Arum Barut Collection - Ultra All Inclusive

Although the review is very delayed, still I finally wanted to write something since with the summer holidays coming up and people not sure what hotel to chose, I want to give my 10 out of 10 recommendation for this hotel. My friend and I first went there in 2019 and we were beyond impressed by the hotel itself, the rooms, the dining areas, the pool, the lawn the entire space, facility was incredible, clean and well taken care of. The people were so friendly and accommodating. The food was beyond 5 star.... the aray of choices and selection is breathtaking and the quality without any reproach. So then came COVID and we decided to go back in 2023. A bit hesitant not knowing how COVID impacted their service..... i can say it only got better. They got all new lounges and they now have a beautiful set up it to ocean. The food and quality stayed the same, actually everything did. Everyone there is so friendly, especially Atilla Öz who manages the massage, Hamam area. He is so accommodating and even remembered us from 2019 which is amazing considering how many people he meets everyday, every season. I also want to call out Derya who was a manager. Very friendly and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. I can only wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone wanting a perfect high end holiday in the sun that is worth every penny.

We had an amazing holiday. Our room was lovely, great views and the food was delicious. The a la carte restaurant had such an amazing steak and the buffet so much choice. Safa, on the entertainment team, was great! And the pier at the hotel is a wonderful addition.

Good standard hotel, located in an excellent position in Side. There is a coastal path that takes you to the Greek and Roman ruins, along with a pleasant harbour reminiscent of Rhodes. Food and accommodations are excellent but evening service in the restaurant is dreadful. I booked the a la carte 3 times to avoid going there. There is an on site gym which was good and the female coach was extremely helpful.

Excellent hotel,stayed in the main building in a newly renovated room,food very good ,Al La Carte International restaurant first class.Branded drinks ,nice indoor pool,warm,pleasant walk to Side,nothing to complain about.Clean hotel and excellent Staff,good management,we have been to about 16 hotels in the iAntalya area and would include this one in the top five,

Exceptional hotel, on the beach. Excellent services in dining area, bars, poolside. Emre did his excellent works to give us a good room. Bucket ( pronounced booky) excellent mear beachside bar and the magical Pier. Congrts to all few folks who provide excellent services throughout

Hotel very nice with lovely decor and layout. Pool was very good. The staff were all a credit to the hotel and the group and I cannot speak highly enough about the service, smiles and friendliness shown to all the family. Facilities very good also. Why not 5 star you may ask/ well the grounds are quite small and just the one pool area. Having been to the Rixos Premium in Belek then that shows the difference. Massive grounds and pool areas etc. However I cannot fault this hotel and its staff and will gladly come back. Senna was an absolute joy whenever looking after us either in the restaurant or the Beach bar.

All I can say it is a fantastic hotel the staff on the pool bar was fantastic sorry can’t remember all the names Vulcan on entertainment was great the drinks and food was excellent our hotel room with sea view was lovely the staff in the restaurant was so hard working and pleasant I can think of no complaints at this hotel all staff friendly the hotel is clean I would highly recommend it thank you to all staff from sue and Nigel Mark and lynne

Got home from another lovely visit at Arum Barut. The staff is the heart of the hotel thanks to Ferhat, Tayfun, Ugur, Hikmet and Umut at the pool bar, they give you great service and are always ready for a little chat or laugh. We also got great service in the morning from Salih and the egg lady, they are both smiling and welcoming you every morning. A few cons this time: - The music around the pool is so loud, especially after the Arum dance, then they put on some awful music and that continues all day. In the morning there is some slow music, and so much more relaxing to listen to while laying at the pool. - I had and extra bed, and it is awfully hard to sleep on. I went to the guest relation to get an extra madras, but i had to go there 2 times before anything happened. The extra bed is impossible for an adult to sleep on, you can feel the springs in the madras and wake up with pain everywhere. So a little recomendation - put the extra madras on from the start! - We lived on 3rd floor, it's laying just above the restaurant. Every morning our room smelled like food and the fan in the bathroom just blew the smell of food out in our bathroom. - It was raining one evening, and the evening entertainment was supposed to be a show and live music, but there were no information about if it was going to be held inside or outside, so people had to walk around to get information. We went to the beach bar, and the guests had to collect chairs to sit on and find towels to dry their chairs. All in all a wonderful stay, and we can't wait to come back to our second home when the hotel opens again.

We came here on a family holiday in October/ November 2023 and everything has been perfect for us, the staff in particular at the Pool Bar were incredible. Especially Mustafa Dali, Ferhat Akin, Umut, Tayfun, Hikmet, Volkan, Caner, Adem and Tolgahan. Always made sure we were stocked up with plenty of drinks and were kind, attentive and nice to talk to which made the holiday even better. We hope we will be able to come again as this holiday has been so enjoyable.

What a fantastic hotel. We have just come back from a week’s stay over October half term and had a wonderful experience. The weather was perfect, almost 30 degrees everyday. Yes the main pool was cold, but we still used it and both the sea and heated pool were very comfortable to use. Our room was a family suite which was perfect for the three of us, two adults and our daughter aged 15. The main bedroom had a large king size bed, plus a twin bedroom. Absolutely loads of storage and the Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch. Mini bar was re-stocked everyday and the room was always cleaned to a high standard. Food was high quality and the main restaurant was busy but not manic. We tended to eat outside, where there was a large non smoking area, which we enjoyed. We got booked in all of the a la carte restaurants without issue and had lovely meals in all three, we especially liked Akasya, my daughter’s fillet steak was cooked to perfection. I also really liked having options for lunch, we ate in Bonsai most days which has quite an extensive lunch menu. Drinks were really good quality, all branded, with a good range of malt whiskeys (for the hubby) and cocktails for me (the expresso martini was lovely). We have been to lots of all inclusive hotels in Turkey including Voyage (five times) and Rixos, but I definitely think Barut may be my new favourite brand. I am really keen to try the other hotels in this group. As an independent travel agent I would also have no reservations recommending this hotel to my clients.
