This was our first family holiday as our children have never been abroad. The hotel was lovely and all the staff were just so nice. The cleaning ladies were so nice and accommodating. They didn’t speak much English but they understood fine. The general staff of the resort were also very nice. Our children had the best holiday ever! I’m so happy we picked papillon aysha. It’s very family friendly!

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this wonderful hotel. Needless to say I did not leave the hotel for the entire week which is certainly saying something! There were so many wonderful points and very few negatives. I will try to list things that made our holiday. We are a family of 4 with two children 8 and 11. Firstly the ANIMATION TEAM! They truly made our holiday. This is a large hotel with a lot of guests but they went out of their way to remember our names and to include us in their activities. The activities were varied and we took part in most of them. One of my children is Autistic which was hard to explain in a foreign country but they still tried to include him even when he found an activity difficult. It didn't help that there were very few English guests in this hotel so my son found it difficult to communicate with his peers. Fathi did his very best to support my son. We also had dealings with the lady in the kids club who was also very inclusive and I only wish my children had wanted to do more as the activities looked such fun! There is a vast daytime program and the evening shows are fabulous!!!!! BUT it doesn't stop there...every night after the main show there was further entertainment. The animation team never seemed to stop! In a former life I did this job and I know how hard they work. I really hope the hotel appreciates what they do and that they are the main contact with guests and worth looking after. Special thanks to Fathi, Erdal, Mustafa, Paoblo, Nusret. Comments :- It would be nice to have a daily activity you could do as a whole family. Also maybe change up the pool music sometimes? Teen activity list would help as we didn't always know what was on for my eldest. You guys ROCK!!!! Lifeguards :- These guys were more than lifeguards they also made my little boys holiday. They were always smiling, splashing the kids as they went by and taking the upmost care of them. My son Brodie wishes to say good bye to the lovely curly haired guy! He'll get you back soon!!!! Concerige :- Used three times and were extremely helpful. Cleaning:-The hotel is kept very clean and the grounds are very well kept Food:- We really enjoyed all the food...sooo much choice. One thing I felt was missing was alternative milks! BUT my husband said he spotted some in a coffee cabinet on the last day! So maybe they had some but they certainly weren't on display. All inclusive was great for children...from ice creams / to slushies. They got the most out of their stay! The beach:- The beach is lovely but is a bit pebbly. very beautiful though with lots of loungers, the pier and places to sit and have a drink. Towels:- You don't need to bring your own which is good to know! Waiting staff :- The waiting staff are overall excellent. You can see their is a lot of continual management / training in this hotel and you often see staff being trained. Staff remembered your drink preference and were very friendly. Rooms:- We had the most basic room and fitted 4 of us in with not much room to spare but we paid the cheaper price. if you want more space or better views you need to pay more. All was good in the rooms..my only moan is the hairdryer is pitiful! This is often the case in most hotels though. Something that needs addressing in the stench in the rooms that can be used before you leave the hotel. It's truly awful and is a shame as the area itself is beautiful but there's obviously a bad problem with drainage. (Please note this was not is our actual rooms just the shower room on the lower level) A la carte:- we tried the Taco a la carte restaurant. This was quite pleasant but we felt we could get the same in the main restaurant plus more choice for the children so probably wouldn't have bothered with this. The martini bar has a dress code. No flip flops! Good to know. The pool :- The pool is a fabulous space with several brilliant water slides. We didn't feel we needed to go to a water park. Lots of sunloungers but again towels were all out by the crack of dawn! I wonder if there are enough loungers during the busy Summer break? My son who can swim is 8 and could not touch the floor. There isn't a gradient and he got quite exhausted. Worth noting if you have kids.. There is a kids splash pool which is fab but he felt was too babyish for him. Very clean space though and I hate dirty pools and poolside areas so was very pleased about this point. Overall this is a truly stunning and well run hotel with fabulous staff. We were very sad to be leaving. There isn't much they haven't thought of here and we would gladly return.

