Thank you very much for celebrating my birthday today I will not forget you in a hurry. You people are really amazing and your resort services are great. I will always choose and love to visit here again. Amazing Calista - the hotel, staff, food ( everything was fantastic and very high standards) We stayed in a family room - room 4407. The cleaning team in our room kept the room immaculate . Never had to ask for anything as everything was done for us returning to the room. Mini bar was always stocked up daily. The food - there’s something for everyone at any time of the day. The food is very high standard - probably one of the best hotels for food that we have stayed in. Drinks were very high standard - wine, champagne & cocktails. The beach was lovely and waiter staff were outstanding ; ordered drinks and they were very quick. Always happy and polite the staff at charm beach club - thank you ! Entertainment was brilliant - we loved the blue bar and charm beach club. Drinks very good and very polite staff. Good music and good entertainment - lots of effort by the hotel staff to maintain high standards. We will be back Calista. Thank you !

We visit a hotel or two every month in Antalya and spend a few days. Calista was always on our list but we waited until we had a real reason to visit. We decided for New Years. The hotel is beautiful and clean, a grand array of food and areas to eat and relax. Wonderful staff and shops too. We paid extra for the gala on nee years and were sadly disappointed. The food was the same as in the all inklusive restaurants, nothing new or special for the extra payment. The gala was so crowded with tables one could hardly move. The band was great but the sound system buzzed and was unclear and way too loud to be able to speak with anyone at the table. The event at the pool with small fireworks was nice and the extras they provided were cool. All in all a great hotel but the extra event could have been much better, therefore I would suggest the management consider staying in their lane and do what they do best.

My honeymoon hotel💕. Now I came with my children ( after 14 years) for semester, wonderful 4 days, delicious restaurants (Fatma, Duygu, Timo/ Sakura restaurant chefs, workers), thanks a lot entertainment team ( şule, Samet, Gamze, Dimitri) , guest relationships ( Sabrina) … I want to come again and again…

Check in was speedy and we were driven to our room. Room was luxurious, comfortable and very well equipped. The cleaner randomly removed things like slippers by the bed, only worn for 5 minutes, bars of soap, used once were removed, turn down service was very random. We loved the coffee shop, where the service was excellent. Staff on the pier were more interested in cleaning the tables than serving guests. A number of times we got fed up waiting and left. Evening dinner was also a problem. If we left our table, between courses, with full drinks on the table, when we came back with desert, our table had been cleared and the drinks removed. This happened frequently. Late check out, which we tried to organise before arrival, on arrival and during our stay, was finally granted after we checked out, at a cost which we felt was absolutely prohibitive and unhelpful, especially as we had arrived at 04:30 and missed our first day. Our pick up time was 01:30, we only wanted to keep the room on until 18:00. Turkish a la carte was very good. Sunbeds were amazing, the most comfortable ever and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Entertainment was fantastic, the best we have seen anywhere in the world.

Many times in Calista coming home I would say good food. Friendly staff all the time there is no problem that can be solved Service is excellent the singers are always very good I think it is special chosen. Our family likes hotel Calista. We celebrated new year 2024 here and everything was excellent. We would like to highlight Vesta, she is working in the hotel.
