Loved this hotel, the hotel was predominately German guests, finding a fellow English speaker was difficult so if making friends is a big part of your holiday it may not suit you, unless of course,  you speak german. Other than that  this is a fantastic Hotel and I feel its unfair an a little racist to judge a hotel based on them not speaking English, are they expected to learn the language of every guest who visits their hotel. The staff can't do enough for you and always have a smile for you. Most speak Turkish and German but you can usually make yourself understood and google translate also helps. The manager speaks perfect English and I have to say that judging by the happy staff he has, he must be doing a great job. The food is terrific, tasty and plentiful. Don't know how anyone can possibly complain about the food. The beach, (a 2 minute ride in the free shuttle) is amazing. The beach bar serves beer along with hot and cold soft drinks. And the beach restruant serves hot snacks, (freshly made before your eyes), salad, and fresh fruit, and at 3pm lots of tasty cakes and freshly made pancakes. Seriously this is a great beach long and sandy and no rocks or stones getting in your way when going for a swim. The rooms are clean and spacious, containing a kettle and mini bar. Tea and coffee is replenished daily as is cold water and sparkling water in the mini fridge. The bed is king size and very comfy, wifi is available in the room. Entertainment was hit and miss but all the entertainment team were very friendly and did their best to keep you entertained. All in all we had a great winter break away in the sun, the second time we have been at this hotel and hopefully not the last. Thanks to the manager and his great team for all their attention to detail.

Let’s see if this is another review that gets deleted ???? Not even sure where to start with this on the beach booked holiday complaint. Firstly This is NOT a 5 and no where near a 5 star hotel. 3*+ if it’s lucky. Staff do not speak English! This was so frustrating many times a day when we need help or serving. We should have been warned if this! restaurant staff were so slow & very rude, we’d be lucky to get a drink with our meal and if we ever did we nearly finished by the time they came. One time I went and helped myself to the drinks! We Often stood next to a dirty table waiting up to ten minutes for it to be cleared and reset, but never wiped down. They’d set the table walk away and not even ask about drinks. Often had mumbles under breath from staff and even had an eye roll one night after asking for water. One evening we were asked to leave the restaurant at 8 mins past 9. Why ? Chased out a restaurant!! Never had a night in the themed restaurant because the booking system was miss sold. Had to booked 9 am the day before no other option, so no surprise it was dead EVERY NIGHT. A female making and serving orange juice in the hotel TWICE GROPED MY BREAST absolutely disgusting and unbelievable. Saw cooks eating food they were preparing WITH THEIR HANDS. No kids club! It was a small baby sitting service. pool bar staff were a bit more helpful and at least you got a smile from them, but again we always had to get their attention to order even if they collected our finished drinks they’d just walk away! Night Entertainment was on another level of awful again not 5 star. Rooms were fine but small. cleaners were GREAT no complaints there. Hall ways were often very smelly, not sure where it came from but it was utter vile at times smelt of poop or vomit. We Went to the hairdresser in this hotel regular staff were great, hair braids good. But a man from a different hotel was working in dream world 17th July who did our hair, told me 19 years a hairdresser, he did what he wanted not what we asked for, pretty mad at that, Chopped so much off my hair, coloured it different to what was asked, he was rough and rude. Kept telling me to be quiet because he new what he was doing. My friends daughters hair was chopped to bits all uneven. So awful. Wouldn’t go back to this hotel EVER. Stayed at Pegasos royal last year through tui whos hotel service is such a higher rate to your staff. This hotel was rated 4 star, I’d gave given it 5+, this was way better hotel in every area, staff fell over backward to help and serve you, 5 star after all is a service and we never had ANY SERVICE at dream resort and spa!!!! That’s why people book 5 star ! This is a 3 star hotel NO MORE. And you sold us this holiday as a 5 star hotel. Such deceit. Hotel lifts were unstable and there was 3 power cuts over 2 days, cleaners would clean the lifts at inappropriate times, like meal times, causing hassle for many people And queues, again just another inconvenience that could have been avoided. One night we were asked to leave the restaurant at 9:08pm. They do not close the restaurant at 9 it’s just orders !!!! Absolutely disgusting hospitality. On the beach tour operator in hotel was so rude and un helpful the biggest complaint we have which we want compensated for is Conning money out of us. He arranged our 2 boat trips for 6 people then told us we had to pay in £pounds when it was in the book in euros. He made £50 out of that. As he never converted NOT OK. We challenged him on the phone then never saw him again. From day one He was Calling our rooms day after day at 8am even the morning we arrived at 4am waking us all up. I can categorically say the stress this holiday caused 2 single mums was absolutely outrageous. NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR. completely unacceptable!!!

