It’s a hidden gem in the centre of Nottingham. Stylish rooms, clean slick bathroom with all the features you could want and a very comfy bed. Staff were so polite and helpful. It Completely exceeded expectations! Would definitely stay again

This hotel is a little gem! I stay regularly, the rooms are beautiful with incredible views over The Park and beyond. The staff make the hotel extra special, always friendly helpful and kind I also eat here regularly and I must say the food is exceptional . The Sunday roasts I would say are the best in Nottingham and the restaurant is small and intimate Big shout out to Vas in the restaurant, Andrea, Ollie, Tim, Kacey, Simon and Adam the general manager . They always go above snd beyond to make my stay faultless I would also like to mention Rachel and the cleaning gang for always being friendly and welcoming I had a tough 2023, and this place helped me more than anyone would ever know! Thank you all, and long may my stays continue!

A fabulous stay with friends. Great room great service and fabulous food. The staff were faultless and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. We had afternoon tea which was lovely and then met friends for dinner in the evening all in all a great experience.

Having just come out of hospital I had to stay over to see a specialist the day after. Booked into Hart hotel & kitchen. Absolutely wonderful hotel, comfortable, clean. We had a suite, highly recommended separate bathroom and showroom, shower was powerful. Comfy bed. Ordered room service as I was tired from 14hours in A&E the food was delicious!! Ordered from the A la carte (available till 9.30pm but they do have 24hour room service) it was so tasty. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in!!

Everyone at this hotel was so nice and helpful! We'd been in a car accident and so my mother in law booked here as they're dog friendly (knowing how long a&e can take) and the whole experience with them was so comforting and pleasant. Simon was especially amazing! Even when our dog bled in the room and we had to rush her to the emergency vet, they got the room clean and were kind enough to not charge us for cleaning even after we offered. Their kindness was definitely needed and greatly appreciated, and we can't wait to come back and actually get to fully enjoy our stay! The rooms were so nice and breakfast was amazing, and to top it all off they were super accommodating to us being vegan!

I appreciated the deep and lovely bath after attending a funeral in Derbyshire. Just to relax and soak in luxury bubble bath with an immense view was so nice. Slept well in nice bed linen after a champagne cocktail at the bar. Everything I needed was available and the continental breakfast the next day was enough, and included in room rate. We had great service from the bar staff and reception, and we also had attentive service from the GM, who helped us park, took our luggage up, sold me a stamp the next morning and was generally very switched on and helpful. It was our second visit and we’d happily book again.

We visited for a family Christmas meal at lunchtime today and it was perfect. Brilliant service, great food and a lovely setting. Thanks to all the staff. I can totally recommend. We will be back soon!

Second stay in this hotel and just as nice as I remembered. Super friendly and helpful staff. Room very clean and although on the small size was perfect for what we needed, very quiet location great for shops and pubs. Didn’t have a meal just breakfast which again was very nice, although maybe pricey for what it was. Would definitely stay again.

Do NOT book through their website. The prices aren’t right! Just booked a suite for a Christmas present for my husband and then got an email from saying due to ‘technical glitch’ the website gave me the per night price instead of the dbb price. Then I agreed to that, they emailed back adding another £100 to the price. This sounds very dodgy!! Beware 😡

Cake with friends for a 1 night stay as a celebration. Overall disappointing hotel, especially for the price paid. Good bits: 1) reception staff were lovely. Very pleasant and chatty 2) bar staff were really nice - made some lovely cocktails for us. 3) needed an extra fan as was sweltering hot in the room - was provided one very quickly. Bad bits: 1) very limited car parking. Also charged per night. Although we knew about this, Considering the price of the hotel, would have been nice for this to be free. 2) at booking, we rang up asking for a twin room. We got placed in one with a double bed. This was remedied faulty quickly and we were grateful. 3) the rooms are TINY. For the price of the room, would have expected more room to walk around in. 4) it was very very hot. There is no air con. Fans are provided but these are loud. Did not get any sleep at night 5) the restaurant was so stuffy and so hot with one tiny fan expected to cool the place down. I don’t remember ever being so uncomfortable dining in a place. 6) the room had a bottle of free water. It was warm water, no ice in the fridge. It was randomly sparking water. Would have preferred even tap water on such a hot weekend. Would have been a nice touch considering this is a supposed 4 star hotel. 7) we booked the restaurant based on reviews and the online menu. Imagine the surprise when the actual menu was different to the sample menu online. While I understand that the menu was a sample and they have seasonal changes - every single dish has mushroom in it. Which I do not like. Asked for my meal without the mushroom risotto - paid the same price. 8) water was served lukewarm without ice 9) rooms were a bit tired and outdated - the knobs on the shower were wobbly for example. All in all. I wouldn’t go again. I’m glad it was only for one night. I’ve seen other reviews for this place and the answers are rude and not helpful, which is a shame. A ‘boutique hotel’ which claims 4 stars should offer extra touches to make their guests feel welcome and have an enjoyable stay. Limited menus and basic breakfasts do not help this situation. Outdated , tiny rooms with poor lighting and only basic amenities do not warrant a 4 star rating. The major plus point is the lovely staff, nice cocktails and good location.
