My VIP Tour

My wife and I hadn’t been to Disney for many years and were apprehensive about planning a trip that would check all the boxes for our family of four. Friends of ours highly recommend My VIP Tours, and so we did our own research and booked our trip through them. We were so incredibly thankful we were pointed in this direction!

We ended up having Danny R. as our tour guide. He was so helpful and attentive leading up to the trip, helping steer us in the right direction after listening to our wants and needs. Upon meeting Danny in person it was so clear he was a great match for our family - our daughters (who can be a little shy with new people) we’re quickly exchanging knock knock and Disney jokes with him.

Danny and My VIP Tours ended up helping us achieve the Disney getaway of our dreams! He optimized our itinerary so we balanced hitting all the best attractions we wanted, all while avoiding long lines and waits. He anticipated our needs, having snacks and drinks at the ready for us when we came off rides.

All the stellar reviews are correct- this is an incredible service and experience! Worth every penny. We worked with Danielle on our itinerary and she planned the most special long weekend for my husband, son and myself. She secured fast passes, restaurant reservations, rented us a stroller, advised me on the best attractions and rides for my 2 1/2 year old and more. She was very responsive and extremely helpful! Daniel was our guide for our full day in Magic Kingdom. He greeted us with Starbucks and continued to go over and beyond during our day. It was my son’s first time to Disney and it could not have been more perfect. We saw/did 15 different attractions/rides, met Mickey, had lunch with Pooh and friends, and enjoyed front row seats to the parade. We never waited in a line for more than 10 minutes which was a GAME CHANGER with a 2 year old. Daniel and his assistant, Charles, saved us seats to the parade and an afternoon show. While we were enjoying rides, Daniel was busy securing other fast passes, planning more of our day and even getting us water. He navigated our stroller through the seas of people. We didn’t look at a park map once. We never had to look for a bathroom. We never had to park or retrieve our stroller. We didn’t wait in one food line. The day was seamless and all of our energy was focused on soaking up the magic through our son’s eyes. It was an incredibly special day and trip that I will remember forever. We come to Disney frequently- this was probably my 20th trip or so- but even for a “seasoned” Disney traveler, this service made a huge impact on our trip. Thank you so much, Danielle and Daniel! We recently visited Orlando during Spring Break 2021 and had the pleasure of working with My VIP Tours during our days at Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. We cannot say enough good things about our experience and would whole-heartedly recommend My VIP Tours to anyone considering using them, or similar services. Charlotte and Bridget were great to work with and dove right into planning our trip – from understanding what our children liked, what we hoped to do, what to expect in the parks and during our day, plus anything specific to our family and our preferences, full restaurant recommendations and reservations - as well as pointing out things we may be missing AND even giving us pointers for days we weren’t with VIP Tours. They were also extremely flexible and helped accommodate a last second, additional day, even though it was during their peak season and they were fully booked out. Our in the park experience (two days with BJ and one day with Jake) was even more amazing. BJ and Jake were both hilarious, energetic and insightful guides who the kids loved. The way they got us around the parks, on every ride we wanted, with minimal waits (and this is in the year of no Fast Passes) was like magic! They pointed out so many “behind the scenes” nuggets that you felt like a park insider. Each of them anticipated our every need and made the whole day a breeze! Again, we cannot say enough about BJ and Jake, and would very happily revisit the parks with them any time!

From booking our attractions, suggesting itineraries, escorting us through the parks and supporting last minute changes - My Disney VIP was hands down a 5 Star +++ service provider. Danielle, Bridget and Carly are phenomenal to work with. THey are highly responsive (even late at night and on weekends), incredibly friendly and very energetic! My whole family loved them! If you want to actually enjoy going to Disney World, get to ride and see attractions and avoid full-blown meltdowns from having your kids wait in 3 hour line ups in the heat, book this now! We booked everything last minute and they were able to secure every ride, attraction, character meeting and show for us. We never waited more than 5 minutes for anything!!! They'll even meet you at the exit with lunck ready to go for your little ones!!! We would never return without securing their services again! Best trip organizers we've ever used! THANK YOU!

This was our first trip to Disney World and the idea of navigating all the parks was very daunting. We are a family of 5, our children are aged 13, 11 and 6 so we had a lot of different interests to cover.

From the moment we met Ralph he felt like family, he was so friendly, extremely knowledgable about the Disney experience and made us feel at ease. We felt comfortable just following him and 'walking with purpose' to each destination.

We spent 5 days with Ralph and he covered our wish list at each park and so much more. We visited Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Universal and with Ralph's careful planning and flexible approach we hardly had to queue. Each day he met us with breakfast to make our early starts more manageable, he ensured we were fed and watered through the day and set up lunch for us in the much needed air conditioning before leaving us.