Advertised as 5 star hotel, yet basics such as iron or amenities such as toiletries, toothbrushes not provided. Rooms are small even if you book a family room very small configurations. Staff struggle with English. Overall disappointing experience.

Price-quality ratio is okay could be better. In the evenings / nights there is too much noise in the hotel room from staff who drive noisily through the corridors with carts of washing up and there are often people outside too late who are also very noisy, you can hear them from your hotel room. You cannot control the temperature of the air conditioning yourself and you cannot adjust it yourself, everything is done centrally. Which makes no sense, there is a remote control in the room for a reason, right? It is very boring there are only 65+ age people present and a very small group of younger people. The sound of running water through the pipes on the ceiling can often be heard when you sleep. They don't want to make cocktails without alcohol because it would be against the rules of the hotel, there is only a choice of 2 Mocktails, which I personally find very bad, do I have to have alcohol added to get a nice drink? There should be more Mocktail choices. The food has no variety they have the same range of food every day. When we checked out, the hotel staff didn't even ask us how we liked the hotel and our stay for the days, which I really didn't like. Next time I will not fall for the high reviews and will keep reading until I find the more critical reviews! I will definitely not come back with my family. It is definitely not a 5 star hotel, That's for sure.

Not even close to a 5*. A solid 3* at best The entire hotel smells of smoke. Whilst there are 'no smoking' signs plastered everywhere, there are double the amount of ashtrays and staff make sure to let you know you can smoke inside. Convoluted check in process. Service is hit and miss. In the main restaurant it really depends where you sit on whether you get a drink with your meal. Ermine blatantly ignores you.. We later found Recap inside and he was excellent, as were the pool bar & lobby bar staff. Rooms were shabby. Chipped paintwork. Smelt musty - probably due to a previous leak flof the AC unit (there were water marks down the wall under it). Showers are the old kind so not very powerful and are positioned too low for anyone 5ft11 and above. Frequently cycles through burning hot and freezing cold. The air conditioning is not a centralised unit. Our room had its own unit with what looks like a generator outside also. Unable to use overnight as It is extremely noisy when switched on and the light is like a beacon. Pillows are flat as a pancake and lumpy. The duvet is not the right size for the bed, doesn't cover 2 people properly. Beds were very uncomfortable as can feel the springs. Prior to booking we checked the hotel had English speaking staff (due to allergies and needing to ensure had no issues with this) however only reception had English speaking staff, everyone else could only speak German or Russian. Pools were unusable due to the cold temperature. Very few people used the pool during our 7 days sunbathing around it.

Not a 5 star hotel… but paid a 5 star price for it. We are used to much better hotels in the area. Very small, the hotel staff didn’t even try to understand you. Apparently they are used to playing deaf so guests will not try to ask something. Reception staff was not only ignoring you but even very rude. Avoid this place! Mutch better to find in the area.

