The hotel, and staff were fantastic. Friendly, they really took care of me. Always so helpful if I had a query. Maybe it’s cos I was the only black woman in the whole resort when I visited lol but they were all lovely. Even the guests were friendly which I didn’t expect. The hotel caters to a lot of German guests so some staff dont speak English too well, but there is always other staff who do and help out. Same with their evening entertainment, it was for a German audience and the singers could not sing lol but they tried their best. Their sauna/spa/message service was amazing - I would definitely visit this hotel again - ask for Puta/Puto (not sure I’m spelling her name correctly) Only thing negative is their Al la cart restaurant SUMAQ, the food was rubbish I can’t lie. Bland chicken wings and sea bass, I wouldn’t bother booking these Al La cart restaurants (3 on site) the main buffet restaurant is just fine for all your meals and they have a coffee shop on site that serve food too so you’ll be fine food wise. Rooms were always cleaned even if I left mine mid morning, honestly I can’t say enough good things about the people here - solo trip for my birthday and I really enjoyed myself.
Show more...The Good: - The entertainment team!!! I can’t stress enough just how good the entertainment team are at this hotel. They are the best we have come across and we are well travelled. - The kids club. A lady called Sevda runs kids club, the hotel provides her with minimal resources and yet, she keeps the kids happy and entertained. She is the shining star 🌟 at this hotel and she truly made the holiday for us. Without her, the hotel looses another star! - The food - A large variety, lots of choice, different places to eat, beautiful patisserie. - Tuba, the best waitress, always smiling, beautiful with the children, good sense of humour and always made sure we had everything we needed. - Everywhere is very clean. - Huge effort made for Christmas and New Year, they did an amazing job. The bad: - The food - Is very oily and salty. Sometimes there’s so much salt and oil it’s not edible, which is a shame because it would be otherwise lovely. - Some of the waiting staff - Depends on who you are, older Germans seem to get preferential treatment. Some of the waiters expect tips and will hover waiting for a tip. Or another trick they use is during your meal they will ask if they can swap Euro or pound coins for lira. I just found this really awkward and unprofessional and it shouldn’t be happening in a 5* hotel. In fact, there was quite a bit of unprofessional behaviour from waiting and bar staff on various occasions, it’s probably just the culture at this hotel. - Reception staff are miserable, they very rarely smile and probably shouldn’t be working front of house. - The spa, feels more like a brothel to be honest, it gives strange modern day slavery vibes. The Ugly - THE NOISE - You can hear every cough, fart and sneeze from your neighbours. If they come back late or put the TV on at night time you can guarantee you will be woken up. This was a nightmare with young children as they were constantly been woken up by the neighbours. CATS - The cats at this hotel are beautiful and friendly and are a part of the landscape. There was a big scandal when we were there. The hotel had trapped some cats because of guest complaints and taken them off. Nobody knows where the cats went, did they kill them or dump them!? Nobody knows. The hotel released a statement saying they took the cats to the local shelter, however a local lady who looks after the stray cats called the shelter and the shelter said the cats weren’t taken there. So… The hotel lied. Leaving anybody with a brain to conclude that whatever happened to the cats wasn’t humane. Harming animals for human convenience is a huge no no from me. All in all we enjoyed our holiday for what it was, no, we wouldn’t return to this hotel. If I wanted to visit Side again I would likely stay at Acanthus and Cennet.

After having arrived in early hours of the morning from a delayed flight, we were warmly greeted by the night staff with a welcome drink and quick check in. We were then directed to the 24 hour snack bar which served drinks and freshly prepared food directly from a menu. Staff in all departments throughout the stay were very attentive, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are spacious, clean with a lovely big balcony facing the sea. The minibar was also included and was always well stocked with drinks and snacks. The food in all restaurants was excellent considering the huge amounts of choice available. Everything was freshly prepared and presented appetisingly. The Turkish Al A Carte was also included in the all inclusive price. They made my husband’s 60th birthday very special, including a surprise cake at the end. All facilities including the games room, indoor pool and spa were spotlessly clean. You could even have delicious fresh juices made for you by the pool- again all free included in the price. The Hamam in the spa is also a must. Even though not included in the price it was worth it for the experience and all round relaxation. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!!