The highlight of our trip for the boys was visiting Savi's Workshop in Hollywood Studios. They were both desperate to build their own lightsabers and with the fantastic help of Ally and Ralph's continued persistence they managed to get us on the waitlist and eventually we had 2 spaces for both boys to build them. They were so very pleased to bring those home.

Our daughter was very excited to visit Harry Potter at Universal and Ralph ensured she covered everything here too, it made her trip very special.

For anyone unsure whether to use this service for their trip we would say it was worth every penny. Not only was it a pleasure to spend time with Ralph but he took the stress out of the trip so we could spend much needed time as a family and enjoyed our time together rather than worry about the next ride to book on. We can't thank him enough and felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend.

It was also lovely to meet Ally and she was so helpful for the 2 days we had her as well as Ralph. A massive thank you to you both - we have come away with such wonderful memories from the holiday of a lifetime.

An extra thank you to Ralph for the photos too - they are fantastic - especially the 'lunge' ones! As a mum it's very special for me to have so many photos of the whole family and to have the kids smiling in them all. They posed for Ralph without fuss so I'm very grateful for that! Thank you! xxx

We were down at Disney World for spring break. I decided to book My VIP tour because I was traveling with a large group with small kids and without having fast passes, I did not want to wait on long lines. My tour guide, Monica, did not disappoint. We had her for a Hollywood Studios day and a Magic Kingdom day.

At Hollywood Studios, she was able to secure us rise of the resistance boarding pass, mobile ordered our lunch and grabbed us a table, and we were able to ride 8 rides before 2pm without waiting more than 15-20 minutes. She spread some pixie dust by getting us on star wars tour and smuggler's run with no lines at all.

At Magic Kingdom, she was able to help my cousin switch his epcot ticket to magic kingdom so he could join us for the day. She once again mobile ordered our lunch and grabbed us a table, and this time we were rode 9 rides before 1pm without waiting more than 15-20 minutes. Once again she had some pixie dust for us, especially my 9 year old who was celebrating a birthday. She had gems after the mine train ride, shells after under the sea, eye patches for pirates of the caribbean, and got us on pirates of caribbean and it's a small world with no lines at all.

She was absolutely amazing, taking pictures of us and then editing them so that they looked professional. She would push the stroller and had it waiting for us as soon as we got off the rides. She would even have snacks we requested ready for us after the rides. I can't say enough amazing things about Monica.

I would definitely use My VIP tours again and would request Monica.

It is hard to pinpoint my favourite aspects of using My VIP for my family because every step of the process has tremendous benefits. First my outstanding planning advisor Jordan who patiently listened to all my concerns, needs and must-do lists and then proceeded to nail all the reservations I asked for plus a few extra recommendations of her own. Her reminders and notifications really helped me stay on top of the planning process. This was my second trip to Disneyworld with this company having used them before Covid struck in 2019. Jordan explained all the changes in the system to me and made sure I made my DAS enrollment on time. With a disability in our family using a guide is invaluable to the success of our trip.
We were lucky to have the spectacular Disney Daniel again this trip who planned our days well and left room for spontaneous decisions based on wellness and fatigue issues. The job of the guide is very stressful and he made sure the stress of getting passes, genies and lightening lanes was not passed onto me. He took the time to teach me how to use the system for our non-guide days and when I messed it all up he was a text away to find me rides and reorganize my Genie day on his day off!
Ultimately we rode everything we wanted and in most cases more than once.
Daniel became our extra family member and it was hard to part with him. He was great with my kids playing games and joking around like the big brother they don't have. He's just the kind of person you want to spend time with with an amazing personality, sense of humour and infectious positivity. We also had Robbie who slayed Hollywood Studios with us going our of his way to provide tips, tricks and treats out of his knapsack. Our guides went above and beyond to not only provide the very best Disney experience but to also keep us hydrated, fed, comfortable in the 90 degree heat and safe.
If you have a disability in the family I highly recommend My VIP to ease the mental stress of what can be a very intense and technologically confusing vacation. Daniel and Robbie took care of the technicalities so I could focus on my families wellness throughout the day which ultimately reduced my stress to nothing. I had the time of my life! It is a great privilege to have a guide and I can honestly say it is worth every penny.

I will also add that we observed the Disney company VIP guides with other guests inside the park to which my daughter commented " They are so boring! They suck. They are not as fun as our guy!"

If happiness, joy, and a crazy good time with your children is your priority then using MY VIP will help you meet all your vacation goals. The amazing memories we made with our guides are priceless.

I have already rebooked another Disney vacation and will be saving for another My VIP experience.