Papillon Ayscha is just the most special hotel. what makes it so good are the amazing staff in every single department who honestly work so hard to ensure all the guests have the very best time. special shout out to Mahmut in the main buffet restaurant for his constant smiles and help and the animation team and especially Fatih, Mustafa and Erdal who were just brilliant all day every day and helped our large family of 8 have the very very best time. We also made some wonderful friends from all over the world who we hope to meet there again when we next go in May. I can't imagine our family going anywhere else now- ( we have been twice and have two trips there booked already this year) this hotel is just so good in every way and it is all down the amazing bar staff, restaurant staff, housekeepers, guest services, reception and animation teams.

Great hotel Four of us, 2 adults and 2 children, aged 4 and 7, visited Aysha in Oktober 2023. It was by far the best hotel in Antalya that we have ever visited. The choice and quality of the food was outstanding. The service around the hotel was simply very courteous, polite and professional. The possibility to rent a cabana and enjoy the service in it - you order via a QR code - a bonus. The whole thing was topped in our eyes by the Mini Club storage. Both children hardly wanted to leave the facility. The Mini Club area was very spacious and very child-friendly, but it was more the daily planning of the childminders that made it a place that my children really enjoyed, felt comfortable from the start and didn't want to leave. The daily schedule was transparent thanks to a brochure. Unlike other clubs, they didn't offer painting stones and collecting shells, but a more appealing and varied program such as Mini Golf, Yoga, Gym, Basketball, Swimming, Tennis, Sjolen, English Lesson, Bingo, Treasure Hunt etc. Thanks at this point to: Melissa, Sofia, Anastasiia, Aika (Mini Club) Emrah, Ömer (snack bar, restaurant), Ekrem (beach), Salih (spa).

Geared more towards germans mainly wished I believed the previous reviews and some Russians there .. be aware that if you are a couple and looking for a relaxing break, be mindful there are children there everywhere and kids parties bubbles kids parties , the papi nursery forkids...kids water park opening at 2pm . Arrived at the hotel at 1am checking in staff made us fill forms at 1am after a four and a half hour flight and an hour transfer...reception staff did not offer to sit down this chinese looking girl/staff was rude And said 'let me finish ' .. customer service needs improvement.. no welcome drinks no sandwiches. My partner was diabetes no food was available at 130 am.. we were given a map of the hotel ... the resort is found in an area where only land of legends shopping centre is near by and the shops at the hotels were empty which reflects the overpriced items.. staff hardly smiled .. not a very personable experience . There is a beach at the front of the hotel which was nice.. to get a seat at the beachfront make it there before 730 the only few staff who spoke to us was hamsa waiting who really goes above and beyond and found us a seat to watch the watch the evening show he was pleasant professional and had lovely manners vineet singh and Sara at the Turkish restaurant..saying that if u go there service is way way too quick course after course felt a bit rushed ...enough you brilliant staff who worked really hard and actually spoke to us ..the spa was a nice treat reasonable around 40 euros for the massage by 2 Thai ladies who were very professional .. the rooms /maid was so lovely ..we were offered diabetic drinks in the fridge and the food was quite good ..overall the hotel itself is gorgeous and clear but the staff never smiled they looked so unhappy like the German clientelle there ... for that reason if you want to feel a happier vibe on holiday then go somewhere else. The hotel is in an area where there are no shops around and the belek town is quite pricey. The waiting area to wait for your transfers downstairs amazing clean great facilities showers charging port somewhere to rest and wait before your flight back.

