Castival Hotel

We stayed in the Castival hotel for the first time and sure we'll come back. The rooms are very clean, comfortable beds. The food is delicious. Great animation Team for children and adults. My daughters enjoyed the Zumba. We danced every day in the evening to live music in the loby bar.

This was my first solo trip so I was rather apprehensive however I had the best time and it was thanks to everyone at this hotel. The guest relations manager, Muhammed, showed me around and advised of all the facilities. Beach, spa, gym, heated indoor pool, patisserie. Also where to get the bus as the hotel is over an hour walk to Side centre. The restaurant serves lovely fresh food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The waiters are very attentive and bring drinks promptly. My room was cleaned every day with wine and fruit on my birthday and lovely designs made on the bed. There is a shuttle cart to take you to the hotel’s private beach, however it is just a 5 minute walk. It is beautiful to watch the sunset and has an all inclusive beach bar there too. The staff are so welcoming and friendly that I would definitely return to this hotel.

Room was clean! Food and drink were amazing! Animation team was the best! Safak,Mimi and Nurella! Every night it was live music! Beach is very close only 10 min walk from hotel but you have transport to the beach too! Beach bar is nice too! Lovely long sand beach ! Strongly recommend this place! Thanks

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful city. Great facilities and very good service. I'm having a blast so far and if things continue, I might come back in future. Muattar from Guest Relations is very sweet ... and beautiful too. The reviews are every bit as good as they say they are.

I stayed at the hotel for 8 days.  The Castival Hotel has very nice interiors.  I met very nice staff in the restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served.  You can customize your menu to your liking.  Nice chefs work at the Snack Bar, where pizza, fries and potatoes with toppings are served.  Muhammet, a very nice bartender, works at the Drink Bar.  The smile never left his face.  The drinks he serves always look exclusive.  He served hotel guests professionally and very efficiently.  There are 3 swimming pools (currently 1 of them is being renovated) with sun loungers.  The beach is nearby, 5 minutes on foot.  Free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel and on the beach.  The rooms are clean.  I was in Turkey for the first time and I will definitely come back here again.

Animation team very good, good food and drinks, they have Zumba and darts and music. Spa is quite nice aswell. Live music at correct timings and modern. Not too loud and not too quiet. Room cleaning is good aswell. All very well organised and managed.

Lovely hotel, lovely staffs and services. Lux end, friendly helpful staffs. Mimi in kids club made good friends with our son. Safak always asked if we needed anything. DJ Ismail was excellent and Noor was amazing. Would go back to stay there again.

It has been an amazing 5 nights stay at Castival Hotel. The staff are professional and very friendly. The main man of the hotel who is all in all is Shafaq, who has been truly caring and friendly. I also must mention Noor, Ismail and the girl in Kids club are also amazing staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Team are very friendly, every night have light music you should come here early because all seats is full. Happy with my experience with castival Hotel. Offering many different activities for people of all ages from kids to adult. The outdoor slides are very fun.

The team are very friendly and try to engage with all the guest, they offer a wide range of activities such as zumba, aqua gym, darts, and more. Every night have live music starting at 9pm but you need to go there straight after eating to secure a seat as there are no many places.