We had a phenomenal experience with “My VIP Tour.” We had never been to Disney and we were visiting during a peak time (Thanksgiving). We were quickly overwhelmed by the time/effort required to plan our ambitious trip (6 parks in 3 days) and uncertain if we would be able to secure the times/reservations we wanted.

My VIP tours was great throughout. They held our hands through the planning process and booked our dining reservations. Our kids (ages 9 and 6) didn’t have much experience with rollercoasters and they were great with planning around our interests/needs.

By far the best part, however, was Bridget, our guide for three days through the 4 Disney parks and 2 Universal parks. She said her goal was to make the experience “frictionless,” and she did at every step. She showed up every morning clad in Mickey Mouse ears and Disney spirit with Starbucks drinks/breakfast for the whole family, and the whole day planned out perfectly. She was also adept at changing plans on the fly for things like ride closures, bathroom breaks, and last minute add/drops for rides/attractions. Even with our modestly sized family, there was almost always someone who wanted a drink or a bathroom or pretzel and Bridget went out of her way to get those things while we were doing rides/shows to really maximize our time. Using her expertise, we did everything on our list with an average wait of less than 10 minutes. We easily got 2 or 3 times as much done as we would have without her. She was willing to stay with us all day/evening, but we sent her home at dinner time on Thanksgiving to eat with her family and were quickly educated on how much more stressful and hard it was to navigate wait times and lightning lane passes on our own.

Bridget also went out of her way to add special touches for our two boys, making individualized Hogwarts acceptance letters and tickets for the train to Hogwarts for our day at Universal and toy gems to entice our boys to do roller coasters that they were hesitant to do. At the end the boys were most excited and proud about the coasters that I am confident they would not have done without Bridget.

By the end of the trip she felt like family and my mother-in-law was inviting her to come visit her in New Orleans. From beginning to end Bridget and the My VIP Tour team delivered a 5-star experience.

Earlier this month I tagged along on a friends family trip where she was taking her daughters to Disney for the first time. As a former Disney cast member (way back in my college days) and Annual Passholder for 5+ years, she wanted my knowledge of the parks and an honest opinion of the whole VIP tour experience. We had Jake take us through Magic Kingdom and Epcot for 2 days and let me tell you, I was truly blown away. His efficiency of navigating us and hitting ride after ride without having to zig-zag across the park and back was incredible, on top of managing our ride reservations using genie+ without any of us having to open the Disney World app a single time. He had surprises for the girls after a few rides to really help create that magical moment and for us adults he grabbed us Starbucks while we went on a ride (worth the tour price alone) and was full of park history and trivia.

The mornings are a very early start if you are staying on property and have early park admission, we met at 6:45am for Magic Kingdom and 8:30am for Epcot. But with Jake's planning and ride reservations we were practically done with both parks by 2pm, allowing time to explore on your leisure and return to the hotel for a nap and go back to the park for fireworks if you want. If it is your first trip to Disney and you really don't know where to begin/how to navigate the Disney Genie app, or your family has been a million times but just really has every ride on their checklist, it is essential you book a My VIP Tour.

Jake was a true hospitality professional that clearly loves what he does. When he left us after Magic Kingdom, the girls asked "Where's Jake?", so we were basically chopped liver the rest of the weekend. As a Passholder, I rode more rides in those 2 days then I probably have in the last year of trips to Disney. My next trip to the parks will definitely pale in comparison without a guide like Jake. This was our first time taking our girls (ages 4 and 2) to Disney. Our guide was Carly and she was even more amazing than I could have imagined! She took all the pressure and stress of bringing my kids to Disney and turned it on its head. I was greeted by Carly early in the morning with a huge smile on her face, coffees in hand, while she grabbed the double stroller from me and told me to relax. I knew within that first minute that this service would be well worth it! And it was! Throughout the day, we were brought waters, sodas, and coffees as requested, which were swiftly delivered to us by runners in the park, allowing us to avoid lines and save time! Was such a pleasure.

We toured Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios with her. She knew the parks inside and out, navigating us through them with utmost efficiency - wizzing us through the lines and directing us to the next attraction. It was such a pleasure not having to stop and think of what to do next, and to have everything coordinated for you based on your family’s need. She was able to balance all of our different needs and shuffle around our schedule to keep everybody entertained and accommodated. When the kids were tired, she was able to quickly move around our itinerary to do less rides and more shows without compromising time.

She was so warm and energetic with our kids. Her positive energy was infectious and a pleasure to be around. Within 10 minutes of meeting my kids, they welcomed her with open arms while she happily entertained them with stickers and bubbles so my husband and I could go on Splash Mountain and other similar attractions together.

Carly brought with her not only her wisdom of the parks, but also her radiant energy, providing us with the most magical Disney experience I could have asked for!
