Premier Inn Nottingham City Centre (Chapel Bar) hotel

Unfortunately one of the major perks of this hotel - the 12pm checkout - ended up not being a perk due to being woken up at 8.15am to drilling/hammering down our corridor. Other rooms did shout at them to stop, which they kindly did for an hour, and the noise levels just got even worse at 9.30am. Don’t advertise a late checkout as one of your perks if you’re going to wake your guests up!

I travel to Nottingham regularly throughout the year with work, and each time I always book in at Chapel Bar. It's consistently great value and for the price it hits the mark every time. The staff are friendly and always helpful. I always get a good night's sleep there and have plenty of choice with breakfast in the morning to start the day. I do opt for the premier plus room - the included WiFi, the slightly more plush interior and extra little inclusions make for a nicer night away from home. If you're looking to be wowed, or for luxary, or that special hotel experience then I'm sorry to say this isn't it. But if you're travelling for work, and need somewhere comfortable, safe, practical and near the city centre then Chapel Bar has the perfect balance. Going in with the right expectation and it's a 5/5 for me.

Comfortable bed in a quiet room (was at the back of the hotel). Decent shower cubicle but the hand soap was empty (we told the staff but it wasn't refilled before we left). Excellent location for the red Arrow bus, Albert Hall, and the city. Good breakfast in Bar and Block. Fast check-in and check-out made life very easy.

Wanted a hotel in central Nottingham for the night. This hotel provides the perfect location with a good night's sleep and great breakfast, Very friendly and efficient staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Every thing was excellent It was a few minutes walk to Theatre. Discount of parking and Comfortable sleep and 12pm check out I would definitely choose to stay again Power shower extra pillows and thick black out curtains

Such a clean room with lovely customer service. Will for sure be rebooking at this branch again. The bed was very comfortable the pillows were fluffy and the space in the rooms are decent size for the price. Such good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here with my partner and child whilst visiting extended family. We absolutely loved it, and enjoyed our time here. The rooms were spacious, and super clean. The staff were great, overall we had a lovely experience. Most definitely HAD THE BEST SLEEP. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the town. Thank you to all for making us feel welcome. My stay at was nothing short of excellent. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. From check-in to check-out, everyone was polite and professional. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nottingham.

Due to business Premier inn has become a second home. I have to say this one is always one of the best stays, I’d have to put it in my top 5! The staff are so lovely and welcoming from first greeting and always happy to help. Overall cleanliness and comfort are 5*!

Arrived too early to check in but was made very comfortable in my wait until my room was ready by the concierge Donovan. The staff were welcoming and helpful and there for any issues that may have arose. Would recommend staying at this particular premier inn. Dan Brown.
