Show more...Great Premier Inn, just 2 minutes walk from the North Pier. Nice room & comfy bed. Large tv, and the shower was fantastic and easy to operate. 3 lifts to all floors. Air conditioning in room. Friendly staff. Very quiet as well. Definitely recommend it.
Show more...Came for a few days away with my grandma. Room was clean, lovely view, bed was comfy. However we had a lot of unnecessary issues with breakfast. We added breakfast on for our first morning on arrival for the Wednesday morning for two of us. We then went down to breakfast on Wednesday morning to be told we had three breakfasts on there instead of two. Due to me believing I made three payments I went to reception to add on one more and paid cash so then we had something for breakfast sorted on the Thursday morning. The young lady on reception took my cash for the breakfast and gave me no receipt and said it was all sorted. I then went down to breakfast on the Thursday morning ready to spend my last morning with my grandma (as we don’t live close) to then get told we had only paid for the two on the Wednesday and had nothing in the book for Thursday! But got told this once we had already ordered and were waiting for food. Then had to go to reception to see what staff member took my cash payment to know that no one knew where my payment was and why it wasn’t on the system. I then had to pay for the third breakfast I got told I had already paid for the day before. Breakfast staff were nice (especially lady with the ginger hair she was lovely) but not what I wanted to be dealing with two mornings in a row. The premier inn reception and premier inn breakfast need a lot more communication as this has stopped me from wanting to come back.
Show more...We have stayed here several times. The location is perfect for our needs as we were in the Winter Gardens both days for an event. The price is high for March. A £10 fee is now charged if you want to check-in before 3pm. The wait to be seated for breakfast was approaching 15 minutes. We had pre paid and prebooked but the whole queue was delayed whilst they dealt with guests who had done neither, requiring them each to make an escorted trip to the bar to pay for the meal, leaving the queue unattended. The room was clean and as expected. Having requested it was serviced during our stay it was nicely refreshed, although we weren't left enough replacement towels. These were supplied on request. Some of our party were disturbed (staying on the 5th floor) by the nightclub opposite still being noisy at 4am. Neither the free or premium WiFi were working all weekend.

Show more...We were visiting Blackpool for a little family break. Decided to book with Premier Inn as you know what you're going to get and majority of the time it's even better than imagined. Our family room was a very good size and clean and inviting as expecting but this is always done well with Premier Inn. The reception staff and restaurant staff were all friendly and welcoming and made an effort with the children making them feel included. I recommend Premier Inns and especially here as you do know you will receive good service and exactly what you need from a hotel stay.
Show more...I booked this Premier Inn due to having a dance competition at Blackpool Tower. Location was ideal for us. We parked in the West Street multi-storey. There is no discount with this multi-storey if staying in the Premier Inn. Cost £19 for 24 hours. Upon arriving at the North Pier Premier Inn, we were greeted by Melisa and Mike. Both were lovely and bubbly and explained everything we needed to know. They said to let them know if we needed anything, which we didn't. Had a lovely nights sleep and would definitely be back and stay here again. Thank you, Melisa and Mike!
Show more...We decided to stay in Blackpool, as this Hotel is in the town centre and close to the seafront. We arrived in Blackpool at little early for checkin, but they let us leave our bags whilst we went out for a walk. The room was very clean and quiet even though it was on the main street, and it had a bath which is often a bonus. Our sleep wasnt the best as the bed creaked and was lumpy which was disappointing, and took the shine off our stay. We raised the issue at checkout and was told all complaints are to be directed via head office so we must wait to find out the reply to our complaint.
Show more...The rooms are spaceous, beds are so comfy and showers are great. Bathroom clean. We love stayin in premier inns as always know what your getting. You cant go wrong especially in balckpool.where most bnb hotel rooms are very dated and small. Rather get a premier inn and you know its good quality
Show more...Very nice well-kept hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I'd like to cite Fayeü in the restaurant particularly, who worked hard to look after everyone, and was efficient and welcoming throughout. That kind of professionalism makes all the difference. Thanks so much Fayeü!

We’ve stayed in many Premiers and other chain hotels. The parking here is expensive as it’s not at the hotel. There also isn’t a drop off zone so it’s a walk with luggage to get there. Staff were polite and helpful. Room was tidy and beds were comfy. Breakfast was well cooked and tasty, a great way to start the day. We only had dinner here on the first of our 3 nights. Menu is the same as other restaurants in the Premier Inns Food was nice, came out in a timely manner and was cooked properly. Staff were attentive but not in your face. We’ll definitely consider this hotel again when we stay in Blackpool
