there wasn’t an EXTRA person with us. It was more intimate, just our family with someone “watching” over us to make sure our days went smoothly! I can’t say enough positive things about how wonderful our experience was with World Class VIP, Disney! It was definitely stress free!

I had used World class VIP a few years ago with an in person guide, and had the most magical day ever. O'Shea made the day so wonderful, and effortless on our part. On our trip this year, we heard that we had to use the virtual option. I was very hesitant but after talking to the company went ahead with it. We had another great experience . Not quite as good as in person, but O'Shea planned our days, and was able to follow us on our app, and book our rides so we basically had no wait times. She was able to pivot us when the lines were too long, and put us on another ride instead. She was so easy to work with, and made our days flow easily so we were able to get the most out of our experience. I would highly recommend using this company to navigate the complicated system at Disney

Cannot imagine a better experience than working with Mollye, who assisted us in the Magic Kingdom, not just one round but multiple times to ride our favorites and in between not only what we requested but Mollye recommended rides we didn’t even know of. The most popular were easily covered and then every aspect of our day, from food to every type of show to even pit stops, and even recommendations for after our tour ended, such as our considering adding a park hopper to go to a different park after dinner. Mollye helped us weigh wait times, and cost. Mollye saved us money with her guidance and the cost of her guidance was the best investment. You have one day and especially on a crowded holiday weekend. Being able to maximizing your chance of the best rides and otherwise focusing on family time and fun, with simple texts about the next adventure as stepping off each ride and restaurant guidance (and even Starbucks breakfast delivery) ensured we had the most magic day possible. At our next visit, we are going right back to Mollye. Thank you!!!
