Not the first time I've been here and wont be the last !
Unless youve tried it you wont know how good it is, in fact it was so good we went three times in a week !
Always a friendly welcome and great service. You get picked up outside your hotel and dropped back after your treatment. On one occasion our driver was caught up in traffic so the Haman rang security at our hotel to pass on the message that pick up would be late. On arrival at the Haman we were greeted like old friends, we had the same therapist on each visit , they identified our issues, i already knew what they were, after the treatment i felt like I had a new body ! Will return at least once on my next trip in May !

Hello folks, our hotel is next to it so I decided to have a look what is the place. Unfortunately, turns out that this spa is next to some night club a surroundings are full of garbage. Felt kinda nasty because of that and decided to skip it.

Such good value! We booked through TUI our package provider and it was £25 for sauna, Turkish hamam bath and 20 min oil massage. Beautiful location and great staff. I would definitely recommend for an afternoon out of the hotel.

We booked an arrangement for hamam and 1 hour full body massage (and transfer) for 49 euro per person. A good deal, we thought! We ended up with a bill for 238 euro instead of the €100 we bargained for!

The hamam is situated on the beach and looks semi-professional. You start with 10 minutes in the sauna and then you will have a hamam peeling, foaming and massage treatment (about 20 minutes). After this you end up in a relax room with other guests for about 15 minutes. They should have offered some water here, but they didn't.
After this the massage starts and it was very good. At this point we decided we would come back for another treatment. At the end of the massage the manager showed up and he assessed the sensitive areas and advised to do the 90 minutes massage for 70 euros. At this point it was not clear if it was gonna be an extra € 20 on top or an extra € 70,- To groggy from the massage we didn't expect another 90 minutes on top of the all ready 60 minute massage we layed down, relaxed. After some time we figured out that this was a long extra half hour and sort of got mixed feelings about it and felt mislead. In the end we had a 2.5 hour massage and that was way to long by all means. The manager advised to come the next day for another 90min. session and that would have set us back a € 378. We did not book a second massage and paid the 238 euro for this day instead of the € 100 we planned to spend. Conclusion; the massage is good, but the way of business is not very classy and we felt being taken advantage of while being zoned out on the massage table!

Got a good deal with Tui rep £35
Massarge fish spa and face mask pic up from hotel and back.
Arrived with my 11 year old daughter who went free.
Got there staff polite but spoke little English.
My daughter come with me in the hammm room there was another man in there at the same time, I was wearing a swim suit the lady askd me to strip off in front of the man and said it's ok I was like what I don't think so.
The two staff in there were also talking in Turkish while doing my treatment and laughing which I thought was really rude.
Then got took to have fish spa with my daughter.
Was in there 10 mins then got askd if I prefer man or women for massarge shame they never asked for the hammm thing.
O well choose a lady took me for massarge upstairs left my daughter in fish spa with another family that was there.
The massarge was very soft dident really feel it.
After man come in trying to tell me I had back problems and water retention and needed a €80 medical massarge lol soon left me alone when I told him I was a nurse lol.
After 45 minute massarge come down to find my daughter still in fish spa when they said they would do a face mask on her.
Had to remind them. Young children running around in chill out zone not really relaxing. Had Turkish tea then finished last sip got took onto reception got told lift ready they never even said goodbye or thank you it was like in out goodbye very rushed I thought. Spend ur cash in the hotel where service comes with a smile.

We booked this through Thomas Cook and for a 2 hour sauna, Turkish bath with hamam, massage, fish that eat the dead skin of your feet all for £35 was a bargain. They even picked us up from the hotel and dropped us off. I really don’t understand the other reviews, we received 5 star treatment from the start to the finish. Really nice people and yes a gentleman tried to up sell more treatments which we declined.

Really clean, friendly staff, never felt so refreshed in my life, if you have never had this done I would 100% recommend this place!

Cost £25 each / £40 in hotel and included taxi to and from hamam and tea/coffee after treatment.Only concern was that final massage by Thai girl was accmpanied by translator who told both of us we had various problems which could be treated for quite a considerable extra fee.Answer no and that is end to matter!

I booked this through Thomas Cook. The price was £35 and for this price I got:

2 mins in the sauna
10-15 mins of a fish pedicure
a further 2 mins in the sauna
15-20 mins hammam
30 minute massage
an aloe vera face mask and cup of apple tea
pick up an return from hotel

So absolute maximum time of treatment for me was 1hr 10 mins.

At home in England I can get a 1hr sports massage for £35. So for me it was not cheap, it was on par with English prices. It was like having a taster session, a little bit of everything. I guess that is fine if you want to try lots of different things but I was lead to believe by Thomas Cook that it would last for twice as long as it did so I was quite disappointed.

I will say that the staff who did the hammam and massage did a good job, so no complaints there.

What I did not like apart from being disappointed overall by having something less than what I believed I was going to experience was the following two points -

After my 30 min massage, a staff member comes in and try to upset you more massages which will cost more than the entire treatment you have had already. I'm pretty sure they tell everybody that they need lymph node drainage. It was completely transparent what they were trying to do and it really annoyed me. I'm on holiday and have paid for a treatment. I'm not paying for someone to try and get more money out of me. To be completely fair, when I said no, I was not pressured any further.

The second thing that annoyed me even further was sitting around and waiting for everyone else to finish before I could back to the hotel. I was picked up at 3pm and dropped off at 6pm. Factoring in 10-15 drive each way for drop off and pick up that left at least 2hrs and 30 mins at the venue. Where my treatments were at most 1hr and 10 mins, that mean I was sat around for 1hr and 20 mins waiting for other people to finish so we could all go back in the one transport van. This really pissed me off. Time is money and my holiday time is precious to me. I did not pay this company so that I could sit around and be bored for over an hour so that they could make the most profit out of the experience.

I've heard people say - wow the price is such good value when compared with the hotels you stay in but after this experience I am not convinced. The hotel I was staying in offered a £70 package which included a hammam and massage. Now you might think that is twice the price however the length of hammam and massage was 2hrs. So it actually works out as the same hourly price.

I'd say spend the money in the hotel, you won't have to sit around twiddling your thumbs and I'm sure it would be a nicer experience. Otherwise talk to some locals who will tell you about proper cheaper and value for money places.

We were handed a leaflet for this hamam whilst in the local market. Did some research and thought hey we will give it a tryso glad we did we booked via whats app a VIP treatment packagethe hamam sent a car to pick us up and take us to the hamam which is on the beach ! The hamam is clean and welcoming. Separate changing rooms with lockers provided then a 15 minute sauna with a window overlooking the beach.then a full body scrub followed by a foam massage, a relax with pomegranate tea looking out to sea then a massage which was very good. You will be told at the end what ailments you have and how further massages will help. To be honest you will already know what ailments you have so being told by a therapist shouldn't come as a surprise better still was the priceour 150 minute package cost €49..60 minutes in the hotel spa was over €100 ! It is best to visit here as early in your holiday as possible as it will enhance you tan ! We will visit this hamam on our next visit
There was no pressure by the owners to have other treatments.but I would next time.
