Miramare Beach Hotel

This has taken me waaaaay too long to write up, In face, i'm embarrassed how long this has taken me to write this up. This was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. From the quality of the accommodation, to the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food on offer you would be hard pressed to find anything better in this or any other area. Our room was very nice, okay it overlooked the front reception area but that was fine, they turned the aircon on when we requested it as morning prayers were waking us up at dawn from the nearby Mosque but all was good after we asked them and they sorted it. Sleep restored. The beds were relatively easy to secure using the old tactic of placing a towel or whatever on them early doors and they were there when we arrived after breakfast or even lunch. Probably a time of year thing. I was the only daftie swimming in the sea (temp of about 16 degrees which was fine as I'm from Scotland and i'm more used to 6-10 degrees at home.) but it was great exercise and fun. The area was nice, plenty of local shops etc to explore and no really hard sell on show. It's Turkey so plenty of copied goods on show. So, onto the good stuff for us, the food. I am Coeliac so I need gluten free food. I sometimes have a bit of a bumpy ride to start when I arrive in places and this was no different but after finding Unal (Culinary Director) and Dogan (chef) and having used my translated restaurant card to explain my needs there was always a number of options for me every day at every meal. From crepes and pancakes at breakfast made GF to GF pizzas at lunch the evening meals were great and even had a fresh grill on the patio. The food was superb. Whilst the folk I mentioned already were very helpful, my main man Arif Iskin the executive pastry chef was absolutely superb, he greeted us every day and ensured we had everything we needed and offered (and made) anything we wanted gluten free. Thank you Arif! Yes, each dish had an information card displayed but we gave feedback daily on errors we spotted so they are working on that but generally very good indeed, just be sure to query ingredients if not satisfied. (and if you don't get Arif or Dogan, they are clued up). In the bars, Hakan was a lovely waiter, really pleasant and helpful guy and "Bambi" (Ceylan) was so lovely and helpful as well, she worked mainly in the Patisserie near the restaurant where you can get cakes, bakes and ice cream all day included in the all inclusive. Also worthy of note was Tuncay, another helpful and friendly waiter. My wife (uncharacteristically) subjected herself to a programme of health promoting medical massages with Leo which really sorted out pain she had been having and was well worth the money. She was worried and shy but I attended the treatments which reassured her. This hotel seems to compete with the Acanthus Cennet along the coast towards Side old town to be the best in the area. I would 100% recommend going to stay there, we absolutely loved it along with the staff mentioned above. Thanks to all there and specila mention again to Arif Iskin! Top guy!

Amazing hotel the staff were lovely, hotel room was gorgeous, stunning beach, lovely pool, à la cart restaurants were very good! I’d recommend the Italian! and absolutely love the music played while relaxing on the sun-bed I need that playlist of cover songs!!! ☀️☀️

Definitely the best hotel I’ve visited. In my opinion it easily tops the list of all the hotels I’ve stayed in. Outstanding service. Hard-working staff who made sure I got everything i needed and very polite above all. Delicious food, top-notch amenities. Wonderful entertainment team. Classy alacarte restaurants. I had such fantastic time and already planning my next visit. I recommend it to anyone who wants a memorable, one of a kind and relaxing getaway.

A great Hotel, a great experience, great staff, excellent food, the cleanest and bestest hotel i have ever been to! Everything is up to standards we were here with my family October 25-Nov3 since the moment we walked in we were greeted by the concierge took our laugage, room was impeccable, service is outstanding, shows, pool, beach, everything is so good true 5 star hotel,if you havent been you are missing out on this wonderful gem!

