We Was In The Sunset Apartment & For The First Time In A Very Long Time I Really Enjoyed My Holiday The Apartment Was Stunning Got Such A Beautiful View Of The Sea Front Was Amazing To Wake Up Too Bed Was Comfortable And You Don't Hear Much Outside So Got A Great Sleep Amazing Doughnuts & Arcade Underneath So That Was An Amazing Extra Treat, Very Spacious Staff Are Very Welcoming Kind And Very Helpful Great People Who Own These Apartments I Definitely Recommend I Will Definitely Be Back, Very Clean :)

All we can say is WOW WOW WOW. What a fantastic apartment ( Empress suit) we were actually so speechless when we arrived. We were excited to arrive as the reviews and photos helped us choose. But tbh we were blown away, it was 100 times better than we expected. It was a very spacious apartment for us as a family of 5. With a large living room/Dining area, large kitchen with everything we needed and at very high standard. The 2 front rooms had a fabulous view of the sea which the kids loved, especially when the sun was setting. Both rooms were a good size, lots of light, storage. We all loved the main bathroom which had the steam shower. There was never a fight to get the kids to shower. It was more of a fight who went 1st. The double room with on suite bathroom my husband and I shared. The jacuzzi bath with the amazing lighting and tbh was one of my favourites. I could escape from the kids for some relaxation time. This room also opened up onto the shared outside area. So you never felt you were trapped in doors. As for the beds, bedding and towels WOW it was clearly a very high quality. The towels were so thick and fluffy. We loved all the little extras like shower cap, cotton buds and balls, moisturiser. This all came in handy. The apartment it’s self was 10/10 for us. We had absolutely no faults or complaints at all. For anyone visiting….. there is a big Sainsbury just a short walk away. Also lots of takeout and sit in restaurants to choose from. There are hairdressers, nail salons, tanning rooms. There’s a yummy ice cream shop below the apartments which do amazing waffles. And also a larger ice cream shop across the road, this is where you can treat yourself to a cooked breakfast or lunch if you wanted too. The tram stop is directly across the road for easy access into the centre. We enquired about getting a family weekly pass. But unfortunately it’s not something they do but it has given them a thought of maybe starting it. We ate out on a few occasions and found the best deal was the captain jacks diner. Kids under 10yrs ate for free off the kids menu for each adult that ordered. So basically for us as 2 Adults and 3 kids we got two kids free and the food was great. While visiting we visited the Blackpool zoo which is an easy 14min drive from the apartment. Worth a visit as we were there most of the day. Lots to see. We also went to the Blackpool circus at the Blackpool tower, Again worth a visit as the kids loved the experience.. We also had a full day at the pleasure beach, plenty to do for all age groups. It was busy with school trips when we went, so advice is buy a fast track pass. Less queuing time. But this does cost £50 per person. You can also pay and pre book times for rides you really want to go on but this will take a lot of planning. If you haven’t been already, the Sandcastle water park is outstanding. We had a 3 hour session booked, we also prepaid for a locker and a we took the wrist band where you can add money to, so you can purchase food and drink while your in and not have to worry about cash. Overall we’ve had theeeeee best time in Blackpool but the queen’s mansion apartments we’re outstanding and we have nothing but praise for our apartment and we will DEFINITELY be back. So get booking guys. You’ve absolutely nothing to worry about. The apartments are amazing and the staff are so friendly and helpful. 😍😍😍

the people that run Queens mansions are absolutely marvellous. they go above and beyond to help. we wouldn't stay anywhere else when we visit Blackpool. the flats are so well equipped and comfortable. first class in every way.

I read the comments on here before I went and thought can it be this good? Well it is and some! Everywhere was spotless. You have all you need like hairdryer and TV in every bedroom, iron, dishwasher, washer dryer, jacuzzi bath, WiFi... too many great things! Lovely seating area on the balcony. Very quiet considering location. Mick and Pam made us so welcome, such lovely people. We always wanted to stay here and so happy we finally did, will defo book again. Thank you for our stay. Just back from a fantastic week staying in the Princess Suite. The apartment contained everything a family of 6 would need, catering for a wide age range. The children enjoyed the televisions and WiFi whilst the adults enjoyed the luxurious bathrooms ( including bath robes!) and a lovely little sun terrace, perfect for sitting on ( as well as drying the washing). Plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants as well as a supermarket just down the road. Tram Station just over the road- very easy to use the trams. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The whole staff team were friendly, welcoming, and helpful . We would like to say thank you to them. We would definitely return.

