Stayed here in February. The hotel is very impressive with the great facilities provided. During the non seasonal months, though, the extra facilities aren't available like the pool restaurant or the beach cafe, but it is expected as the guest count is low and the amazing deal we got. Food was more or less available for most of the day. There is always something available to eat. With some things that are different every day. Was very satisfied with the buffet. We learned late that you can ask the waiters to fetch you pop like Pepsi 7 up until the last few days during the buffet, so don't be shy and ask. The hotel provides a patisserie in the afternoon with hot drinks and cakes, which we also found out late. Cafe is also available for freshly ground coffee and lattes instead of the machine stuff. Rooms were very nice, but lack of English channels didn't help you get BBC news, though. Recommended to take a firestick or something similar. We had a double bed in one room and two singles on the other. Barber in house was really skilful and we all got haircuts inside the hotel. He took his time and gave us all great haircuts. It's probably cheaper outside, but I'm willing to pay the little extra to know someone will do it right. The market inside was great as I was able to get cigarettes and E cig cheaper or same price as outside markets. Markets are available on the local streets and noticed the day markets in the city and not much cheaper than the markets on the main streets near the hotel. Ask for a bargain, and you will get it. barter, and you will get cheaper. Full of good and bad fakes, but I didn't get much as I needed to sort my own body shape out. maybe with luck next time I go turkey I will have a better body shape to suit some nice clothes. The best thing about the outside of the hotel is that there is a bus station right outside the hotel on the right of the exit of the hotel. That bus will take you to all the main places like Side and Manavgat. Manavgat has some cheap and quality food that is eaten by the locals. Everenski bus number 3. Find that, and it will take you right outside the hotel. We took two excursions one was the Jeep Safari and the other to land of legends. Jeep Safari was amazing and worth every penny. we paid $25 each for 4. Food is included but not drinks and snacks. Land of legends we only had a 2 hour stay and was not long enough. Land of legends needs a full day to enjoy. We got there late at 8 so didn't have much time for shopping. The theme park closes at 5, so it is probably worth getting a taxi there and back so you can enjoy the full day and facilities and the theme park. We got charged $80 for 4, but the bus did wait for outside, so it was expensive but reasonable. Overall enjoyed my stay in Manavgat OZ hotels Side Premium.

It’s my second time to this hotel and this year everything is much better than two years ago during Covid period. I’ve been resting in Turkey during summer periods for 14 years and I have much experience in 5 stars hotels. The animation team very good, especially Ricco and Timur. You can’t getting boring. Every time different activities. Meal is quite good, tasty, receptionists very good and efficient. Cocktails medium quality. Wi-fi good, pool and sea excellent. I’ll definitely come back. Staff kind and always friendly.

I stayed here at the side hotel 31st of Jan - 5th with my girlfriend. First of all if you are English I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The hotel had about 3 other English people staying there. The rest of the guests were Turkish, Russian and German. We don’t have anything against other countries or people in any way shape or form, however it made it difficult to have fun or interact with people in the evenings as nobody spoke English as well as the workers here. (Maybe it was the time of year). Upon check in we were escorted to our room which hadn’t been cleaned. There was bottles, rubbish, bed sheets all over the place etc so we had to be given another room with no apologies. We were then rudely awaken by the same staff member knocking on our door at midnight asking where the key for the previous room was even though he had it. Nothing was explained to us regarding amenities to the hotel, ie where the gym was, spa, resteraunt, lounge, bar. We had to find our own way around with took about two days to finally get used after getting lost several occasions. I would rate the service a 3 star. 90% of the time we would have to ask passing waiters for a drink whilst having meals or sitting in the lounge. Would have expected this to be better for a 5 star. The evening entertainment was quite lame. Most nights was kids music followed by an hour or two of basic music. There were 2 nights with acts but that was as good as it got. I would like to make a complaint about “Seda” the holiday rep. She told us an absolute pack of lies about various things. We had a meeting with her to discuss transfers and the holiday. She said the area can quite dangerous, Turkish men are quite nasty, doctors will charge thousands of pounds for a cough, don’t get taxis, best not to go supermarkets and don’t get any excursions anywhere else but her. She promised how much she would be there for us and said if we get ill, to make sure we speak to her as she can get over the counter medication. Seda messaged me the day after to ask if we were interested in excursions. I replied back and said unfortunately not. The day after this, I messaged her because my girlfriend got a bit sick but she ignored us the whole holiday. Clearly because we wasn’t buying any excursions from her. The stories about the area wasn’t true. It’s actually a lovely area, everyone is friendly, location is perfect, all the local workers are nice. Good points… - Food was lovely - huge selection and always fresh - The actual hotels building and amenities are a 5 star. - Location next to beach, bars, supermarkets - Friendly locals - Most workers are nice - Air con rooms - Nice spacious rooms with balcony - The hotel has gym, coffee shop, spa, resteraunts, shop, bar. Plenty to do! All in all would come back again.

