Show more...My friend and I spent 11 days in this hotel in Promo room, overlooking the swimming pool. Positive things: 1)the bus transfer to the beach is regular and convenient 2)the beach is clean, has water to wash and drink, sunbeds and a tent above the head - much better than sunshades! Water is clear, entrance is great 3)the room is spacious, the air-con is very quiet 4)a lot of herbs, lettuce and vegetables in the buffet, a lot of sponge cakes(deserts) 5)every day we got a 1,5l water bottle 6)it's possible to buy a turkish Sim-card at the market which is inside the hotel itself Negative things: 1)our balcony door handle wasn't fixed no matter how many times we asked 2)enough evenings we didn't have warm water, one night there was no water in the shower at all 3)the light in the shower is very dim, the mirror in the room is positioned in a way that you can never look at yourself while standing 4)the music by the pool is SO LOUD! There's no peace and quiet until 10.30 PM, be prepared to listen to the same deafening soundtrack over and over again! Going to the room, if it overlooks the swimming pool, cannot help you hide from it, so don't expect to get an early night. Even earplugs couldn't save me! Most days there's loud music in the canteen, too, which is very disturbing. 5)half of the stuff don't speak any English at all, even basic things. 6)The food! If you're a meat lover at heart, like I am, or expect to eat nice Turkish delicacies - abandon all hope. You'll be eating same green salads and chicken every day, only occasionally fighting for a small piece of meat. There are no turkish delights either, just sponge cakes. The juices are of course super chemical and sometimes diluted with water. I was very unhappy with the food most of the time, and I got a food poisoning the second day (only ate at the hotel). I know Turkey has amazing food, but you won't get it here. The owners really economise on meat! I haven't had lamb once(( 6)the animation is weirdly organised - they never really announce if there's gonna be a performance or something interesting.Instead, they actively ask you to go to a night club with them! 7)There's no free WI-FI even in the reception lobby!! If you want to have any means of communication, you either buy access for 15 bucks for two weeks, or a Turkish sim-card. Overall, I don't really recommend this hotel
Show more...We stayed there from 17/07-26/072022. This Hotel needs big refurbishment. Rooms ok size .aircondition very poor from 8 nights air conditioning worked 2 nights only. Bathroom no ventilator. Reception staff just ok very poor English . Food buffet type 8/10 great staff except for the manager he never smiled one time. Animation Staff Lucy, Linda ,DJissmael ...... great very helpful.. I dont know quiet mixed experience, wouldn't be something to go back again . Kind regards . BASHKIM Haliti , Republic of Kosovo.
Show more...Dont go to this place. Rude stuff, terrible rooms, and WiFi for 3$ a day per person! Also cold pool, deafening music (russian only songs). And you have to pay for cleaning and ironing your cloves. This is not 4star hotel..
Show more...We wanted a cheap week in the sun and that is what we got! Cost us £80 each all inclusive at the Yesiloz. There were pros and cons as follows: Good points - We arrived at midnight and were offered something to eat, but we were just tired and wanted to sleep. The room, number 514, was basic (It was an economy room), but a good size, comfortable, clean and had all of the facilities we needed. The pool was a good size, in the sun all day and we had no problem finding a sunbed The hotel was located about a 20 minute walk from the beach with the promenade and the old town. We like a walk and so this was not a problem. There is an English style pub which shows all of the football/ rugby/ popular sports events 5-10 minutes walk down the road. (An essential for my partner! :)) A market is held just down the road every Saturday. Great for bargains! There was a free bus to the beach (not the nearest beach with the promenade, the further one) at 8:30,9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00 & 17:00. Also the return bus back. There are free towels to use by the pool which are changed 3 times a week The staff were polite. The animation team were not in your face, but offered basic activities - water polo, water aerobics during the day, cartoons & mini disco for children and a show for adults every evening which was finished by 10pm. The food was ok and varied. Breakfast (7:30 - 10:00)was meats, cheeses, yoghurt, fruit, salads, cereal, some hot foods inc freshly cooked omelette, hard boiled eggs, frankfurters in tomato sauce, beans, lovely fresh bread, juices & hot drinks. Lunches (12:30 - 14:00)& evening meal (19:00 - 20:30) included soup, fish, 2 or 3 meat options (usually casserole type dishes), salads, hot vegetables, rice, pasta and breads. Sweets were fresh fruit, jellies, blancmanges, and traditional Turkish sweets. IF YOU LIKE A FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST, ENGLISH TYPE MEALS AND CHIPS THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. There is a restaurant selling full English breakfast & foods on the same block if you fancy a change. Bad points: The room was at the back of the hotel, there was no view if you like to spend time in the room, and if you like a lie in and sleep it was noisy. The bus to the beach was parked on the road outside with the engine running from about 8am, The bin men came to empty the bins in the very early hours and there was some sort of lift which