Show more...A gorgeous looking hotel, with very friendly staff that will definitely go above and beyond for you. The food in the main restaurant was defiantly better than I had expected, so many options to choose from and didn’t find our selves been particularly picky, my only minor problem with the food was breakfast, due to the hotel been very heavily catered towards the Germans/ Russians, there was no typical English breakfast stuff however there was still a large selection of fruit, cereals and hot food. However dinner time I couldn’t fault! You can eat out at two “al a carte” restaurants the Italian is by far the best one, I’d honestly just book in twice for that one. I only tried one other and I feel more al a carte restraurants would have been open had it been summer season. Like I mentioned before the hotel is heavily accommodated towards the Germans and to be fair It really was fine some of the staff did struggle to speak English however not many at all, The entertainment you need an open mind if you can dance to German songs you’ll have a good time, I know I did! There also a games room with pool table and ping pong and has an indoor pool which was a god send for November. Overall an amazing hotel, in a quiet area really family friendly, food is amazing gave it the 4stars just cause how much it is catered to Germans in the entertainment sides more so.
Show more...12 adults travelled for a celebration, we were helped by Maria to book the al a carte and anniversary goodies were in our room, a big thank you to all the staff the service was excellent, the food was fantastic and in all areas the staff always tried to accommodate to seat us together, spevial mentiobs to Ali M for his amazing beach drinks service, and to Letif who we met on our first day and always tried to get us tables or move tables for us to eat together, a great hotel stay.
Show more...Had a great holiday at the Seaden, from check in to departure....which unfortunately came too soon. The Seaden is a great hotel, we had a comfortable, clean room with a comfortable bed and plenty of space, the shower was good and there was plenty of high quality hand wash and shower gel. The balcony was of a decent size, with good views but it was too hot to sit out during the day. The pool areas were very good, immaculately clean and the water was never cloudy, there were plenty of sunbeds but you had to be on them not long after 8:30 or the better locations would be gone...however there were always nice beds available on the beach. The waiters on roller skates never stopped all day bringing drinks and taking away empties, and always with a smile. The food offering was brilliant, there was so much selection at breakfast and dinner that we never became bored (I don't think its possible to sample everything in a week). The food was always of the very best quality and was always replenished in plenty of time. Though the restaurant was very busy at times, waiting times in queues were at a minimum and it always felt that there was a calm atmosphere. The a'la carte restaurants were very good too with plenty of delicious options and offerings served by friendly, efficient staff. Lunch time snacks were superb, from sushi to burgers, all freshly prepared and delicious....indeed the sea bass and shrimp sushi were two of my highlights of the holiday. Drinks seemed to be of a reasonable quality, with plenty of beer, wine, prosecco and cocktails on tap. In my opinion the cocktails from the beach bar were better than those from the pool bar. The staff were very friendly and efficient, yes some struggle with English a little, there being lots of Germans in the hotel but it was never an issue, and some of the waiters wanted to speak and learn more English. The pool and beach waiters must get a special mention working so hard in 30 plus degrees every day. A special mention must go to Ali on the beach for his non stop attitude and smile (and he looks a bit like Tom Cruise lol). There was lots to enjoy about the Seaden Quality, so much so that we've already booked to come back for 14 nights in September 2024.