We are a family of 4 (2 boys 4 and 8) and have just returned from a week at this beautiful hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful. Its clean, modern and very welcoming. Our room was a standard room with a balcony. Balcony was small and room was a little on the small side for 4 of us but It wasn't a problem. The rooms were cleaned daily and beds stripped, towels replaced and mini bar restocked. The bathroom was lovely with a very powerful, large shower and shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, tooth past tooth brushes were included - we also had robes and slippers. The double and single bed were comfy but a fold put bed had been provided as the 4th bed. It wasn't very comfy but was resolved very quickly by guest relations. I sent a WhatsApp message asking if they had a mattress topper and while we were out they changed the whole bed for a real bed which was a very swift and appreciated service. The Aircon in our room wasn't very powerful, but we didn't really use it much but I'm sure they would've resolved it if it was a problem to us. The grounds are really beautiful and well kept. The pool was stunning and very big. It is also heated in October which many aren't. This meant that my youngest literally lived in the water for the week. We really enjoyed the slides and the cheerful staff that manned them. The pool areas were always clean and tidy. The food was of a very high standard. I do think that if you go to an all inc you have to have realistic expectations, catering for hundreds of guests isnt an easy task - having read some of the negative reviews i think that some people do not appreciate this. the staff work so hard to keep the areas clean and food topped up and we always found plenty to eat in the buffet. Empty tables were immediately cleaned and linen replaced. There are also waiters who will get drinks for you. There is an outdoor area where there are stations where meat, fish, Chinese, Indian food is freshly prepared. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant by the beach at lunch times, the freshly cooked pizzas and jacket potatoes were amazing. There was plenty of choice and always a huge colourful salad bar and fruit stand. I would like to mention the staff in this restaurant who were incredible. On one day my eldest managed to drop a whole plate of spag bol into his lap. They dashed over to help him, constantly reassuring us that it was no problem and checking that he was OK. On a different day, a little girl dropped her glass which smashed, the staff instantly dealt with with it. Then about a minute later my boy did the same. He was a bit upset but the staff were so kind, the manager came over and told him it was no problem don't be sad. And instantly stopped me from trying to pick up the broken bits. It was all dealt with so professionally, extremely quickly and with genuine kindness. They really cheered him up. We found all of the staff to be very professional, friendly and extremely hard working. The Mexican Al a cart we visited was exceptional. I had guacamole which was made at the table and was the best I have ever tasted. Steak was very good and churros lovely. My eldest asked for spagbol but it had a bit of spice to it which he didn't like. The staff changed it for chicken with the same 'no problem' attitude we had experienced. The food and service was of a very high standard and the atmosphere was incredible. There was a live musician which really added to the chilled vibe. He was very good. We loved the martini bar, the food and cocktails were so good and the setting felt really luxurious- not what I would think of in a typical all inc. My boys enjoyed the football and played /trained twice each day. The coach was amazing. She really understood the kids and at times took each one aside to offer feedback to help them to improve. She gave great feedback but what really impressed me was the rapport she had with the kids. She also managed to make games fair and managed the different age groups really well, so that the younger players weren't overpowered by the older ones. She was so passionate, friendly but also commanded their respect which was great to see. This was the highlight of my eldests holiday. The evening entertainment was of a very high standard. There are numerous bars and there never seemed to be much of a queue for a drink. I only wish that some of the guests appreciated this and were more polite to the hardworking staff. There are steps up to the bar for kids to order their own drinks which I thought was good (although it was shameful to see adults pushing infront of kids to be served on occasion) The coffee bar was lovely and the patisserie was beautiful. The hotel has a private section of beach and a pier. We enjoyed playing in the sea. Its not what I would call a beautiful beach, but the kids happily played all day and enjoyed it. There wasn't much outside the hotel but this didn't bother us as there was so much to do in the hotel. I usually find all inclusive a bit repetitive and find myself wanting to eat out a few times just to break it up but I can honestly say I didn't feel this way at all here. I think because there are so many options it felt like a more personal experience than your standard all inc. The alcohol is all branded and there's plenty of it. We also loved the skating waiters who serve drinks to your sun loungers! We visited belek Town and also land of legends which was a really lovely evening too. We had great weather for late oct but I think that even if the weather wasnt great we still would've had a great experience. The layout of the hotel and grounds makes it feel very peaceful. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so wonderful. We are already looking at returning next year.