was going up and down sometimes from 5am. I would recommend earplugs! (Which thankfully we took) The hotel was geared up for the German & Russian visitors. There were no English signs, no English TV channels and if you like to socialise whilst away there were very few other English people. The aircon was hit and miss (not a real problem in Sept/ Oct but would be in the summer months) All inclusive drinks (available 10:00 - 22:00) were local spirits/ wine & beers (as is advertised before booking) served in very small plastic cups. This meant a constant visit to the bar to get a decent sized drink, and we are not big drinkers. We both had a bad stomach for about 3 days. This may have been down to the hotel food, but we did also eat out. On checkout day we had to vacate the room by 12 noon. The staff did store our bags for us and there were facilities we could use, but our all inclusive wrist bands were cut off immediately when we had paid for 7 days all inclusive and we were entitled to lunch and dinner the day we left. The only other negative point was the greedy people that were there. At meal times they piled their plates full of whatever they could grab - plates full of starters, main course, sweets & fruit all at the same time as if they were worried there would be none left. This never happened as staff replenished the food regularly. They then proceeded to leave half of it untouched. Such a waste and not nice to see! Wifi was only available in the reception area - this could be a positive or a negative! All in all I can say that the hotel served it's purpose for us. We knew what we were getting!
Show more...Myself and my husband arrived in the early hrs of the morning and the man behind the reception was very unwelcoming although the young man that shiwed us to out Roman was very polite . Twe was informed that the all inclusive finished at 10 every evening although when we booked the holiday it started 11 .. My husband was aero indeed by Turkish men on our 2 bed night after he has words with the manger about not being able to get me another drink at 9.50 pm as he had said I had drank to much I had only had 4!deinks all night .. We where constantly told we where economy and felt that we wasn't good enough as no one spoke apart fro 2 member alls of staff in the restraint and the entertainment team everyone else was well let's say pig ignorant ..!the food was not linked so had no idea what you where eating and the manager constantly walking about keeping his eye on you which made you feel extremely uncomfortable . The hotel was not very clean and many people where I'll throughout their stay . Some had only been there a day before becoming ill .. The cpl we had gone with had water running through their bathroom ceiling and was told they could move them to another hotel bug would charge them to stay if they wanted a room with a balcony these people where of retirement age and had been extremely unwell so decided to stay and put up with it .. All in all it felt like we was unwanted as we was not Russian or German .. So if you are English steer clear ..
Show more...We arrived in the afternoon and was met by the hotel managers who from the outset were rude and arrogant. We were a group of three couples all arriving separately and all experiencing the same problems as did most of the English guests we spoke to. I was given a room that was very small, unclean and shabby with no balcony, when I asked why and showed my hotel voucher showing I had booked a balcony I was informed I was an economy guest and not entitled to one unless I paid 100 euros, I was staying 4 nights ! When I challenged this the boss became aggressive and began shouting at me. When I told him I intended to complain when I returned to the uk he said he did not care. My room was cleaned once during my stay but no towel or bed changed during this time. The dining room staff were ok but the food was poor, the same salads and hot foods were served every day. A chicken ( not nice ), liver and veg pasta every day. Most English we met were going out to eat. There were also a lot of flys around the food. I am happy to eat basic but even I struggled. There was a large number of guests suffering from diorrhoea and vomiting but unsure as to the cause. The bar was the real problem, the staff were miserable and rude and appeared to deliberately keep you waiting because they could. There is a rule that you can only take two drinks during the day so you can't get a round in for your family and after 9pm they allowed only one so I was unable to get my wife a drink. They are served in very thin, small plastic cups which are awful to drink out of. We questioned this and the manager became rude and aggressive surrounding a member of my family with his friends, he told us we are economy guests and we drink too much after we had four drinks. Guests were buying drinks from the local shops rather than argue. The pool area is quite nice with plenty of sun beds but the outside toilets were filthy. There was water running down the walls of the hotel into the electric boxes and several guests had leaks in their rooms. Having traveled extensively around Turkey this by far the worst I have stayed in, not necessarily the hotel because I can do basic but the uncomfortable atmosphere coupled with the ignorance and rudeness of the staff made this holiday a challenge. Although cheap it will spoil your holiday so just pay a little more, there are plenty of hotels in the area that would provide a better service and appreciate your custom. Don't take a chance and book this hotel.
