Voyage Sorgun

We are just home from the most amazing week spent at the Voyage Sorgun. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the service was exceptional, the staff couldn’t do enough for you nothing was too much trouble. FOOD Having been to All Inclusive resorts before I was quite anxious about this because past experience I have found the all inclusive food of a lower standard, There is an amazing selection of food, the a la carte for a small fee was definitely worth it. The buffet food was fantastic very varied and always fresh. Fantastic drink selection 24/7. SERVICE Outstanding. There really isn’t more to say, everyone was amazing and I was so impressed. The WhatsApp and personal assistant is a fantastic touch, big thanks to Aziza and Ilayda were just amazing they really made our holiday and no question went unanswered and no request too much. FACILITIES While I didn’t get chance to use the spa, the water park, games room and evening entertainment was just exceptional. It was so good we didn’t even leave the hotel. The grounds are spotless. QR code to order drinks, I’m 7lb heavier and I know why !! Mini theme park on site - fantastic. I note from other reviews that the wooden floor is abit tired, it is but my goodness it doesn’t affect the use at all and hardly noticeable. The hotel staff amazing, my favourite pool area was the quiet pool - the ice coffees to die for !! ROOMS Wow - clean with daily towels and lots of facilities. Great and strong hairdryer. Daily cleaning, the maid was abit grumpy but she did a great job of making the bed extra. OVERALL I would book this hotel again in a heartbeat. We are looking at other hotels in the chain for our return next year to Turkey. Thank you to everyone who works here, you made our holiday unforgettable and we will be back again ! We’ve never returned to a hotel before but I really wouldn’t hesitate here !

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Voyage for a week in October. The hotel is stunning and everything about our experience was 5*. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were delighted to be able to grab something delicious to eat and drink before we went to bed. The hotel is 24 hours; you can always get something to eat and drink whenever you fancy. The food was excellent throughout our stay. Whether in the main buffet restaurant or sampling the al la carte. We have a vegetarian and a fussy eater but had no trouble finding something to eat for either. There is a small charge for the al la carte restaurants (which varies based on which restaurant) but it's not expensive and well worth the bit extra. Our favourite was the Greek. Food was beautiful and the atmosphere was great! The rooms were fantastic. We had a family room in the main building which had 2 separate bedrooms within the same room. Excellent when travelling with teenagers. In addition we had the most stunning views overlooking the pools and beach. The beds were comfortable. There is a mini bar which was always well stocked. The rooms were kept clean and plenty of clean towels and linen were provided. The staff at the hotel were also excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and service was always given with a smile. The extra little touches made this place stand out. The QR codes on the parasols which you scan to bring up the menus and order straight to your sun lounger. The concierge whatsapp group that is set up on your arrival. We had 2 wonderful ladies who assisted with whatever we needed. The beach was lovely and clean. The piers were a great addition as you could jump straight into the sea and swim with all the fish. The pools were clean (they were quite cold. The kids didn't seem to mind though.) Evening entertainment was varied and a great quality but even if you don't fancy watching the shows, there are plenty of places to go grab a drink and relax. The open air theatre was a fabulous venue. The staff even brought out blankets when the temperature dropped. To note: €10 in a taxi gets you into Side around a 5/10 minute drive away. The hotel doesn't have a cash machine. However, there is one a 10 minute walk away. It is also best to take Euros instead of Lira (we wish we had known this before we travelled) Thank you for an amazing stay Voyage. We truly had the most wonderful time.

Had a fantastic 10 night stay at the Voyage. Hotel & grounds immaculate. Food amazing! We didn't feel the need to pay extra for the a LA carte options. The Pattisere was delicious, never seen so many desserts and if that wasn't enough there's the chocolate counter!!! Cocktails were great, you can get them delivered from any sunbed by scanning the QR code, you don't actually have to move much on this holiday. This hotel has everything so no need to venture out although we did take a walk along the beach to the Old Town area which was delightful. Plenty of shops & cafes. The taxi back was interesting - wear a seat belt! There is also a shopping mall easily reached by a 2 minute taxi ride. Evening entertainment really good and the entertainment area was fab, we were given blankets to keep warm in the evenings when it got chilly. We stayed in a garden room, bathroom area interesting, no actual bathroom but separate toilet & shower room. I recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed, something for everyone.

