Dudley Hotel Blackpool

What a lovely hotel this was. The friendly owners paid attention to every detail. Our room, the diva room, had every comfort you could wish for as well as themed posters of Marilyn Monroe and Audrey Hepburn and Betty Boop furniture. It was gorgeous. Every room had a theme - skeletons, jungle etc. The breakfasts were amazing. We went to the bar on both nights we were there and had great talks with the lovely owners. Thoroughly recommend this place. Staying in the skull/skeleton room next time :)

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 night stay at The Dudley Hotel. Sandra and Mark were fabulous hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Our family room was lovely and spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and we all had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was lovely, and there was plenty of choice. The hotel is in a great location and the secure parking was a great positive. We will definitely return for another visit and highly recommend.

WOW, this little guest house is an absolute gem. Mark and Sandra were the perfect hosts, our room, although on the small side, was perfect. Fridge, FRESH MILK, tea, coffee, bathroom toiletries. The breakfasts were amazing, cereal, fruit, croissants, toast, tea/coffee, juice and mark's amazing air fried full English. 2 minutes to the nearest tram stop and beach. We couldn't fault it. The Dudley hotel is squeaky clean and sparkling, not a speck of dust anywhere! Lovely furnishings and run by the very attentive Sandra & Mark who obviously work very hard to achieve an extremely high standard! Breakfasts were delicious and include all that you could want in the very comfortable beautifully furnished dinning room. Poached eggs were cooked to perfection!The gated parking at the rear is obviously an added bonus in busy Blackpool! Would recommend to anyone as a very comfortable, cleaner than clean stay with a home from home atmosphere at a very reasonable cost !!

Just back from 3 lovely nights at the Dudley ,Mark & Sandra are lovely welcoming people . The Dudley is a lovely place to stay , Sandra has added lots of sparkle in the dining room which is spotlessly clean & breakfast is delicious with a good choice . You will not be disappointed staying here

Sandra and Mark are the perfect hosts. They make the time to chat with everyone. Mark even helped us in with our luggage. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. It's in a great location and the secure parking is like gold dust in Blackpool. We'll absolutely be going back and recommending it to everyone.

As a family with two older children, finding a hotel that offers a family room with full size beds for the kids is often a challenge. Then I came across the Dudley Hotel. We were so happy from the moment we checked in. We arrived just after lunch and parked up in the secure gated carpark at the rear of the hotel. We were met by the owners Sandra and Mark who immediately made us feel welcome. Checked in and had a tour of downstairs. They have a super bar area with lots of seating. The decor is gorgeous, fun and vibrant and the bar prices were a steal! (Mark can you double check we paid for everything?!) The dining room was laid out and we were shown our table for the morning and told the times and what to expect. We were on the top floor. Room 12. For families this room is superb. There is a full double room and an annex twin room, perfect for the kids, but they were still within our room but had a door that we could shut for privacy. The bathroom was clean, modern, all the toiletries you could need, soap, shower cap, hand soap and lotion and shampoo/shower gel. The bedroom had a mini fridge with water and Sandra gave us a fresh jar of milk that you can top up whenever needed. This is such a great thing, nothing beats a cup of tea with fresh cold milk. The in room coffee and tea selection was fantastic, proper Yorkshire tea and lots of biscuits. (Although I never told the kids about the biscuits) Bonus points that we could see the big one from our bedroom and the kids could see the tower. The rooms are exactly as pictures/videoed Breakfast was superb. Quality sausages and thick bacon, perfectly cooked eggs, fried bread, mushrooms, toms, and hash browns. Plus toast, cereals, breakfast bars, yoghurt pastries and fresh strawberries, blackberries and blueberries. Fresh pot of tea and filter coffee, plus apple juice orange juice and water. Such a tasty breakfast and set us up for the day. Although not quite a seafront hotel, it is literally 30 seconds onto the seafront and its location is perfect for exploring Blackpool, the tram stop is close by for easy access to the whole promenade. We stayed for 2 nights and wish we had booked for longer, mark and Sandra made us feel so welcome. Their hotel is beautiful, had so many extra touches and we will definitely be visiting again.

We have stayed in dozens of hotels in Blackpool but none even come close to this place. Family run, spotless, so comfortable. The owners are so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. This is like staying with family. We will never stay anywhere else in Blackpool, cannot recommend this place highly enough.

What a great experience my wife and I had staying here. Run by the nicest couple in the world. Room was immaculate like every part of the building and loved the fact it was blingy and themed. I was here to work on a darts event so wanted somewhere nice to stay as I'm not the biggest fan of Blackpool hotels as had some bad experiences over the years but this place restored my faith that done hoteliers do still care about your experience. Breakfast was a great choice and the full English was one of the biggest I've ever had. Fabulous experience and if I work in Blackpool again I will certainly be back and highly recommend this place.
