Holiday Inn - Bursa City Centre

Excellent hotel right beside tram from bus station. Also tram that circles the centre of town. Courteous professional staff. Rooms are well appointed and the bed comfortable. Didn’t have breakfast or try the restaurant so can’t comment there.

My family and I stayed here for 3 weeks while my mother was recovering from an operation and we had the best experience ever! Every single person we met was so kind and helpful and truly went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and worry-free as possible. We had many different requests (changing rooms, using conference room, etc.) and were never made to feel like a burden or nuisance. The rooms are extremely clean and organized and the staff speak multiple languages so communicating is very easy. Special thanks to Khaled, Mert, Cenk, Nihat, and many amazing team members whose names I did not catch for assisting us so much and making our stay so wonderful. I cannot recommend this hotel and its incredible staff enough, they truly make you feel like family and I will definitely stay here whenever I visit Bursa!

The nicest, most well run Holiday Inn I have ever visited, ever. Miles above the rest regarding quality of service. From the quaint, comfortable rooms, to the exceptional hotel staff. This hotel feels like old world charm that more expensive offerings promote, while still being great value for money. Look no further.

We are family of 5, stayed here for 3 nights. Location was obviously great, the centre of everything. Rooms are thoroughly clean, to the extent they put everything in plastic (which i feel could be minimize, as this is a waste and not healthy for the planet). Staff are very polite and friendly. They assisted us at every point we needed. Welcoming drinks are much appreciated, thank you. We had breakfast once, decent, but could be better in variety. All in all, we enjoyed our stay (:

Best service and best cleanliness among all the hotels stayed during my vacation in Turkey. Central location and parking space is available for free. Rooms size are ok and the only negative part the noise from the road side during the busy day but at night it's quite. Recommended and for sure will be one of my options when I'm back to bursa.

Our stay was pleasant. We encounter issues upon payment by using the debit card. It's strange that the hotel staff said they can't process the payment by debit card kept asking me to key in the 4 digits pin-code (which is not applicable for my card). When elsewhere i did not have any issues using the card ( for shopping/paying for hotel bookings) all along in Turkey before reaching this hotel. To the extend i had to call my bank to rectify and they said no issues on my account. Ended up paying all in cash. They should really resolve/rectify this. We had informed our later timing for check in. But upon reaching the room only to find out that it just had been mopped and the floor is wet =( The front staffs was very helpful. There's large shopping mall near the hotel. Breakfast buffet spread was wonderful!

This hotel fails badly where eco friendliness is concerned due to the amount of plastic garbage generated in the room. Practically each and every item was wrapped individually in plastic bags , yes, PLASTIC BAGS. 4 towels in 4 bags, one bath mat in one plastic bag, etc so you can imagine the quantities generated for the whole hotel each and every day! Location of hotel not the best as there are no restaurants nearby. Overall, Bursa is dusty, untidy, with litter and cigarette butts all over the streets!

The location of the hotel is very good, breakfast is very good The soundproofing of the room is weak, I had an issue with the next room a family stayed late up night and their sound in my room, the hotel reception offered to change the room

Location very centrally. Shopping center very close, also many shops and restaurants. Free parking available. Clean room and quiet place. Very polite and helpful staff. Breakfast good, but not many options of hot meals. Good value for the money.