✨💫Great food, great service, great cleanliness and great beach (with lots of different pools too to chose from!). As soon as you step foot in the hotel, and right until you step out of the hotel, you are assisted on WhatsApp by assistants 24/7 for anything and everything (and do not worry, the assistance does not feel forced, rather; it gives the feeling of being cared for). Our assistants were Denizcan and Zübeyde, and I would like to express my greatest gratitude to them! They were both very helpful and made us feel welcomed. 🌯🥗The food was remarkable: fresh, delicious and really good quality! If you like drinking, or top-tier food, or have a sweet tooth, this hotel is perfect for you! There is even a dessert area, as well as a chocolatier, with great variety. Again, incredibly tasty and really high quality! The QR system is also noteworthy, you can relax on the beach loungers and scan the QR code to order drinks or snacks, super convenient and comfortable! 🌴🌳Regarding the hotel ambience, simply put, it was stunning. All the rooms are surrounded by nature and everyday, you can wake up to the fresh smell of greenery, and the sounds of the birds chirping! 🍱🥄Although the hotel has many places you can eat without fees, if you do want to try a unique experience, you can choose to pay an affordable price and dine at the Italian, Turkish, Japanese, Greek or Chinese restaurants (or even the steakhouse). We went to both Turkish and Greek, and both were incredible! The Greek restaurant had live music (where all the guests got up to dance 💃 , it certainly is an unforgettable memory!), plenty of tasty food and great vibes~ The Turkish restaurant was also brilliant, it was by the sea, and the natural ambience was truly unparalleled! 👍😁It’s also important to note that you never have to wait to find a seat anywhere, and no matter how busy the restaurant or bar is, the servers will always notice you and attend to you with smiling faces! Summed up, we will most definitely come again! No wonder a guest we talked to said she came to this hotel for over the past 20 years!! …and a final thank you to all the staff at the hotel, we look forward to coming again!

Love Voyage Sorgun, we've been many times and are never disappointed. The grounds are spectacular, trees everywhere which makes a beautiful back drop for the pools. The food is amazing and international drinks, non of your premixed cocktails here! Entertainment is top notch every evening followed by DJ disco. There was even an afternoon pool party. Activity programme is action packed with something for everyone. The staff were all friendly , A special thanks to Gultekin , who made great cocktails with a smile at the garden pool and Karim the hard working young man who looked after us at the beach theatre. It was an excellent stay from start to finish. I loved how service was top and the staff (despite the hard work they have to go through) always delivers with a big smile. We truly enjoyed our stay- can not fault anything at all. Will definitely come back; my special thanks to our assistants Zubeyde & Denizcan, Cihan at the main buffet and everyone else at the kids club! You guys are simply great!

From moment we stepped in the hotel until our time of leaving the standard and service has been outstanding!! Our own personal assistance Janara ensured all our needs were catered for!! Food, sports activities, kids club. Aqua facilities, swimming pools and spa sets excellent. 24 hours cuisine is available The ala Carte restaurant awesome !! Not a single area of the hotel was disappointing. Cleanliness is par excellence. Rooms are well equipped. We would definitely consider coming back.

We had a great holiday at voyage sorgun , the hotel is amazing check in is smooth , you are appointed your own assistant who organises any thing for you we had Layla who couldn’t do enough for you , Hotel is well staffed , so so clean and tidy , staff all busy , polite and helpful. Food was amazing , lots of activities if you wanted them and brilliant entertainment, Fab holiday for us as a family

On our last day at this amazing Hotel so I thought I’d leave a review. From the moment we arrived we was amazed at the hotels welcome and staff. We stayed in a 2 bedroom family bungalow which is by far the best room we are yet to have on a holiday. The mini fridge was always full and the cleaners did an amazing job. The hotel runs so efficiently and all staff are very pleasant and can’t do enough for you. Rose around the pool area is unbelievable and works so hard all day long making sure you have whatever drink you want as many times as you want. She’s a real assest to the team. The A La carte restaurants are unbelievable and with the personal assistant you are assigned they are so easy to book! Drinks are also of the highest level brands. Since covid we have felt some 5* all inclusive hotels have lost abit of quality and service but here definitely hasn’t. I will definitely be returning again.

We are just relaxing on our last day of our family holiday at sorgun voyage and we’ve truly had the most amazing time. Big shout out in particular to rose working at the tugi pool bar who made sure we never went thirsty. Also the assistants Janara and Naristi who made our stay so easy and enjoyable. We would recommend any families travelling to ensure they book a family bungalow or a joining room in the main hotel, the standard rooms are far too small for a family of four as advertised. The only criticism of the standard rooms for two people is there is no electricity point near to a mirror for getting ready in the evenings. The only place i was able to dry and style my hair was in the bathroom! The food standard and restaurant choices were exceptional and catered for everyone’s requirements. The best lunch location was the tepsy restaurant and food was the vista. The best dinner experience was the Greek and the tepenyaki, but the most incredible food was the steak restaurant and Turkish restaurant. The Chinese was also awesome! The cocktails were exceptional for an all inclusive standard and the premium drink choice for spirits and mixers too. Overall we could not fault the staff and could not do more for you. Would definitely recommend and come again :) thanks all!