In MiraMare 7 time I been here and that was all the time geting better. Foods are perfect service team was perfect off course entertainment team alp,emre and aybuke was so funny evening programs are sooo good live music was so I will deffently i will come back

Have just spent two weeks on vacation here and the hotel is outstanding, in terms of professionalism of staff and levels of service. I’ve really enjoyed my time here and would return, and fully recommend. Standout member of staff: Esra Yilmaz, who works in the Cafe Del Mar. Professional, friendly, smiley, bubbly, and knowledgeable in her role. She is fantastic and you’re very lucky to have her working for you. Unfortunately, I do have to raise one issue, although this doesn’t reflect on the professionalism of the staff in general: the sales pitch for a massage in the spa I felt was too aggressive (older gentleman with grey/white hair). No is no.

I have just returned from a week at the Miramare hotel and can honestly say it was amazing! I was sceptical at first as the photos looked amazing and sometimes it can be a bit of a disappointment but the hotel and service was amazing! The hotel was spotless and they honestly can’t do enough for you. We had planned to go out of the hotel for food a few nights but as the food was so nice we ended up eating at the hotel every night instead. There are cats around the hotel but they are really friendly and the hotel look after them which was nice to see. We are already planning our return trip next September!

Just returned from a weeks holiday with my bestie Jules x had the best holiday x plenty going on around the pool & private hotel beach with water sports Parasailing 🪂 awesome x food quality excellent x we went to the Italian a la carte which was lovely x all inclusive quality for drinks excellent & branded x there were lots of staff there most of them really nice x but our favourites were Ozzy on his Rollerblades with his banter serving drinks all day long around the pool so funny x Ilker Can who is a waiter in the restaurant and beach bar so lovely miss him , Selut Düğer does bikes & trampoline keep fit in the pool twice a week and Rambo my mate in the air conditioned bar serving ice creams sandwiches & amazing cakes all day long he always had a smile for us x entertainment at night good x shout out to the lady who made us fresh omelettes or fried eggs who always greeted us with a genuine smile x we sat outside for breakfast looking at the pool x fresh coffee & orange juice served at the table not from a machine x hairdressers on site which I used everyday x definitely would return x

The staff make this hotel they are lovely. Food is average. Worst thing is the pool.. you can't get near it . People putting towels on the beds . Not even using them . And the al a cart restaurants one free night then you pay 20 euros each per visit. Room was lovely. Drinks are good .

We have just returned to England after two glorious weeks at Miramare Beach Hotel, which was the perfect family holiday. Anyone who complains about this hotel has either picked the wrong place for their type of holiday or they just like to whinge! We cannot fault this hotel, the food choice is fantastic, the drinks choice is great, the hotel itself is spotless and modern and the staff are all friendly and they can’t do enough to help you. It’s mostly families staying here but also couples too, but there is so much space that everyone can enjoy their holidays with lots of things to do and different spaces during day and night. Our kids are 5 and 8 and they loved meeting other children, playing in the pools and slides as well as having plenty to do on an evening. The entertainment team work incredibly hard and I was impressed with the evening entertainment even though I’m not a ‘jazz hands’ musicals kind if person (prefer a good live rock band myself). The kids loved it though and it was the first time our kids wanted to go into kids club with their friends, which gave mum and dad some nice chill out time around the pool. My partner loved the Spa and had a few massages to help her back. I loved the fact that you had a hotel only beach within 2 minutes walk from the pool. The watersports were so much fun and we jet skied as well as parasailed. What makes this place is how safe and secure it is, our kids could explore the hotel and grounds without any worries of them going further afield. All in all, this was the perfect hotel to switch off and reconnect as a family, we had the most amazing holiday and made fab memories. Having been here now, I can see some of the previous reviews about “no english people” and “staff don’t speak english” are pretty negative and unfair, and more than likely by gammons who voted for Brexit and like to watch Only Fools and Horses at the ‘English Pub’ while demanding a full English breakfast. If thats what you like, this hotel isn’t for you, this hotel is about all families from all over the world, coming together and getting alone just fine and dandy. We don’t often go back to the same place twice for a holiday, but Miramare Beach was so good, we could be very tempted to go back. Thank you to all of the Miramare Team, especially the poolside waiter on roller blades, he was hilarious!
