National Golf Club

Sadly we were sent out onto a section of the course (Tuna) that in all honesty should have been closed. They were already underway with the reseeding program and the course was cut and scarified before we commenced playing. We were told before playing that there were some brown areas and that the greens were good. As we found out to our cost this was not the case. The golf club were unwilling to offer any recompense. We paid €155 to play there and it was substandard. I’m sure in other times the course is top notch but sadly it wasn’t for us. I’m upset with the management that they saw fit in the first place to send us out onto a course in this state. They have been unwilling to offer any partial refund and I will not return there as a result.
