The Gregory

The best establishment that I have stayed in in many year. Beautifully decorated, quirky and very clean. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I was disappointed not to be staying a few days more also that they were booked out for the Paddys Day weekend. I'll certainly be rebooking for my next visit in a couple of months.

Lovely older setting. Rooms are large with private bath. We were upgraded to a larger room on the third floor. Friendly, courteous, helpful hosts. Very close to university and excellent food, within short walking distance. The only drawback was breakfast off site. We had vouchers for breakfast at The Mad Hatter, which was very good. Off street parking was a plus.

Beautiful house with spacious bedrooms shared dining and grand sitting room. Clean and spacious perfect for a family. Great location for Queens University and getting to the Ferry. Helpful staff, we were able to use the kitchen to make a light breakfast before our ferry journey. This is our 2 nd time here and we will definitely use the Gregory again

Booked a double standard room for three nights at 90 pounds per night. When I arrived I was bumped into a small attic room with a tiny window and no air circulation. Asked for a proper room next morning but told all were full. Baited and switched, a total rip-off. Reception and cleaning staff were helpful but overall a case of false advertising.

Lovely, characterful and clean hotel between Malone and Lisburn Roads, close to Botanic Gardens, Queens University and top breakfast cafe Maggie May. About 15/20 minute walk into town (or loads of buses). Warm welcome at reception, room on top floor quiet and clean. Would happily stay there again!

Wonderful ambiance, very pleasurable staff, limited services but the cleanness makes up for everything. We stayed for 4 nights and slept very well, despite the temperatures (>25c). The available fan made things pleasant. The breakfast is outside at a place called the Mad Hatter. Short walk to a good breakfast. If you want to have an excellent breakfast, you have to walk a couple of blocks to a place called Maggie May. Their milkshakes are marvelous aswell.

We stayed here for a night and were very happy with the stay! We rocked up and were very pleased as we got an upgrade to the Hannah Suite. The room was spacious, clean and lovely! Location was perfect with an easy bus into town. Would book again! Cheers!

Me and my wife stayed here for 3 nights and it was lovely. The location was good (roughly £5 taxi ride to city centre or 30 minute walk). The room was nice and clean, a reasonable size and the beds were very comfortable! Want to sleep in? The blackout curtains made it easy! The communal areas were really inviting, a lovely place to relax. The manager couldn't do enough for us and was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Good budget hotel with spacious rooms and free parking. The WiFi is also very fast and it was free. The cleaners were very friendly when I arrived and helped me with bus information. The only thing that stuck out as a negative was the noisy radiator which I mentioned to staff straight away to fix but it wasn't and did wake me up. I see on here this issue has been mentioned previously so I do hope they will fix this problem. Would still return as the location was really good to the city hospital (just a few mins walk) and it is also near Queens University and the Ulster Museum. There are nearby convenience stores and buses to go to main city centre too.

Very nice comfortable & clean. Only stayed overnight but will definitely be back. The cafe a few doors down that they recommend for breakfast The Mad Hatter was excellent too, they did the perfect Irish breakfast.
