Susesi Luxury Resort

Superb hotel with a lovely setting, friendly staff and beautiful outdoor areas. Rooms were excellent with great space and amenities Restaurants were all very good and lunch time were the favourites, dining out near the pools and beach. Can’t really fault it

From the entrance till the end ,all 5 stars. Great guest relations, Good food,all the drinks you want,nice football pitch,beachfront,great waiters,live music,etc... Could improve on English a little more,leave the people depending on their outbound flight.

My family and I had an absolutely amazing 4 night stay at Susessi that included a phenomenal New Year's Eve's Gala Dinner. It is impossible to fault this resort, from the facilities, to the food and the service, it is a totally fantastic experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, efficient and polite and the service they deliver is first class. A massive well done to all involved for making our stay there so memorable, we are so grateful to you.

I would like to thank all the restaurant employees, they provided us with a very high quality service. I would especially like to thank Mehmet Şahin and Muhammet Sünbül, the food and service are excellent and very fast, I would also like to thank Mr. İbrahim Utku. Hope to see you next year :)

If I would tell you that it was the 7th time I was at this hotel, you probably say that I have no imagination. But every time I come here everything is super! Beginning with Tatiana from the reception and the personnel from the restaurants, bar, etc. We spent the New Year holiday. It was perfect. The gala dinner had everything, good food, raffinate drinks, and a professional orchestra with local and international songs. We appreciated the repertoire and everybody had fun! Every evening and night was organized shows, disco, and entertainment activities.

Visited hotel for some winter sun over the Xmas period ... hotel is lovely with spacious rooms and great facilities .. a great choice. However, a couple of things prevented me from giving 5 stars (to be fair would give 4.5/5 if allowed) 1. The room temperature is set centrally at 23 degrees (took 1 hour of playing with air con controls to realise this... apparently the other guests like this temperature, but all the Brits i talked to had really disturbed sleeps as a result of this, one guy even considering disconnection of their mini bar fridge to reduce room temp...didn't have a single full nights sleep as a result) 2. The food wasn't as good as the three previous all-inclusive Turkish resorts we've stayed at - nothing wrong & wide choice but was frequently not hot and fairly bland However staff really did their best and 10/10 for customer service to overcome these weaknesses special call out to Kemal Karagoz, one of the catering managers, for going out of his way to make our stay special with loads of really nice touches In essence, great potential but possibly as a result of catering more to local or other nationalities missed the 100% spot for me

My experience was very good with clean hotel, good quality services, facilities & amenities. Staff are professional, pleasant & helpful, wide variety & high quality food & drinks. Room size & decor is good. Will recommend & plan to go back.

Been going to Turkey for years and stayed at some lovely hotels in Belek but this isone of the nicest. Could not fault this hotel. Food was great and room was superb. Special shoutout to Kadir who looked after the pool area ensuring it was kept nice and clean

This was our fourth visit in Turkey and it has been an excellent experience. Food, accommodation, service and location are simply fantastic. The SPA deserves a special note for the Balinese massage was so good that we had to repeat it! If I would improve something, it would be adding more seafood and fish in the menu and offering golf packages.

We are at the hotel now, November and the weather is beautiful. The hotel is pretty quiet which means plenty of space for dining and around the pool. The food has been delicious, maybe the best I’ve had in Turkey. It would be nice to have an area of the restaurant for adults only, there are lots of children here at the moment who enjoy using the restaurant to run around in the evening. The pools are huge and again I think they could make an area adult only. I would specifically like to mention a hard working employee around the pool called Kadir Yetisgen. He works all day to keep the pool area clean and tidy but most impressive for me is how much he cares for the cats and many kittens around the complex. He and some other employees club together to buy food for the cats as the hotel don’t provide any. He was keen to show us one of the cats had been castrated and was keen for the others to be done too to prevent further litters and the population becoming unmanageable. It would be nice to see the hotel taking some responsibility in this area and I know from other hotels in Turkey that customers are happy to contribute to the costs. As we got to know Kadir he started to get us towels and leave them on a sunbed for us arriving at the pool, such a nice touch. I look forward to coming back to this hotel and hope the management take on board my comments about the cats.