Show more...Arrived late at night and was informed all inclusive finished at 10pm was not the end of the world but not a great start unfortunately this is as good as it got. The first night I tried to get 4 drinks for myself and wife and 2 friends this ended with an argument and having to return to the bar again to get the drinks. The second night an argument again with the manager who had been watching us all night and claimed we had excessively drank I had drank about 8 my wife 4. I have never met somebody so rude and aggressive when dealing with there customers. Staff on the whole where nothing short of ignorant with 3 exceptions namely Ahmet the entertainment guy, and Ali and Salih in the restaurant. If you had a Russian or German passport the others couldn't do enough. Cleaning was very hit and miss and never known so many people suffer with sickness and diarrhoea. Food wasn't labelled and was pretty bland when it wasn't covered in flies. Also wifi was wasn't working around the pool area when asked if it was going to be fixed the reception gave a blank look and ignored me.
Show more...please do not use this hotel my husband asked for a a beer and vodkas and orange he was told he could only have 2 drinks at a time after speaking to the manager we was allowed the drink the measures are approx 5cm in the cup, the food was at the least disgusting I asked a young man who worked there what he thought of the food his reply I dont eat here I go round the corner speaks volumes if their own staff wont eat it at least 10 couples we spoke to had developed sickness and diahorrea and very possibly a lot of others as it was predomentaly Russians and Germans we was under the impression the hotel was carering for those it turned out even they had no idea what they was eating so what chance did we have I am more than happy to eat salad and chips for a week but the salad was covered in oil and they do not serve chips, the rooms are very basic but that was not a problem Pleas think twice and then again if you are thinking of booking this Colditz
Show more...My husband and I arrived late evening and were told our agent hadn't booked a room with a balcony. We paid £50 for an upgrade and were taken to our room. The room was a top floor attic and was so small. My husband rang reception and told them he couldn't manage the stairs due to a heart problem and wanted a ground floor room. We were taken to a family room on the ground floor. Everything in both the rooms were very tired and not very clean. In fact I had to clean the black mould away in the shower before we could use it. Even then the doors didn't close properly so flooded the bathroom every time it was used. The beds were clean and changed once during our weeks stay. Towels were changed daily. The hotel caters for Russian and German people and is very unfriendly to the English. Great if you want salad for breakfast, lunch and evening meal. 8 people we spoke to were ill due to the food.. We went out every day for our food, it's very cheap. Drinks were available all day. Everything finishes at 10pm unless you pay for it. Entertainment is awful in the evening although the animation guys are lovely, speak great English and are very friendly. Reception staff are very rude and very unhelpful to the English but happy and helpful to the Russians and Germans. We have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in a hotel. The Germans were friendly and pleasant but the Russians are a different story. It's about £3.50 by taxi into Side since the hotel is on the outskirts. WiFi signals are weak and you have to ask for a password from reception. They give it grudgingly. There's a good supermarket on site which sells just about everything and a couple of little shops. Would we go back to this hotel, NO! We would however go back to Side, it's a lovely resort and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

It the most ugliest hotel in Turkey. If you tell this name of hotel in nearest area all people laugh. Good Feedback is lie. The main problem is reception and head of hotel. They said it’s your problem for all questions. One plus is food, very fast worker and friendly chief. They have rooms without windows and balcony in basement, if u not agree to live here- can wait normal room 10-15 hours