We’ve been staying Burbagae / Queen over past 8 years in Bispham Blackpool well if it wasn’t for Pam manager Mick’s business wouldn’t survive pam is a gem a superstar Pam’s been really helpful to me & my family over the years she always has a smile on her face our family been coming to Burbagae Queen Mansons group now for 8 years we’ve stayed in all various self catering apartments through thoose years am glad that micks accepts pets our recent stay @ Elizabeth suite July 15/7-22/7/23 week holiday this suite is WOW massive big apartment Luxury written all over it you could tell it was clean & spotless when you stepped through door no need to wipe ur finger a cross work tops beds were all clean mattress were comfy baths were wide comfortable with Jacuzzi in each & tvs in bathroom I ask for a fan mick owner got me one our washing machine got replaced I would recommend any family / couple thinking coming to Blackpool to stay @ Queens CO L has hit every family 2023 a y hotel / SCA like Queens Burbagae can be pricey depending on what room you have I say all ways bater with Pam , Pam this woman goes over & beyond to help her customers to help solve problems if any to resolve them mick u have a dimond of manager there in Pam and Pam told me shel be retiring next year 2024 am sure Mick will be lost & miss you Pam we really enjoyed our stay our holiday ok weather 3 days was raining which can’t be helped but when the sun did come out it was very enjoyable & surrounding shops in area in Bispham snack shop @ ice cream, 🌭 my disabled Autistic loved & local chippy on ur door I would encourage everyone if u we’re travelling on tram use Blackpool tram app good saving if ur taking ur dog on tram they charge £1 Over all we loved our stay good local car park space behind Queens free 10/10

First time here but definitely not the last, will not be booking hotels in Blackpool again now we have stayed here, the owner is amazing as are the rest of the staff, we arrived around an hour earlier than expected so rang on off chance we were told apartment was ready so no problem checking in. The apartment we had the Hesketh was warm well decorated and had everything from fluffy white towels to good quality bedding. All the furnishings were comfortable and the all the kitchen appliances were good quality also. There is a sainsbury around a 5 minute walk but also plenty of good cafe restaurants and take aways close by. The tram and bus stop is just outside and although no parking on site you are able to us the on site parking at their other property which is around a 3 minute walk. Bispham is a quieter version of Blackpool which is only a short tram ride away, will definitely be going back maybe next time book one of the sea view apartments

We stayed in the Lakeland Suite. We were met on arrival by Mick the owner and shown in. The car was parked up, off road, did not need to move it again all week. Plenty of space for the two of us. Great views of the beach across the road. Bus and tram stops right outside. Do book a bus and tram pass as the system is great. Local shops, supermarket and pubs all very near. Located at the northern end of the lights in a quiet area. There are other suite options which all look great. We even liked the amusements downstairs. No noise except for the faint rumble of the tram.

I come to Blackpool loads and wish I had found this place sooner than we did. The flat we stayed in was Lakeland and slept 3. The living room and kicthen where brilliant and had everything you could need and more. The whole flat was spotless and even had stuff like toilet roll, toiletries, bin bags, fairy, tea towels EST. Pam and Mick are very polite, helpful and nothing is to much trouble. The view out the windows is amazing and the tram stop is right opposite the flats. The bus stop is near roo. There is some shops around the flat and a Sainsbury's a few mins walk away. I will definitely be booking when we go to Blackpool next time. It is probably one the nicest places in Blackpool to stay and very good value for money. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Stayed @ Duchess suite @ Queen mansion Blackpool Arrived 16-24 July 22 family 4 - 2 dogs We just love our holiday every year @ Burbagae & Queens it never disappoints tbh Pam manger is just so nice & helpful & owner mick also lovely & helpful but We pre booked for our next holiday 2022 & only flat that was available was Duchess suite I’d wish I had viewed Duchess suit while I was on holiday in 2021 but it was booked yes there pics of various suites @ Queens u can view but ur not a tut getting full view of flat we as a family stayed Queens for now 7 years we love Burbagae flats are amazing but Duchess suite was clean comfortable big comfortable clean beds nice crisp clean duvets spacious bedrooms and Living room but for me UNCOMFORTABLE BLACK NORMAL COUCHS 3 seater was a pull out bed unknown to us with a very thin mattress which isn’t good for ur back I’d prepare a pair of recliner leather suites kitchen again spacious clean tidy would of like a fryer / or air fryer to cook chicken or frozen chips chicken nuggets 2 bathrooms 1/ toilet clean loads toilet room bathroom shower / bath with built in tv & jacuzzi bath could of been a bit wider & needs handles on bath for safety & bath rack for across bath to store ur soaps sponges shower gels decking was shared back door leads to carpark we had free parking a few items left out back that shouldn’t be there really like pair ladders odd bike 🚴 & some rope / a lower deck with BBQ area C O L is high Duchess suite was big but I prepare other suites @ Queens in which I’ve stayed I didn’t really like balcony that corned on side I prefaced Burbagae apartment 1/2 good for family’s & dogs free parking Pam is a star she goes out of her way to get you what u need if she has it & mick owner is a star I’d give this lovey pair 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 RATING