Show more...We booked the Seaden Quality hotel for our honeymoon and it didn't disappoint! From the moment we arrived (which was at 2am) the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We were offered a glass of champagne or soft drink and were told where we could go to eat if we were hungry. Our suitcases were taken up to our room for us also. We booked a deluxe room which had a whirlpool on the balcony. The room was wonderful! The mini bar was always stocked. Not so much with alcohol but with soft drinks which was fine with us. Would definitely recommend this room even though they all looked very nice. The room was spotlessly clean and was made up every day. We spent most of our time by the pool. We did have to get down to the pool by at least 9 in order to get a sun bed. We put towels down and usually went for breakfast. We wouldn't usually do this but everyone else was reserving sunbeds so we had to do the same. The waiters at the pool bar were great. So much on offer for drinks. The guys on Rollerblades were amazing coming round and asking us if we want any drinks. We did go to the beach once but found when we were in the sea it was quite rocky so preferred the pool. The food on offer was great, loved the snack bar. Mehmet who worked in the snack bar was absolutely brilliant! Along with a few other staff members that really made our stay special. The entertainment staff were also great. There was always something new on everyday. Water aerobics, synchronised swimmers and the foam party definitely stood out for us. You didn't feel pressure to join in but could if you wanted to. Special shout out to the chief entertainment guy he was really lovely too and made us feel really welcome. Please remember to take some money to tip the staff. They really do deserve it! Would definitely return with our little boy in the future.

Show more...It is definitely in a 5-star hotel. This hotel met my expectations. Reception Very friendly staff They served us with champagne on arrival Staff: -very friendly, speak at least 3 languages ( in English I found it difficult to express themselves, but they understand you). -work very hard and I don't think they have days off. -most of them smile when they serve you -I met a waiter ( Abdullah) who knew English very well, smiled a lot and made our evenings more beautiful. I consider him a person who deserves to be promoted. Animation team : Very funny They have different animation programs every day ( water gymnastics, darts, volleyball, boccia, yoga etc) Food: Diversified and very tasty, you have a lot to choose from We didn't eat at the a la carte restaurants Sunbeds: Plenty for everyone, both on the beach and at the pool. - I noticed that the staff clean them every morning and evening. Night shows : Every evening there are concept shows (, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Jumanji etc) that last about an hour, then from 10:30 there is live music. Club : Very small There is a bad smell when you enter, like mold. It should be renovated To improve: -The evening show should be improved, the live music is not what it should be, it doesn't sound good, the singers don't choose their songs on their voices, which makes it sound very bad. Rather play youtube music on the big stage, I think people would feel much better. -Because most of the tourists in the hotel are German, the staff address you in German and at some point it gets tiresome to keep repeating "can you speak in English, please?" I think it would be better if guests were first asked which language they prefer or if the staff addressed them directly in English (being an international language). -In the restaurant it is not allowed in beachwear, which I understand, but considering we are at the sea and everyone is at the beach from morning till evening, I think this rule could be enforced in the evening. Otherwise you have to change clothes in the morning and at lunchtime to be able to enter the restaurant, which is not very comfortable

I stayed at this hotel last September with my Boyfriend for 7 nights and 7 nights was not enough. We loved every minute at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Rooms are lovely, big and luxurious. You also have a fully stocked mini-bar that is included in the All Inclusive package. Food at this hotel is outstanding, the buffet restaurant is huge and has everything you could possibly want for breakfast. We never tried the buffet for lunch or dinner because we always ate in the A La Carte restaurants. We tried all of the a la carte restaurants and they are all 5*. The coffee shop is a lovely touch to the hotel, the cakes and coffee are delicious. The pool and beach is beautiful and also very clean, there is plenty of sunbeds. There is a swim up bar and waiters on skates to bring drinks to you throughout the day. Unfortunately we didn't try the spa but we used the gym most mornings and used the inside swimming pool too. The entertainment team are very friendly and try to get you involved in all the activities. There was also entertainment every night. The hotel does cater for German guests more and the staff do talk to you first in German but that didn't bother me and my partner at all! The only negative I have about this trip was that it wasn't long enough! We enjoyed it so much that we have booked to go back this September but for longer! See you in September Seaden :)
