Communications are substandard
The chap at reception is keen to get green fee of £150 per person in turkish currency! It takes 3 attempts to get all your money as the machine won’t accept in a single go!

You need cash to hire golf kit and trolley. They are not bothered about your choice of clubs! They thro whatever is with them and you have to accept as you have no choice! It costs £35 to hire each kit! The first day kit was without a stand and we struggled! No towels were given to clean clubs either!

You are NOT told what all the green fee includes! On day one we finished at 15:00 and went back to hotel without a drink or food. It was a hot day with temperatures of 35* C.
We were NOT told that the green fee included food and drinks at the club house! Even on second visit we were not told that food and drinks were inclusive!

There is a greed for money and tips! Not helpful!

It helps visitors if the whole package for the cost we pay is made explicit. Communication can be polite!

Greed for money should stop.

There should be good returns for the green fee paid! Hope you take this advice on board

We played this course as a family and found it nice as design, distance and difficulty. Still, most of the fairways are dry areas and this is for sure because of lack of water. The personnel was basic in terms of service quality. We think the trolleys (like in sime other courses in Belek) should be changed with other more practical/newere ones (in fact, apart from having always to lift and push it - they have no front will - the trolleys have no place to place water or other basic effects). The green fee (which was the cheapest of all Belek courses we played in March 2021) compensated a bit the negatives above but, as it was however high, I trust they should do more for this.

Arrived to consider a game but at 150 euros without buggy or cart its far too expensive. Decided to browse in pro shop where a nice young lady managed to convince us to spend the money that would have gone on golf was spent on some attractive clothing, good value. We ventured onto the terrace to have drinks and a sandwich only to be told there was a 15 euro surcharge for non hotel guests, given the money we had just spent in their shop frankly it was an insult. If this is their attitude I won't be using the hotel either in future.

A large group of us played this course early morning and were told to start asap by staff. Our first group went out and then 6 people turned up stating they had the 08:00 and 08:10 tee times. As our tee time was 08:20 we let them go. No staff to be seen. Most of the way round we were hounded by rude staff demanding that we speed up. We were not slow. Staff were extremely rude to some of our female members of our group. All in all this was an experience that we never want to repeat again and will not be returning to this course.

We booked a 12 night stay at this hotel end of August.

From arrival, the level of hospitality was straight away evident… luggage boy, receptionist, they were all so welcomimg and so happy to see us! Even if we never travelled or stayed there before.

We booked a duplex room, so the kids could have their own room. This is the perfect set up for families with kids and worth the extra.

Good quality rooms, a few Maintenance issues with upkeeping of walls, etc… but we can see past those. Bed and bedding were spot on, maybe the most comfortable for a while!

Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner is an experience we were looking for each time throughout the 12 days.

Level of cleanliness at this hotel is beyond great. And you can see that everyone is working so hard to keep it that way. It is always so natural.

The Buffet is for sure the best buffet we ever experienced, so many choices. This is a busy place but the buffet is so large that you never queue! Always enough to go around and always something new.

Beach and pool have both drink service. All of them were just bringing stuff without asking at the usual time we would have a drink. With so many guest, they even remember your timings and preferences… seriously??!!! Not sure who manages that hotel, but you should be proud of your team and great Job.

We came here a family of 5 people. We really enjoyed the sea and the sea sports, and the workers were very nice and polite. We played volleyball which was very fun. The food was very tasty and diverse. Especially the water slides were very fun and exciting. The kids were very entertained especially the water slides and kid shows. Workers were very nice to celebrate 2 birthdays. Definitely worth a visit !!

I cannot explain how comfortable amd gorgeous the Lagoon Suites are. In the Lagoon Restaurant Merve Kahraman who waited on us was a joy and delight. Her kind, helpful and sweet nature really put a higlight to our meals. Also, the beach was a delight in itself. There was a small aquapark for the kids to entertain themselves. All in all, it was an amazing stay.

Simply superb. Great course in excellent condition and the staff are second to none. Big thanks to Muzo especially. Also in the reception i think Hussan (excuse spelling) was exceptional in customer service. Played 7 courses during the week and this was BY FAR the best experience. Clubhouse is being built and supposed to be completed in the next month. Will definitely go back. Thanks guys - you are a credit to your profession. Kaya are lucky to have you! What a shame after playing the absolutely fantastic course that it was soured somewhat by the Bar man in the Clubhouse who overcharged our group for drinks and then kept the change when we paid as he said it was a tip?
when we queried him he said he didn't understand, but he was chatting away to us earlier.
Really disappointed as the group of 20 of us all loved the course.
So when we go back again we will just leave after the round rather than spend time in the Clubhouse.
Can't fault the course greens were fast and true and it is a great layout.
Only gave it 2 stars because of the off course experience but would have been 4 stars otherwise.

Nice golf course, not too hard. The clubhouse staff are amazing, great service and great attitudes. Esat and the other staff very attentive and friendly. For sure a great place to end the round!
