Excellent stay at this property. The quality of rooms, service and breakfast was top drawer and the overall feel of the hotel reminded me of a premium brand Asian hotel. We noted an attention to detail from the staff in the interaction they had with customers and how friendly they were

For me, the best test of any hotel is how you feel when you return at the end of a day and the Fellows House certainly delivers in this department. From the friendly greeting at the door from to the relaxing bar and courtyard area, the Hilton standards are very much in evidence, making you feel like you have arrived home. Its close proximity to the City means you can walk to the river at Jesus Green within 5-10 minutes, with the city centre only another 10 minute scenic stroll along the river. There is a sizable underground car park with a number of charging bays. The only downside is that you are not guaranteed a space as a guest in the hotel and visitors to the restaurant can fill up the spaces on busy evenings. Our “Kipling” room was very well appointed with all the usual Hilton extras and a large bathroom. There are also suites with cooking facilities and lounge areas for a longer stay. My only criticism is that hard floors need to be mopped not just vacuumed and this had clearly not been done. The restaurant offers a good quality English Breakfast and a fair selection of pastries fruit etc. The evening menu is again good quality, but the menu is limited. We ate in there on two evenings with one quick and efficient and the other a lot slower. Overall, Great Hotel and Staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Enjoy 4 nights' stay here. Found the hotel very comfortable. All staff, almost without exception were helpful and polite. Our room, bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom and the hotel were tastefully decorated. Our room on the 2nd floor was at the back of the hotel was very quiet. We accessed it more easily from a door and smaller lift at the back of the restaurant, rather than the main lifts which required us to walk 3 sides of a square! There were various comfortable chairs around, although these would be insufficient in a very busy period. We enjoyed 4 breakfasts and 3 dinners in the restaurant. The breakfast variety was excellent. The dinner choice was varied and covered dietary needs. The meals were served promptly by the efficient and well drilled staff. The hotelalso has a small bar, and a snack bar. Although being situated on the edge of the city, the hotel was conveniently based as a brisk 15 - 20 minute brought you to the city centre, shops, colleges and a range of alternative restaurants. Cab fares were around £7 to the city centre for 4 people - good value compared with our outer London fares. The hotel had a fair number of secure parking spaces (with a dozen or so electric charging points) beneath the hotel. The parking was charged by the hour but £24 for a full day. You needed to get the reception staff to validate the parking ticket as and when you left during the day. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would struggle to find fault, and would have no hesitation in returning. Our thanks to all. We'll done.

Hotel looks good at first glance. However, I complained the first night about the room temperature and they told me is centrally controlled. By the final day I was freezing and decided to complain again. A technician came to the room to find out that the ventilator filter was blocked with the dirt. Bad maintenance. Last day, I left very sick. I was in such a bad condition that I managed to forget a lot couple of jackets in the room. I called them, as I had already left Cambridge and flew to my next destination in Dublin. I emailed them my hotel address and asked them to send my clothes with a same delivery express service and I would bear the cost. I stayed at that place for 5 days and my clothes never arrived. I used the tracking code they provided and saw that the package reached its destination, in England, at a town next to Cambridge! Obviously they used the wrong address. I am emailing them for two days now but no response. The epitomy of unprofessionalism. I just can't believe it. Will give them 24 more hours and then take Legal action. Stay away.

Lovely hotel - just walking distance to Cambridge's center -nice decor, small but nicely done pool with Hammam & Sauna, great bedroom (we had the Darwin suite with a sofa bed for our daughter). but (and this is a big But)....staff is not professional at all. Not a smile in sight. It feels like you are doing them a favor for being here !!! not great for a chain like Hilton to be let down by their staff. They dont volonteer important information unless you ask (about the parking, food, pool...). And it is not only us as I heard 2 other families complaining about service. The parking is a bit of a mere tbh. and the restaurant is not up to scratch. Not sure I would advertise or come back even though it is a lovely hotel and we had a good price for 1 night

I would avoid staying in this hotel, especially if you are driving and plan to park in the hotel. As a traveller, I had a rental car and paid the hotel for parking for the duration of my stay. I discovered 2 months later that I had been issued a parking fine for parking in the hotel premises without paying for parking. The fine was issued by a third party operator (ParkingEye) and was issued to the car rental company who went on to charge me for the fine and also an admin fee for handling the fine. Upon contacting the hotel, the staff (Abin Tom) were not helpful and simple referred the matter to Parking Eye. No follow up, not offer to help. Very disappointing, especially when the hotel was at fault. Not the service you would expect from a hotel in the Hilton chain.

The staff was excellent and the atmosphere was great too. Classic music from the elevators and breakfast area was awesome. I was a little worried about parking space but the parking lot was big enough. I highly recommend this hotel.

Warm welcome and after a day of being soaked to the skin visiting IWM Duxford we took a gamble in hope that we could get access to our room and hour earlier than stated, if not we were happy to warm up and dry off at the bar. Pleasantly surprised that our room was ready. What a lovely room. We stayed in The Adkins Superior Studio, three of us, and sofa bed was made up for our son upon arrival. Couldn’t hear any neighbouring rooms, fire doors shutting and very quiet. Very clean, everywhere. Shower was nice and temperature and pressure of water was consistent. Unable to open patio door (I like to have a bit of fresh air in hotel room) understandable due to no secure barrier on terrace. We had issues with the room temperature was rather hot and stuffy, it had a bit of a mind of its own, but after a call to reception maintenance team reset remotely so was able to activate aircon. Sadly when you leave room and turn off master switch to turn off lights that also seem to reset temperature controls. Breakfast was tasty, a lot to choose from! Our son LOVED the banana bread!! We just couldn’t get our head around the car parking charges for residents, seems really unfair, unreasonable and greedy! But it was secure underground parking. One thing I think the room could do with is some coat hooks by the door. Our visit to Cambridge was during a very wet and windy storm and only place to hang our dripping wet coats in room was either in the bathroom or wardrobe. Would definitely recommend and would return again.

Top notch service, super helpful international staff. From the front desk to the wait staff at the restaurant, they were all super helpful and polite. We only stayed one night, but would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Near-luxury level accommodations with professional service. Building is just a few years old and the rooms feature great amenities, especially the kitchen. I always chose to stay here on my 30-day business trips.
