Blackpool FC Stadium Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals

I regularly stay at this hotel but I'm disappointed with the level of service provided during my last visit. Despite booking a superior room for two adults and a child, I encountered significant issues with the room for my 9-year-old daughter. Specifically, I had to request a bed for her three times at reception throughout the day/night, only to be repeatedly assured that it would be sorted soon, which it weren't. At one point, a member of your staff even suggested that my daughter could simply sleep in the bed with me and my partner, which I find completely unacceptable both from a health and safety perspective and because it did not align with the accommodations I had paid for. Furthermore, at 12:30 am in the morning, after asking repeatedly and at this point my daughter being extremply tired, I was provided with one pillow and a thin sheet by a staff member who could not locate any additional bedding. This led to a frustrating ordeal where I had to accompany the member of staff in charge to a different room to procure a bed cover, and subsequently had to make up the sofa bed myself in the early hours of the morning. Such a level of service falls far below the standard I would expect from Blackpool FC, particularly in a superior room. The gentleman on duty assured me that a refund would be arranged the following morning to address these issues, but this did not happen

Had to come up due to a family issue, so thought I would stay as it was part of the Radisson chain, and I was part of the reward program. Started of with having to pay for parking, which was part of the hotel . I was upgraded to a superior room, so view of the pitch, at the time had lights on to grow the grass so very bright, which would lead to issues later. The lights remained on the whole night and the black-out curtains did nothing to block the light, as the gaps around the curtains just let the light in and made the room bright, The room was clean but no coffee or tea-making facilities or even water. Went to the bar to try to get some, but no member of staff was around to serve me, could have helped myself. Breakfast in the morning a member of staff could not find me on the guest list, even though it was quiet, a second member of staff had to look and found me straight away. The milk was still in the milk bottle even with milk jugs there, seem to be too much effort to put the milk in the jugs,the croissants were still wrapped in cling film, so did not look as if they were on offer, cooked breakfast look ok so had that, But later regretted as I then spent the remainder of the day having to rush to the loo. During breakfast players from the football club, came up from the pitch to have breakfast, for some people that enjoy football may be their thing, but all it did was make me cold as the door coming in from the stadium into the dining area and then load greetings to team mates, not what I wanted and expecting. Felt more like a team club room not a dining room for a hotel. Not a great experience.

Had a fantastic time at this lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was great, a very comfortable bed and everything you need. We took our dogs with us for an extra £10 charge per night which was very reasonable. There is a park just across the road where you can walk your dogs 🐕 Their Corner Flag restaurant where we had our breakfast was excellent, again the staff were lovely in there too. Food was gorgeous and we got to see the Blackpool football team as they were having their breakfast before they went on the pitch for their training session. The lads were very friendly and we went and watched them play Bolton and it was a fantastic match that Blackpool won 4-1. Definitely going back there to stay, highly recommend it 👍⚽️🏨

Our recent stay at the hotel was, unfortunately, one of the most disappointing experiences I have had in a while. Upon check-in, we were dismayed to find a lack of basic hygiene items in the room. The toilet was dirty, and there was no soap or shower gel in the bathrooms. This oversight left us with an immediate sense of discomfort. To add to the disappointment, we were informed upon arrival at 4, that the bar and restaurant would be closed from 4-6 PM. Surprisingly, this crucial piece of information was not communicated to us beforehand, during the booking process, or at check-in. Additionally, we were not made aware that opening the curtains in our premium pitchside room was not allowed. This restriction left me confined to my room while people outside on the external seats used colourful language and watched the game. After the game, our experience at the bar further contributed to our dissatisfaction. The service was slow, with the and despite the advertised closing time of 11 PM, the staff abruptly closed at 10:17, providing no opportunity for additional purchases. The explanation given was lame at best. Upon returning to the premium pitchside room, we discovered the pitch was being mowed until 11:30 PM. Following that, heat lamps were set up running all night, and the floodlights were eventually turned off at midnight. The continuous disruptions resulted in an appalling night's sleep, leaving us thoroughly disappointed with the entire experience. In summary, our stay at the premium room was far from the luxurious and enjoyable experience we had anticipated. The lack of communication, sub par amenities, and disturbances throughout the night marred what should have been a memorable stay.

On checking in my friends were in front being served by (staff 1) They were told car park was £5 per night. I was then served by (staff 2) and told car parking was £10 per night. When I questioned this I was met by a shrug of the shoulders and “it is what it is”. The room was awful, dirty with hairs and mess in the toilet and bathroom as well as on the bed covers. The lift had its handle broken so sharp metal was there for anyone to injure or seriously hurt themselves. Breakfast was truly terrible, cold or burnt or undercooked. Fair play they hit every note on that one. Staff rude and disrespectful and my vlog on this (TikTok) has nearly 935,000 views informing people of what I’ve stated above.

Breakfast is 10/10!! Will be booking again just for that alone, stayed in one of the pitch view rooms and view didn’t disappoint and I’m not a football fan defiantly worth the upgrade. Huge bathrooms with a bath too. Staff are all so friendly and couldn’t do more for you. Spotlessly clean

We always stay at this hotel when visiting Blackpool as it has always been clean, comfortable and inviting. Unfortunately our most recent stay was very disappointing. Our room was very run down and felt grubby. It had the most awful fusty smell that was so overpowering it was horrible and there were stains on the carpet that made me want to keep my shoes on. Had we not been in a rush to make a booked reservation, we would have requested a change. It may have always been the case that they were allowed but i was also fairly disappointed to hear dogs barking all the way down the corridor and wonder if this was contributing to the smell? It's still in a great location (beware the direct road to town is currently closed) away from the noisy areas and we will look to stay again and hope it was a blip but with the Travelodge next door with much lower prices I hope it improves.

Staff very helpful and friendly,room clean, food excellent, overall stay a pleasure, we had pitch view room,only problem was you couldn't open door for fresh air,and windows outside could do with a clean, but would definitely return to this hotel

Just back from another stay at Blackpool fc Hotel.The stay was Brilliant in every way.The pitch side room was Excellent.En-suite was lovely and shower was really good and powerful. Very clean room. The staff are all Excellent,they can’t do enough for you.Food in the Restaurant is Brilliant.Good Quality Food.The Buffet Breakfast is lovely,there is so much choice.Booking in is easy and The Reception Staff are very helpful,if you have any questions.The Bed in the room is Excellent and very comfortable.Tv is a good size and plenty of channels to choose from.Cant wait to come back.

Had such a lovely experience with the staff their attention to detail is fab we had a meal at the Corner Flag and 2 staff members expecially Kerry and Phoebe my little boy always wants to help no matter where we are and he wanted to lend a helping hand to the staff and in return which we weren't expecting was a card written to my son who is 5 thanking him for his help and also gave him a little tip we would highly recommend this hotel
