Sural Saray Hotel

Very special time in Sural Saray! A lot of incredible moment. All staff are very professional and helpful, especially entertainment team Ozge Kubilay and Arda. We spent a beautiful time on water gym and boccia. And also thank you so much for everything Aydin, he always gives us an attention. It was our second time here and we will come back next year 💙

wow, just wow. amazing hotel in a great location. very modern and very clean. food was amazing and the staff are so friendly and helpful. never felt so looked after on holiday as I did the week we were there. definitely looking to go back next year.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Beach amazing. Here’s no children, bc hotel politics! Comfortable rooms and delicious food. A lot of entertainment. Strongly recommended! I love this place. Gonna visit it again ☺️

Our 1st impression of the Hotel was very good..we arrived at 2am and check in was easy and it was lovely to have help with our cases...we were on the 3rd floor with a sea view and although a little tired looking the room had everything we needed.Food had lots of choice and even the fussy eaters can find something..we enjoyed all our meals which were very tasty.lovely cocktails and flowing coffee.we realised we were the only English visitors to sural saray and it was absolutely fine..its true very little English is known here but I don't speak Turkish either 😀..friendly staff..shout out to Alp!..and especially Ibrahim what a lovely young man he made us feel very welcome. Animation could do with being on longer...but we saw some great shows..beach is beautiful and warm fab sea...plenty of sun loungers..busses right outside to visit Side...in all we had beautiful weather and had a problem free stay...WiFi only available in the lobby which can be a bit of a pain ...but we loved our stay and encourage more English people to give it a try...Thankyou Sural Saray.

Had a great time from strat to finish at sural saray. Reception team are very kind of and very smiling. Room was comfortable and very clean. The hotel is spotless. Manager aydin is very professional and good man.

First time in Turkey. This was the perfect match for me. I loved it here so much. Cosy and homy place. Flowers and greenery everywhere. Beautiful path through the gardens to the warm sea with lovely beach. Huge selection of great great food. Romantic beach reastaurant with beautiful view for lunch. I have met lovely people here. I was astonished how many people were taking care of us, working really hard to make us happy. I was also surprised by their own chicken mini farm. I loved my room, I had all I needed. My special thanks to the receptionist Ozy with great English, who was willing to tourgide me to several beautiful places. We had so much fun. The only thing I did not like was load music. But I just got used to it as it was, I guess, a normal thing for such a holiday place. Thank to all of you, guys. You are doing such an amazing job. I enjoyed also different evening programmes. For me, you are more than 3-star hotel. I rate you as a 5-heart hotel ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ I am missing you so much.
