This ‘hotel’ is without doubt, the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to step into. You will see from my photos that every review that says anything other than this place is a filthy dump, is fake. Pubic hair and brown stains in the bed. Wallpaper peeling from the walls due to damp. A mound of plaster that had fallen from the walls, on the floor. Dust EVERYWHERE. The 5 star reviews on Booking.com are NOT to be believed. Unfortunately, I trusted Booking.com, who still have not removed these bogus reviews. Although on Booking.com the ‘hotel’ said only 1 room was left at a discounted price, thus encouraging potential customers to book quickly before losing out, when my partner and I arrived, the place was deserted. A week after walking out after less than 10 minutes in this filthy dump, I have still not received the refund promised to me by Booking.com.

Stayed over Xmas for 2 nights, 3 days. The host was very accommodating, upgraded our room without asking, flexible booking in time. The room was spacious and clean. En suite was small but the shower, once you let it run a while, was very hot. Breakfast was plenty and tasty. The host let us park in the one parking space available which saved us some money in payable parking and was very flexible on checking out times. On the whole, we had a very happy experience.

Like the previous review, we also fell foul of the 5 star reviews for this so called hotel. We booked 2 double rooms and paid £260 through Booking.com and at these prices for Blackpool we were expecting something special. knowing what we know now I wouldn't pay £26! Note we had to pay in full when we booked a month before, now I know why! Bizarrely, the 4 of us were talking on the way down and one of the lads said, you can pay for good hoax reviews to be posted on your property, well, we walked straight in to one! It was exactly how the previous reviewer described it, but I thought he was being generous! The rooms were shocking, dated, dirty and as for the bathroom, well I'd rather not go there! Breakfast, we were treated to a cold full English with 5 manky chips on the side. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and the 2nd was also in Blackpool, this also had great reviews.

We booked 2 double rooms more than a month before our trip to Blackpool. When we arrived the member of staff took ages to answer the door then to find our booking. We were then told that one of the rooms was slightly smaller than the other. On opening the door it was obvious that it was a box room suitable only for a single bed , though a 3/4 bed was shoehorned in. We complained and were told they're full so that's all they had (the vacancy sigh was out). We grudgingly took the room but soon found out the mattress was well worn and extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were that old they were flat and limp. Neither of us had much sleep and I got up with a bad back. Breakfast was no better. The coffee was small sachets , the same they provide in the room and the milk came in a teapot! The breakfast came extremely quick and looked amazing. On closer inspection the truth was revealed. The chips (yes chips), tomatoes, beans , hash browns and mushrooms were stone cold but the sausage and bacon were warm. Everything was obviously cooked earlier then put on a plate and microwaved. No one ate anything. Instead we got up and went and got a breakfast from Wetherspoons which proved to be far superior; plus we got a proper coffee. There are FAR superior places to stay that have better rooms and definitely breakfasts. We've stayed in many hotels and b&bs over the years, and this b&b definitely ranks as one of, if not the worst we've stayed in.

We were visiting the town to see the illuminations. Good location close to the north pier. Great breakfast with really attentive hotel manager. Fairly old building (in common with much of Blackpool), but rooms were clean and tidy.

Absolutely horrendous Told a pack of lies when we arrived. Said we didn’t have a booking. Tried to put us in the dungeons. What a joke. Don’t waste £100 a night on this hole of a hotel, spend your money at a more worthy hotel. There are plenty around!

Stayed for one night with my sister and our 2 young children and had a lovely time. Room was comfortable and warm with everything we needed. Manager was very friendly and attentive. Hotel is situated very close to North Pier so easy walking distance to all the main attractions. Handy car park across the road from hotel too. Would stay again if in Blackpool.
