ibis Cambridge Central Station

Very welcoming, friendly reception team. Clean, comfortable room and very quiet despite the central location (I was worried it would be noisy and it was one of the quietest hotels I have been to recently). I would stay there again. Only change I would make would be to have marmelade with chunky orange pieces rather than the one they had for breakfast - everything else was great.

Wonderful: 4 star experience for 3 star price. Great team, great room. luscious breakfast. Great touches such as loose clotheshangers, charger for phone, ironing board, coffee making facilities and good location too

At the restaurant, Lucilia and her team treated us perfectly, we went with a large group and they did nothing but help us. The food was very delicious and abundant, and always on time. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there and it was really great. I recommend it.

Stayed here with my partner. Very welcoming staff, clean room and bathroom. Absolutely nothing wrong with anything here. They have great free WiFi and a good menu of food with a bar and café downstairs. Let us leave our luggage there for the day after we checked out for free which was so helpful. Definitely would come back if I was visiting again 😁

This morning I dropped my partner to the station and we have often stopped in for a coffee. Well never again after the appalling service and cold watery coffee. First off the waitress taking the order did not apply the offer advertised and we very politely asked if she could rectify it. She seemed pretty annoyed and gave a distinct eye roll. We then we waited 15 minutes and had not received our order. I noticed the waitresses chit chatting and our coffees remained cold by the machine. When my partner asked for our coffees explaining he had a train to catch the server exchanged very obvious smirks with the person she was chatting with (not sure if she worked there but the whole thing was unprofessional ) and gave us our by now cold coffees. Very unpleasant attitude and cold coffee. Thanks for ruining my morning. Will not return.

We had a great time at the bar with the Queen Bee Blues Band live music! Bea and her band offer great entertainment and great music. We really enjoyed the relaxed and informal vibes and the bar has food and drinks. Well done Lucilia &team for organising these events!!

Very good team member staf. Workers are very polite and caring. Clean rooms and breakfast. Perfect location for a visit to Cambridge, every necessity nearby. The reception team was very receptive and helpful. Delicious breakfast served by Olga.

This is without doubt one of the best ibis hotels I have stayed in. Great location next door to the station and a warm welcome at reception. As a gold member, the Christmas card and complimentary sweets in the room were very much appreciated. Reasonably spacious rooms, super clean. Nice cafe/bar area on the ground floor.