The best experience was the spa in the hotel. Spa staff are all excellent and helpful guys. Majority of times we dealt with Selim at the spa reception who is a very nice and friendly guy, multi lingual with excellent customer service skills and was always willing to help. We went off season (in January) and it felt like the regular hotel staff and management were not so much bothered to provide a five star level according to the hotel rank. That was very disappointing! Fresh food but the selection is not as great as during season. The hotel and its facilities are built to the five star standard but customer service side of things as well as cleanliness were the downside. Besides, not all hotel staff speak English (really??!) Completely the opposite experience with the hotel's spa which was outstanding, thanks to its staff and Selim!

We went there on 5th January for 10 nights. Greeted by a very rude reception staff named Ahmed. I am giving this 2 star only because of his behaviour and attitude. The room given was like a prison although we have paid extra for better room. We had to pay again £45 extra to change our room to different room. Next day air con was not working and the same person ( Ahmed ) behaved very rudely with us. He was abusing us in local language. I don't think this hotel should be called as 5* . Most of the staff doesn't no English. No entertainment in day time except for a dart game at 3pm . Sunday no entertainment at all. Indoor pool is always cold. Bar staff were really good and Mustafa is the best cocktail maker. Room is cleaned but sheets were not changed for entire 10 nights. Food was same most of the days. Good points are best location, near beach and A-la-carte dinner experience, Surprise champagne on the birthday eve in our room, Specially decorated table in dining hall. Again i would like remind managers / owners don't hire staff like Ahmed.

A lovely five star hotel with all the amenities you would expect. Unfortunately let down by the lack of seating on an evening. Lack of choice in the restaurant. The seating is a big issue, you can find yourself wandering around for ages trying to find a seat. Most of our evenings were spent sitting outside. Not that warm this time of year. The duty manager did provide us with seating from outside, brought in for us but not ideal. The bar was another issue, long queues for a drink then when you get there they decide to serve someone at the other end of the bar who hasn't queued. Annoying. While I'm not exactly selling this place at the moment; I do have to say New Year's Eve was excellent, a multi course meal with waiter service and an enjoyable night with a live band and entertainers and a monstrous fireworks display. I think we'll stick to Marmaris in future, the hotels and facilities aren't as good but the staff are friendlier and we don't have to fight for a seat.

Hotel situated in a good location, few mins walk from the beach and some bazaars and restaurants not too far a walk outside the hotel. Rooms are a decent enough size, however very dull inside the room even with all the lights switched on. The room floors are very dirty however, could see this on socks every time walked in the room, and made no difference being mopped by the cleaner. Stayed for 7 nights but the room was only cleaned 4 days even though the cleaning light was switched on. Food wise, we went on off season so understand will not get the full experience of the summer. A la carte is only with 14 day minimum stay (and this only the fish restaurant). Timings for the main restaurant very limited and this causes a rush, having to wait in long que for the food and then struggling to find a table to eat. Food is very repetitive, apart from the odd item here or there, the menu is the same everyday and also the same things at lunch and dinner. We chose to not eat at the hotel after 3 days because of this. Also a point to note is there are cats walking around the restaurant and being fed. The lobby bar open from 10am till 12pm, again this can lead to huge ques after dinner, as not enough staff to meet demand. Indoor heated swimming pool advertised however this is freezing and empty because of this.

An honest review to help for your next holiday. I went on a 5 night family girls trip over the Christmas break from 26-31st December. The hotel was good and views were beautiful. It’s a short walking distance from the beach with stunning a view, sunrises and sunsets. The weather in late December was warm in the day with cold evenings. The hotel rooms were spacious and enough storage space for belongings, with a good condition coded safe. However the hotel buffet food was very repetitive everyday (you kind of get fed up of it), most restaurants close by shut by 6pm due to end of year season which wasn’t ideal for dinner time. Some staff at the hotel were also impolite verbally at times towards guests (especially women/girls) Heating in the room also became a problem as rooms were cold and heating was on/off all night. Pools were of course closed due to winter, indoor pool was cold too even thought it’s supposed to be heated. We did not have time to try the spa but it looked pretty and included packages to book. **A huge tip, learning from a big mistake we made, please do not book tours with the hotel, they are extremely overpriced. They included a set of packages of different attractions to visit in one day, ranging from £25-35 per person, we were never informed that this price did not include the payment of the attractions themselves. It was basically just for the car journey there which we realised after the first tour was carried out! We were asked to pay nearly double the normal price when we reached each attraction, (if the pay board at an attraction was 20 lira each, guide was charging 30-40 each in the bus before we were able to see the board for ourselves) costing us more £ than if we had booked ourselves. Also the guides did not take us to all the attractions listed in the package which was disappointing. Lastly the time given at each attraction was not enough to explore, I’d recommend to book an Uber and visit attractions yourself. Overall, I’d recommend the hotel but you could definitely find better. Maybe it would be better in the summertime.

Hotel is really nice and very clean rooms are large and spacious and facilities are good…. However the service at this hotel is terrible the restaurant is absolutely crazy during mealtimes and there is no system in place just a huge free for all everyone is walking around with a plate of food looking for a table to sit on and there are 5 a la carte restaurants that are closed so nowhere else for guests to go and this is why there is a bad situation also when you do manage to get a table then you queue 20 minutes for food again because it’s the only place to go for all the guests … then it’s the same at the bars huge queues to get drinks with hardly any staff serving this hotel looks great but is an enigma they need more staff and better systems in place for food and drink services