The hotel is great, the enterior is beautiful, also the location is excellent there are little shops across the street and bazaars from which you can buy some souvenirs and turkish delights. There was a variety of food and drinks(you need to try some baklava it was delicious). One night we had a alacarte dinner and you hava a three options you can choose from: italian, turkish and sea food. We went to a italian night as we eated turkish food the last couple of days. That night was amazing, the food was delicious. The rooms in this hotel are also beautiful and are very clean, the room was cleaned and the towels were replaced on a daily basis which is something that is expected from a five star hotel. The only negative thing about this hotel during our stay was the reception staff. He was not very welcoming and treated guest differently based on their nationality(if you are not russian or german you will not be very pleased). The rest of the employees were great. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was fab, be prepared to put on a few pounds as food was delicious and plentiful. Great indoor pool and Jacuzzi for the winter months and an outdoor adult swimming Pool (area for over 18's only) and a large fun pool incorporating slides and a kiddies section. Room had Kettle (not always available in Turkish Hotels) and a plentiful supply of fruit teas. If like my wife you like Tetley, I'm afraid you will have to bring your own and buy long life milk at the supermarket. My wife carried her tea bags, a small bottle of milk, sweeteners and her flask cup everywhere. (yes she's a non drinker and a tea jenny) The Turkish bar owners were great and never had a problem filling her cup with boiling water whenever she needed a refill. Also in the room was a flat screen TV, if you like to watch a bit of telly while on holiday I would suggest you download a VPN and take your firestick with you as the only English speaking channels were 2 news channels, The hotel did have a reasonable WiFI service but the closer your Room was to the reception the better. The room shower was great and if there could have been anything I could have took home with me it would have been this, Plenty of Hot water and pressure. A free mini Bar soft drinks only) was also provided and replenished daily. The private Beach with all inclusive beach bar and cafe was great with a plentiful supply of snacks, fruit and cakes from around 12.30 pm. I've been to a few all inclusive beach bars and to date this one was the best. The beach itself was sandy and you had to go out quite a bit before the water got deep and there was not a rock in site so great for kids and adults alike. The Hotel staff were friendly and attentive, it was table service and even when you went to the bar they would take your order then insist you have a seat and bring your drinks over. The hotel provided a shuttle bus to the beach despite it being only a 10 minute walk at most. The bus ran back and forth almost all day only taking an hours break for lunch. we went Nov 2 - 16. weather was terrific during the day but could get chilly at night. so come prepared. It could also be quite nippy before 9.30 am so if going on any trips keep this in mind. Could have been due to the time of year but the entertainment was shockingly poor and the children's mini disco organizer was no more than a child himself and seemed at times more interested in showing off his own dance skills than teaching the kids. This could have been something lost in translation as the Germans, Belgians and Turks appeared to love him. most staff spoke very little English. This side of Turkey is Beautiful, but is geared towards the Germans, Belgians and Russians. Don't expect to meet a lot of English speakers and make sure you download the offline Turkish translation on google translate I can assure you you'll need it. All in all, except for the couple of minor things I have mentioned this was a superb hotel. Yes as some reviewers have said their was more glamorous hotels in the area some with aqua parks, but did these reviewers compare prices.

Hotel is not too bad, but not worth 5 stars or the money we spent. Variety of food is very poor and evening shows were not interesting. Crowds at the restaurant during meal times. Would't come back for the second time.

Myself and my family returned from our holiday at Dream World Aqua just short of two weeks ago. To be entirely honest after reading reviews on the hotel I was quite worried about our forthcoming experience at the hotel, based on complaints about staff, food and guests etc. Before I continue I would like to reconfirm that the staff on reception are cold, hostile and unwelcoming, and in some instances can come across very, very rude. One staff member In particular was a young lady named Fatma on late day reception who was very dismissive and insulting when I attempted to query her on something I was informed could be confirmed at reception. Based on the initial interaction and hostile mannerisms on arrival at the hotel with the reception and baggage Porters I could have quite happily returned home, which is not good! However besides reception staff I can honestly say our experience at this hotel was very nice. The hotel is clean and hygienic, food nice, plenty of pools and space for all with canopies on most lounge beds. The entertainment team at the hotel are fab, friendly and welcoming and no reflection of the RECEPTION STAFF, I would give the entertainment team a 5* just for their hard work and hospitality, they truly made our stay a pleasure and deserve plenty of recognition. Yes the hotel is predominantly occupied with German and Russian guests but this has no impact on your stay, unless you let it! A lot of the staff seem to speak Russian as a second language, so I think it’s just easier for them to communicate at times. Being a Brit myself I didn’t notice any favouritism towards Russians and Germans as some may have experienced. Not all staff are fluent English speakers, but you can establish some level of understanding on most occasions. Overall a lovely experience, but having read constant complaints about the reception staff going back some years, I do think it’s about time this problem is seriously acknowledged and dealt with appropriately!...regrettably I think this problem is clearly beyond additional customer service training and It could be suggested they are replaced with employees who are actually right for the job!! Great hotel I would be happy to stay again if they have a somewhat better team of desk staff! Sadly I would rate this hotel three stars only based on the initial customer service on arrival and throughout our stay, the reception staff do not come close to meeting the standards of any 5* hotel I have visited. kindness and manners is a must for me!
