Hotel Sheraton

The room was comfy but small however It was very clean and seemed to be newly refurbished. Evening meals..food portions are small but big enough if that makes sense ...and tasty. The Service is very good. Entertainment very good and worth watching. Bingo was fun. the lift had a bit of a wait.. staff friendly.

We spent 4 days here at the beginning of March. As usual, this hotel is first class. There is nothing that I can complain about. Even with the ongoing refurbishment, there were no problems. Everything regarding this was explained when we booked in plus we were given a letter with all the information. The hotel excels in so many ways. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. The choice, quality, presentation and taste of the food is excellent. The hotel is very clean which is of great importance to me. Liz, the owner, has a chat with lots of guests. In most large hotels, the owner is never seen. The location is great with tram and bus stops just outside. The entertainment over the weekend was very good which was apparent with the reaction from the guests. As usual this is the best in Blackpool. Thanks Team Sheraton.

Our 4 day stay was brilliant. Lovely comfy clean rooms, good meals to fit all taste, very friendly staff, entertainment every evening fantastic. Highly Recommended. Swimming pool was great. Absolutely nothing negative to say about the place.

We have just returned, from a weeks stay at the Sheraton Hotel,Blackpool. Absolutely, fantastic,rooms,food,staff,facilities, the swimming pool and jacuzzi, first class,spotless.A massive thank you,to Jimmy ,who does the hosting ,calls the bingo,and his D J ing is a pleasure, always with a smile on his face.Also on the Thursday afternoon the complimentary,teas ,coffeesand cream scones,were served by the staff ,and Liz,who really goes out of her way to make sure her guests,are well cared for.We will be back,A S A P.The food is a delight,and all the staff are excellent Thank you ,again,keep up the good work,it's been a lovely week,all round,even the weather,was brilliant, for the beginning, of March.

WOW!!!!! another midweek break at the sheraton and it was perfect.cannot fault anything.room was lovely.the choice of food.is amazing and delicious.we used the pool and jucuzzi very relaxing.the entertainment was brilliant every night and hey my mom won on bingo.big well done to all the hard working staff that make you feel so welcome.will deffo be back and will highly recommend to friends and family.x.we wont stay anywhere else when we come to blackpool in the future.so glad we found this little gem.keep shining sheraton.x

What a fabulous hotel. We were part of a group of eight staying on the all inclusive midweek break. The hotel was warm and cosy and the meals delicious with lots of choices. There’s a very new and modern pool and sauna bookable at reception, two comfortable, cosy relaxing lounges decorated to the highest standard to sit back and relax in. There were daily activities should you wish to participate, a mid week coach trip and bingo and evening entertainment by very professional artists. Our bedroom was spacious, cosy and warm with an en-suite shower room, and the most comfortable bed. The rooms were tended to each day, clean towels left and the drinks tray replenished. The staff from reception/dining room and bar were all knowledgable, friendly and very polite. This family run hotel has it all in abundance and it’s the little things that have been thought of that make it extra special.

Have gone to the same hotel in Blackpool for years was always good. Went to the Sheraton because it had a pool. Will never go back to my old one. Be so sad to be leaving tomorrow. Very warm cosy atmosphere. Very friendly helpful staff nothing was a bother to them. Food was excellent varied tasty ample portions. Entertainment was ok but a bit loud. This is now my new favourite hotel. Will be back

Another wonderful Sheraton visit, Motown weekend. Truly amazing time. As always a friendly atmosphere with mouth watering food, breakfast has a mouth watering choice and evening meals delicious. Staff are a delight, served with a smile. Friendly and efficient reception. Rooms modern, bright and cosy. Most rooms have been or are in the process of refurbishment. Entertainment (and bingo) is second to none. We will always book at the Sheraton..nothing compares. Here’s to our next visit, 5 stars again,

We have just returned from Sheraton Sunday to Friday , we are a group of Four myself & husband , my Mum and friend . All our rooms lovely , we requested room near lift our friend has mobility scooter and can’t walk far staff very helpful , good space for scooter in lounge . We had good table near door in dining room , nothing too much trouble , Food good choice everyday . Entertainment good in evening .and Tuesday afternoon quiz and Thursday afternoon entertainment . We have booked to return the best in Blackpool

This is the first review I've evr written but , at 72 my daughter tells me I need to be more tech savvy !! We've stayed at the Sheraton last weekend and it was lovely , and at an excellent price. The hotel was warm but not too hot to be uncomfortable in fact just right The food was lovely, well prepared and there was lots of it ( Too much for me to eat ) We made friends with a group of entertainment agents who were also stopping at the same time and that just made our stay even better as they invited us to join them. On the saturday night there was a group playing who were very good but a little loud for my husbands liking so we went through to the restaurant where there was even more entertainment from a singer and a host called Jim. On Sunday the breakfast was wonderful and we didn't eat much in the evening as I was still full from Breakfast but it was very nice There was a young man called Jonny B on Sunday evening who played the organ and sang , he was the best entertainment I've seen in any hotel we've ever been to. The staff were all friendly and accommodating especially the two gentlemen on the bar. We normally stay at Warner hotels but after this stay we will most certainly be back ( Hopefully when it's not as windy ) Thank you Sheraton this short break was just what we needed
