Papillon Belvil Hotel

This is my favorite place in the world. A peace of heaven. Already ten years may be more, I come here to recharge myself, renew my mind and spirit. I come here with friends, with family. And every time I find something new to enjoy and to like. Very high service is being presented by very kind and welcoming people. Rooms are felled with drinks every day. Cleaning every day. Nice and tasty food for all types of guests. A separate restaurant for kids with small chairs and tables, yogurts and pancakes and many many other food. Every evening there is a kids discount, followed by musical program for all guests. Disco programs, Latino life music and a lot if different programs in the evenings. I kindly recommend this hotel to everyone....

Honestly the best hotel I have stayed I have been to turkey lots of times and I would say if you are looking for ultra all inclusive then this is the hotel, We stayed in the garden rooms they are lovely and clean and not outdated The staff are fantastic nothing is to much trouble another level when it comes to service and to entertainment probably the best entertainment team I have encountered they actually talk to the gusts and spend time with them and make you feel part of whats going on but not in a pushy way. The chefs are amazing won't go hungry ever. There is a quiet pool and plenty slides if it's your thing. Also the kids club from what I saw the team work super hard to help the kids enjoy themselves Well done papillon

Really liked the hotel, great food, charming bartenders, friendly staff, clean room, lots of activities. If you are into yoga, Liliia is the best trainer ❤️ She is so energetic and enthusiastic. Thinking about going there again next autumn ☺️

I have a great experience with this hotel and strongly recommend it if you really want to have a rest and not think about everything. There are all you need including great fitness program if you want to do something healthy during the rest.

We stayed here for 7 nights and the overall experience was simply amazing. This resort has everything to keep little as well as older visitors entertained all the time. A huge variety of food including special Indian food counter which was delicious. The chef Mr Shekhawat at the Indian food counter was customer focused and willing to prepare food as requested. Ms Ayse at the Casadilla counter next to Mirage hotel made really delicious casadilla. She was always smiling and helpful to us. The guy at the beach bar Ogulcan made great summer drinks for us. And lastly the animation/entertainment team kept us entertained throughout, can not thank them enough. Overall a great experience and indeed highly recommended. Thank you Papillon Belvil!

End of season, end of October, perfect weather for Us 2+1 (10 years old) around 26-28 degrees everyday , Great food , Brilliant service but lots don't speak English only Russian. Breakfast great but ... Disappointing Choice of Ham, very very disappointing, of course no BACON but that's understandable because we are in Turkey, bare in mind. For English breakfast eaters... baked beans in tomato sauce not good... Sorry. Lots of different food everywhere, anytime, unfortunately we haven't tried ala cart restaurants which was included 1 within our week of stay. All my friends said same thing.(because there was 10of us (3 families) Management should have look into it if not this it would possibly 5* Great drinks and bevareges including international ones (we have been to lots of different all inclusive holidays but this was the best) Amazing Rooms and bathroom very nice, cleaned nicely, restocked, everything what you need in room and bathroom... Everything , only small downside we got a room with very small balcony on the 2nd floor but it's not an issue I have mainly been there to put wet stuff to dry... Kids very happy with slides, pools, entertainment. The entertainment at night time is the best we seen, dancers, acrobats, live music , foam parties... Brilliant Circus and Michael Jackson show. Tip: take swimming shoes, Sea first few meters small gravel then sand. Lots of sunbeds. QR codes on each Food so can check allergens :) but we found that after checking with chef that for example like Chicken and Donner Meats was missing Yougurt from the ingredients which is bit dangerous for people with allergies. Nearly all I think 98% Russians but I think we know all why. For me 1 star down because of this amount of Breakfast ham choice and no bacon also rude Russians even touching grapes or fries what I noticed putting back and few little issues and staff straight away saying to you in Russian without knowing your nationality... It should be HELLO as a international word. All bar and restaurant staff working very hard , we have noticed couple of times when manager approached moan bar area by the pool and telling staff to clean other tables right now while they were cleaning other tables... Rude way as could see how he was talking despite they were working hard all the time. WiFi in all hotel area..., beach, pools, rooms, Brilliant. All toilets very clean, fresh, automatic, pleasure to use it. Very helpful Guest Relations... Thank you. Best bartender and speaking well English BERKAY... Thank you! Otherwise I THINK one of the best hotels we have been to. Despite little couple things as mentioned above we would come back again.

I recommend this hotel to everyone. It is one of the best hotels that I have been to in my whole life, and I can tell you that everyone will find what they need over there. Families, couples, and even solo travelers will be busy with all the activities suggested by the lovely entertainment team. Regarding the food, you will not be disappointed, as they have a different cuisine each day. The weather will surprise you, as it is sunny all the week, and you can enjoy the sea or the pool for the whole stay. I will be back, sure.

Can I just say we went here for a little get away , our first time . This hotel was far from possibly one off the nicest hotels I’ve experienced, The room had everything we needed , mini bar stocked everyday , snacks , toiletries , the ground are lovely food amazing , Al art restaurant has a little supplement but worth it ,spa (Turkish bath ) is a must and very reasonable. Coffee shop pattiserri ice cream , snack bars all brilliant . The piano lounge was lovely and staff really good . All branded spirits .The kids entertainment is really good . If you’re going as couple , family it’s a must and I will definitely be returning to this hotel . Thank you for a lovely holiday There is adults only pool . They have cool boxes at side of the loungers with cold water in . The little touches this hotel does makes it a brilliant time .

Fantastic hotel one of the best we have stayed in. All round top quality hotel. Only thing that I would improve would be the service in the fusion restaurant - very rushed ate a 6 course meal in under 1 hour. Would definitely visit again ! Well done 👍

Overall great hotel, just not quite as great as other reviews suggest! Good points: Very clean & hygienic with facilities all well looked after. Lovely position on the beach, heated pools which are essential in late October/early November. Great facilities for children in the kids club area / small slide pool. Waterpark was good fun too. Drinks were good with proper coffee & cocktails available, wine I’m told was not so great. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Little touches around the hotel like the steps up to allow little ones to order ice creams and the kids buffet were cute. Not so good (but still not bad): Food, in general we found the food a bit below par, It wasn’t bad as such just nothing stood out as tasting great and buffet food was often not hot enough. Fruit selection I also found disappointing. General appearance of the resort in places also looked a bit tired / old. Stairs up to buffet restaurant had a very wobbly railing. Other than this issues were just cosmetic.
